1 Ebigere byo nga birabika bulungi mu ngatto, ggwe omumbejja! Amagulu go gali ng’amayinja ag’omuwendo, omulimu gw’omuweesi omukalabakalaba.
Douytir of the prince, thi goyngis ben ful faire in schoon; the ioyncturis of thi heppis ben as brochis, that ben maad bi the hond of a crafti man.
2 Ekkundi lyo kibya kyekulungirivu, ekitaggwaamu nvinnyo entabule obulungi. Ekiwato kyo ntuumu ya ŋŋaano eyeetooloddwa amalanga.
Thi nawle is as a round cuppe, and wel formed, that hath neuere nede to drynkis; thi wombe is as an heep of whete, biset aboute with lilies.
3 Amabeere go gali ng’abaana b’empeewo, abalongo.
Thi twei teetis ben as twei kidis, twynnes of a capret.
4 Ensingo yo eri ng’omunaala ogw’amasanga. Amaaso go gali ng’ebidiba eby’omu Kesuboni ebiri ku mulyango ogw’e Basulabbimu. Ennyindo yo eri ng’omulongooti ogw’e Lebanooni ogwolekera Ddamasiko.
Thi necke is as a tour of yuer; thin iyen ben as cisternes in Esebon, that ben in the yate of the douyter of multitude; thi nose is as the tour of Liban, that biholdith ayens Damask.
5 Omutwe gwo gukuwoomera ng’olusozi Kalumeeri, n’enviiri zo ziranga emiguwa egy’effulungu; Kabaka asendebwasendebwa ebintu byakwo.
Thin heed is as Carmele; and the heeres of thin heed ben as the kyngis purpur, ioyned to trowyis.
6 Ng’olabika bulungi, ng’osanyusa ggwe omwagalwa n’obulungi bwo.
Dereworthe spousesse, thou art ful fair, and ful schappli in delices.
7 Oli muwanvu ng’olukindu, n’amabeere go gali ng’ebirimba eby’ebibala byakwo.
Thi stature is licned to a palm tree, and thi tetis to clustris of grapis.
8 Nayogera nti, “Ndirinnya olukindu, era ndikwata ebibala byalwo.” Amabeere go gabeere ng’ebirimba eby’oku muzabbibu, n’akawoowo ak’omu kamwa ko ng’ebibala eby’omucungwa

9 n’akamwa ko nga nvinnyo esinga obulungi. Omwagalwa Ne wayini amirwe bulungi muganzi wange, ng’akulukuta mpola mpola ku mimwa gy’abo abeebase.
thi throte schal be as beste wyn. Worthi to my derlyng for to drynke, and to hise lippis and teeth to chewe.
10 Ndi wa muganzi wange, era naye anjagala nnyo.
Y schal cleue by loue to my derlyng, and his turnyng schal be to me.
11 Jjangu, muganzi wange tugende ebweru w’ekibuga, tusuleko mu byalo.
Come thou, my derlyng, go we out in to the feeld; dwelle we togidere in townes.
12 Tukeere tugende mu nnimiro z’emizabbibu, tulabe obanga emizabbibu gimulisizza, obanga n’ebimuli byagwo byanjuluzza, obanga n’emikomamawanga gimulisizza, era eyo gye nnaakulagira okwagala kwange.
Ryse we eerli to the vyner; se we, if the vyner hath flourid, if the flouris bryngen forth fruytis, if pumgranatis han flourid; there I schal yyue to thee my tetis.
13 Amadudayimu gawunya akawoowo, ne ku miryango gyaffe waliwo ebibala ebisinga obulungi, Ebyakanogebwa awamu n’ebikadde, bye nkuterekedde muganzi wange.
Mandrogoris han youe her odour in oure yatis; my derlyng, Y haue kept to thee alle applis, new and elde.
