1 Zabbuli. Muyimbire Mukama oluyimba oluggya, kubanga akoze eby’ekitalo. Omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, era omukono omutukuvu, gumuwadde obuwanguzi.
Sing to Adonai a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.
2 Mukama ayolesezza obulokozi bwe, era abikkulidde amawanga obutuukirivu bwe.
Adonai has made known his yishu'ah ·salvation·. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.
3 Ajjukidde okwagala kwe okutakoma n’obwesigwa bwe eri ennyumba ya Isirayiri. Enkomerero z’ensi yonna zirabye obulokozi bwa Katonda waffe.
He has remembered his chesed ·loving-kindness· and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel [God prevails]. All the ends of the earth have seen the yishu'ah ·salvation· of our God.
4 Muyimbire Mukama n’essanyu lingi mwe ensi yonna; muyimbe ennyimba mu maloboozi ag’essanyu.
Make a joyful noise to Adonai, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing zahmar ·musical praise·!
5 Mutendereze Mukama n’ennanga ez’enkoba; n’ennanga ez’enkoba n’amaloboozi ag’okuyimba,
Sing zahmar ·musical praise· to Adonai with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody.
6 n’amakondeere n’eddoboozi ly’eŋŋombe. Muyimbe n’essanyu mu maaso ga Mukama era Kabaka.
With trumpets and sound of the shofar ·ram horn·, make a joyful noise before the King, Adonai.
7 Ennyanja eyire ne byonna ebigirimu, n’ensi ne byonna ebigirimu bijaguze.
Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.
8 Emigga gikube mu ngalo n’ensozi zonna ziyimbire wamu olw’essanyu;
Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.
9 byonna biyimbe mu maaso ga Mukama, kubanga ajja okulamula ensi. Aliramula ensi mu butuukirivu; aliramula amawanga mu bwenkanya.
Let them sing before Adonai, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
