< Ezekiela 10 >
1 Ary hitako fa, indro, teo ambonin’ ny eloelo izay teo ambonin’ ny lohan’ ny kerobima dia nisy tahaka ny vato safira; tahaka ny endriky ny seza fiandrianana no fijery azy; ary Jehovah niseho teo amboniny.
Then [in the vision] I saw what resembled a throne made of (sapphire/[a very valuable] blue stone). It was above the thing that resembled a dome that was above the heads of the four winged creatures.
2 Ary niteny tamin-dralehilahy nitafy rongony fotsy Izy nanao hoe: Midìra eo anelanelan’ ny kodia, dia eo ambanin’ ny kerobima, ary fenoy vain’ afo avy eo anelanelan’ ny kerobima ny tananao roa, ka afafazo amin’ ny tanàna izany. Dia niditra teo imasoko izy.
Yahweh said to the man wearing the linen robe, “Go between the wheels that are under the winged creatures. Pick up as many hot coals as you can, and scatter them over the city.” And while I watched, the man wearing the linen robe left.
3 Ary ny kerobima nitsangana teo amin’ ny ankavanan’ ny trano, raha niditra ralehilahy; ary feno ilay rahona ny kianja anatiny.
The four winged creatures were standing on the south side of the temple when the man wearing the linen robe entered. Then a cloud filled the inner courtyard [of the temple area].
4 Dia niakatra niala teo amin’ ny kerobima ny voninahitr’ i Jehovah ho eo amin’ ny tokonam-baravaran’ ny trano; ary feno ilay rahona ny trano, ary ny kianja dia feno ny famirapiratan’ ny voninahitr’ i Jehovah.
And the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh rose up from above the winged creatures and went to the entrance of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the courtyard was full of the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh.
5 Ary ny fikopakopaky ny elatry ny kerobima dia re hatrany amin’ ny kianja ivelany, toy ny feon’ Andriamanitra Tsitoha, raha miteny.
The sound made by the wings of the winged creatures could be heard as far away as the courtyard outside the temple. It [very loud], like [SIM] the voice of Almighty God when he speaks.
6 Ary rehefa nodidiany ralehilahy nitafy rongony fotsy, nataony hoe: Manalà afo avy eo analenelan’ ny kodia, eo anelanelan’ ny kerobima, dia niditra izy ka nitsangana teo anilan’ ny kodia.
When Yahweh commanded the man wearing the linen robe to take burning coals from among those winged creatures, the man went [the courtyard] and stood beside one of the wheels.
7 Ary ny kerobima anankiray naninjitra ny tànany avy teo anelanelan’ ny kerobima, tamin’ ny afo Izay teo anelanelan’ ny kerobima, dia nangalany ka nataony teny amin’ ny tànan-droan’ ilay nitafy rongony fotsy; ary rehefa nandray izany ralehilahy, dia nivoaka.
Then one of those winged creatures reached out his hand to the fire that was there among them. He picked up some of the coals and put them in the hands of the man wearing the linen robe, and that man took them and left.
8 Ary nisy nitarehin-tànan’ olona niseho teo ambanin’ ny elatry ny kerobima.
Under the wings of the winged creatures was something that resembled a human’s hands.
9 Ary hitako fa, indreo, nisy kodia efatra teo anilan’ ny kerobima, dia kodia iray avy teo anilan’ ny isan-kerobima; ary ny tarehin’ ny kodia dia toy ny volon’ ny vato krysolita.
Then [in the vision] I saw four wheels alongside the winged creatures. There was one wheel beside each of the winged creatures. The wheels shone like [SIM] very valuable stones.
10 Ary izy efatra dia nitovy tarehy, toy ny kodia anatin’ ny kodia.
The wheels were all alike: Each had one wheel inside another wheel.
11 Raha nandeha izy, dia nandeha tamin’ ny hitsin’ ny lafiny efatra; tsy niherika izy raha nandeha, fa tamin’ ny hitsin’ izay natrehin’ ny lohany ihany no nalehany; tsy niherika izy raha nandeha.
Whenever they moved, they went straight in whatever direction one of the winged creatures faced. The wheels did not turn in another direction while the winged creatures flew.
12 Ary feno maso manodidina ny tenany rehetra sy ny lamosiny sy ny tànany sy ny elany mbamin’ ny kodia; izy efatra dia samy nisy kodia avokoa.
Their bodies, including their backs and hands and wings, were covered with eyes. The wheels were also covered with eyes.
13 Ny amin’ ny kodia dia reko nisy niantso azy hoe: Ry kodia!
I heard someone call them ‘the whirling wheels’.
14 Ary samy nanana tarehy efatra avy izy: ny tarehin’ ny voalohany dia nitarehin-kerobima, ary ny tarehin’ ny faharoa dia nitarehin’ olona, ary ny fahatelo nitarehin-diona, ary ny fahefatra nitarehim-boromahery.
Each of the winged creatures had four faces. One face was like the face of a bull, one face was like the face of a human, one face was like the face of a lion, and one face was like the face of an eagle.
15 Ary niakatra ny kerobima. Izany dia ilay zava-manan’ aina hitako teo amoron’ ny ony Kebara ihany.
Then the winged creatures rose up. They were the same living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal.
16 Ary raha nandeha ny kerobima, dia mba nandeha teo anilany koa ny kodia; ary raha nasandratry ny kerobima ny elany hiainga tsy hipaka amin’ ny tany, dia tsy nisaraka taminy koa ny kodia.
When the winged creatures moved, the wheels moved with them. When the winged creatures spread their wings to fly over the ground, the wheels did not leave them.
17 Raha nijanona izy, dia mba nijanona koa ireo, ary raha niainga izy, dia mba niainga koa ireo: fa ny fanahin’ ny zava-manan’ aina no tao aminy.
When the winged creatures stopped, the wheels stopped. When the winged creatures started to fly, the wheels flew with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
18 Dia niala avy teo ambonin’ ny tokonambaravaran’ ny trano ny voninahitr’ i Jehovah ka nijanona teo ambonin’ ny kerobima.
Then the (glory/dazzling light) left the entrance of the temple and stopped above the winged creatures.
19 Ary nasandratry ny kerobima ny elany, ka niainga tsy nipaka tamin’ ny tany teo imasoko izy, raha nivoaka, ary teo anilany ny kodia ary samy nijanona teo anoloan’ ny vavahady atsinanana amin’ ny tranon’ i Jehovah izy ireo; ary ny voninahitr’ Andriamanitry ny Isiraely no teo amboniny.
While I watched, the winged creatures spread their wings and started to fly, and the wheels went with them. They stopped at the gate on the east side of the temple area, and the (glory/dazzling light) of God, the one whom the [had worshiped], was above them.
20 Izany dia ilay zava-manan’ aina hitako teo ambanin’ Andriamanitry ny Isiraely teo amoron’ ny ony Kebara; ary fantatro fa kerobima ireo.
Those were the [same] four living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal, and I realized that they were the winged creatures.
21 Samy nanana tarehy efatra avy izy, sady samy nanana elatra efatra avy koa; ary nisy nitarehin-tànan’ olona teo ambanin’ ny elany.
Each of them had four faces and four wings, and under their wings was what resembled a human’s hands.
22 Ary ny endriky ny tarehiny dia nitovy tamin’ ilay efa hitako teo amoron’ ny ony Kebara ihany, dia ny endriny sy ny tenany; ary ny hitsin’ ny tavany no nalehany.
Their faces were the same as the faces that I had seen at the Kebar River/Canal. Each of them flew straight ahead.
