Ezekiela 44

1 Dia nentiny niverina aho tamin’ ny lalana mankamin’ ny vavahady ivelany amin’ ny fitoerana masìna, dia ilay manatrika ny atsinanana; ka, indro, nirindrina io.

Then he brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.

2 Dia hoy Jehovah tamiko: Ity vavahady ity dia hirindrina ka tsy hovohana ary tsy hidiran’ olona; fa efa nidiran’ i Jehovah, Andriamanitry ny Isiraely, io, ka izany no hirindrinany.

Then said Jehovah to me: This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because Jehovah, the God of Israel, entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.

3 Kanefa kosa ny mpanjaka no mahazo mipetraka ao hihinan-kanina eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah, satria mpanjaka izy; amin’ ny lalana mankamin’ ny lavarangan’ ny vavahady no hidirany, ary amin’ ny lalana nalehany ihany toa no hivoahany.

The prince, because he is prince, shall sit in it, to eat food before Jehovah; he shall enter through the porch of that gate, and by the same way shall he go out.

4 Dia nentiny nankamin’ ny vavahady avaratra ho eo anoloan’ ny trano koa aho, dia hitako fa, indro, feno ny voninahitr’ i Jehovah ny tranon? i Jehovah; ka dia nikarapoka nihohoka aho.

Then he brought me to the north gate before the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of Jehovah filled the house of Jehovah. And I fell upon my face.

5 Ary hoy Jehovah tamiko: Ry zanak’ olona, mandiniha tsara, ka mijere amin’ ny masonao, ary aoka hohenoin’ ny sofinao izay rehetra lazaiko aminao ny amin’ ny didy sy ny lalàna rehetra amin’ ny tranon’ i Jehovah; ary diniho tsara ny fidirana amin’ ny trano sy ny fivoahana rehetra avy ao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna.

And Jehovah said to me: Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say to thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of Jehovah, and all the laws thereof; and mark well all the entrances of the house, and all the outward passages of the sanctuary.

6 Ary lazao amin’ ireo maditra, dia ny taranak’ Isiraely hoe: Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Aoka izay ny fahavetavetanareo, ry taranak’ Isiraely!

And say to the rebellious house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Let it suffice you of all your abominations, O house of Israel,

7 dia ny nitondranareo vahiny tsy mifora fo na nofo hitoetra ao amin’ ny fitoerako masìna mba handoto ny tranoko tamin’ ny nanateranareo ny haniko, dia ny sabora sy ny rà, ka dia nivadika ny fanekeko ireo ho fanampin’ ny fahavetavetanareo rehetra;

in that ye brought strangers, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, so that ye polluted my house when ye offered my food, the fat and the blood, and broke my covenant by all your abominations.

8 ary tsy nitandrina ny anjara-raharaha ny amin’ ny fitoerako masìna ianareo, fa efa nanendry izay ho mpitandrina ny anjara-raharaha ao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna hisolo anareo.

And ye kept not the charge of my holy place, but appointed for yourselves such keepers of my charge in my sanctuary.

9 Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Ny vahiny tsy mifora fo sy nofo rehetra izay ao amin’ ny zanak’ Isiraely dia tsy misy hahazo miditra ao amin’ ny fitoerako masìna.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: No stranger, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of all the strangers that are among the sons of Israel.

10 Ary na dia ny Levita aza, izay nanalavitra Ahy tamin’ ny nivilian’ ny Isiraely, izay nivily niala tamiko ka nanaraka ny sampiny, dia hitondra ny helony izy.

But even the Levites, who departed from me when Israel went astray, who went astray from me after their idols, shall bear their iniquity.

11 Ary ho mpanao fanompoam-pivavahana ao amin’ ny fitoerako masìna izy, dia ho mpiadidy ny amin’ ny fiandrasana ny vavahadin’ ny tempoly sy ho mpanao fanompoam-pivavahana ao amin’ ny tempoly; hisolo ny olona hamono ny fanatitra dorana sy ny fanatitra hafa izy ary hitoetra eo anatrehany hanao fanompoam-pivavahana ho azy.

Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering at the house; they shall slay the burnt-offering and sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.

12 Satria nanao fanompoam-pivavahana ho azy teo anatrehan’ ny sampiny izy ka tonga fahatafintohinana nahameloka ny taranak’ Isiraely, dia izany no nananganako tanana hamely azy ka nilazako fa hitondra ny helony izy, hoy Jehovah Tompo,

Because they ministered to them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity, therefore have I lifted up my hand against them, saith the Lord Jehovah, that they shall bear their iniquity.

13 ary tsy hanatona Ahy ho mpisoroko izy, na hanakaiky izay zavatra masìna na inona na inona, dia izay zavatra masìna indrindra; fa hitambesaran’ ny fahamenarany sy ny fahavetavetana nataony izy.

And they shall not come near to me to do the office of a priest to me, and to come near to any of my holy things in the most holy place, but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.

14 Ary hotendreko ho mpitandrina ny anjara-raharaha ny amin’ ny trano izy, dia ny fanompoana rehetra sy ny zavatra rehetra atao ao.

But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all which is to be done therein.

