< Zabbuli 13 >
1 Ya Mukulu wa Bayimbi. Zabbuli ya Dawudi. Olinneerabira kutuusa ddi, Ayi Mukama? Okutuusa emirembe gyonna? Olikomya ddi okunkweka amaaso go?
[For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David.] How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
2 Okulumwa mu mmeeme yange kulikoma ddi, n’okunyolwa okwa buli lunaku mu mutima gwange kuliggwaamu ddi? Abalabe bange balikomya ddi okumpangulanga nga beegulumiza?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart every day? How long shall my enemy triumph over me?
3 Onnyanukule, Ayi Mukama Katonda wange; onzizeemu amaanyi nneme okufa.
Look, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
4 Si kulwa ng’omulabe wange yeewaana nti, “Mmuwangudde;” abalabe bange ne bajaguza nga ngudde.
Lest my enemy say, "I have prevailed against him," and my adversaries rejoice when I fall.
5 Naye nze neesiga okwagala kwo okutajjulukuka; era omutima gwange gunaasanyukiranga mu bulokozi bwo.
But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.
6 Nnaayimbiranga Mukama, kubanga ankoledde ebirungi.
I will sing to the LORD, because he has dealt bountifully with me, and I will sing to the name of the LORD Most High.