15 Fa ny Levita mpisorona, taranak’ i zadoka kosa, izay nitandrina ny anjara-raharaha ny amin’ ny fitoerako masìna, tamin’ ny nivilian’ ny zanak’ Isiraely niala tamiko, dia izy no hanatona Ahy hanao fanompoam-pivavahana ho Ahy, ary izy no ho eo anatrehako hanatitra ho Ahy ny sabora sy ny rà, hoy Jehovah Tompo.

But the priests, the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the sons of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister to me, and they shall stand before me to offer to me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord Jehovah.

16 Eny, izy no hiditra ao amin’ ny fitoerako masìna sy hanatona ny latabatro hanao fanompoam-pivavahana ho Ahy ary hitandrina izay nasaiko hotandremana.

They shall come into my sanctuary, and they shall draw near to my table to minister to me, and shall keep my charge.

17 Ary raha miditra any amin’ ny vavahadin’ ny kianja anatiny izy, dia hiakanjo rongony fotsy; fa tsy hisy volon’ ondry eny aminy, raha manao fanompoam-pivavahana ao am-bavahadin’ ny kianja anatiny sy ao anatiny izy.

And when they enter the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments, and no wool shall come upon them while they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within the house.

18 Satroka rongony no ho eo an-dohany, ary kalisaona fohy rongony fotsy no ho eo am-balahany, ary tsy hifehy zavatra mahatsemboka azy izy.

They shall have linen coverings upon their heads, and linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything that causeth sweat.

19 Ary raha mivoaka ho any amin’ ny kianja ivelany hankany amin’ ny olona izy, dia hesoriny ilay fitafiana nentiny nanao fanompoam-pivavahana, ka havelany ao amin’ ny efi-trano masìna, ary hitafy fitafiana hafa izy, fa tsy hanamasina ny olona amin’ ireny fitafiany ireny.

And when they go forth into the outer court, even into the outer court to the people, they shall put off their garments in which they ministered, and lay them in the holy rooms, and shall clothe themselves with other garments, that they may not sanctify the people with their garments.

20 Tsy hanaratra ny lohany izy, nefa kosa tsy hanao lava volo, fa hataony tsara hety.

They shall neither shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall shear their heads.

21 Ny divay dia tsy hosotroin’ izay mpisorona, raha miditra any amin’ ny kianja anatiny izy.

And no priest shall drink wine when they enter into the inner court.

22 Ary tsy hanambady vehivavy efa maty vady na izay efa nisaorana izy; fa virijiny avy amin’ ny taranak’ Isiraely, na izay novinadin’ ny mpisorona efa maty no hovadiny.

Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, or her that is put away; but they shall take virgins of the race of the house of Israel, or a widow that is the widow of a priest.

23 Ary hampianatra ny oloko ny tsi-fitovian’ ny masìna sy ny tsy masìna izy ary hampahafantatra azy ny tsi-fitovian’ ny tsy madio sy ny madio.

And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and unholy, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

24 Ary raha misy mifanditra, dia ireo no hitsangana hitsara, ka araka ny fitsipiko no hitsarany azy; ary ny lalàko sy ny didiko dia hotandremany amin’ ny fotoam-pivavahana rehetra voatendriko, ary ny Sabatako dia hohamasininy.

And in controversy they shall stand to judge; according to my statutes shall they judge. And they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my festivals, and they shall hallow my sabbaths.

25 Ary tsy hiditra am-paty handoto ny tenany izy ireny; kanefa raha rainy, na reniny, na zananilahy, na zananivavy, na rahalahiny, na anabaviny tsy manam-bady, dia mahazo miditra am-paty ihany izy.

And they shall come to no dead person to defile themselves; but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath had no husband, they may defile themselves.

26 Ary rehefa voadio aza izy, dia mbola hampiandrasina hafitoana aloha.

And after his cleansing they shall reckon to him seven days.

27 Ary amin’ ny andro hidirany ao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna, dia any amin’ ny kianja anatiny, hanao fanompoam-pivavahana ao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna, dia hanatitra ny fanatiny noho ny ota izy, hoy Jehovah Tompo.

And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, into the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin-offering, saith the Lord Jehovah.

28 Ary hisy lova ho azy, dia Izaho no lovany; ary tsy homenareo zara-tany eo amin’ ny Isiraely izy, fa Izaho no anjarany.

And it shall be to them for an inheritance, that I am their inheritance. And ye shall give them no possession in Israel; I am their possession.

29 Ny fanatitra hohanina sy ny fanatitra noho ny ota ary ny fanati-panonerana no hohaniny; ary ny zavatra rehetra izay voatokana eo amin’ ny Isiraely dia ho azy koa.

They shall eat the flour-offering, and the sin-offering, and the trespass-offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs.

30 Ary ny santatry ny voaloham-bokatra rehetra avy amin’ ny zavatra rehetra sy ny fanatitra rehetra izay alaina amin’ ny zavatra atao fanatitra dia ho an’ ny mpisorona; ary ny santatry ny kobanareo voafetafeta dia homenareo ny mpisorona koa, mba hampitoerana fitahiana ao an-tranonao.

And the first of all the first-fruits, and every oblation of all your oblations, shall belong to the priests. Ye shall also give to the priest the first of your meal, that he may cause a blessing to rest on thine house.

31 Ny zavatra maty ho azy sy izay noviraviraim-biby, na vorona na biby dia samy tsy hohanin’ ny mpisorona.

The priests shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself, or that is torn, whether it be fowl or beast.
