Once again Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man was there who had a withered hand.
2 Baali balindirira okulaba obanga anaamuwonya ku Ssabbiiti balyoke bamuwawaabire.
Now the Pharisees were watching Jesus closely to see if he would heal the man on the Sabbath, so that they could accuse him.
3 Yesu n’agamba omusajja eyalina omukono ogukaze nti, “Yimirira wakati.”
And he said to the man with the withered hand, “Rise and come forward.”
4 N’abagamba nti, “Kikkirizibwa okukola ekirungi ku Ssabbiiti oba okukola ekibi? Okuwonya bulamu oba okubuzikiriza?” Naye ne batamuddamu.
Then Jesus said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they were silent.
5 Yesu n’abatunuulira ng’akambuwadde era nga munakuwavu nnyo olw’obukakanyavu bw’emitima gyabwe, n’agamba omusajja nti, “Golola omukono gwo.” N’agolola omukono gwe, ne guwona.
After looking around at them with anger, grieved by the hardness of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out yoʋr hand.” So he stretched it out, and his hand was restored, becoming as sound as the other.

Then the Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against Jesus as to how they might destroy him.
7 Awo Yesu n’abayigirizwa be ne bagenda ku nnyanja. Ekibiina kinene ekyava mu Ggaliraaya ne mu Buyudaaya ne kimugoberera.
But Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and also from Judea,

9 Yesu n’agamba abayigirizwa be eryato limubeere kumpi olw’ekibiina ekinene, ekibiina kireme kumunyigiriza.
Then he told his disciples to have a small boat ready for him, so that the crowd would not crush him.
10 Kubanga yawonya bangi, bangi ne baagala okumugwira bamukwateko olw’endwadde zaabwe.
For he had healed many, so that all who had afflictions were pressing toward him to touch him.
11 Awo emyoyo emibi bwe gyamulaba ne gigwa mu maaso ge nga gireekaana nga gigamba nti, “Ggwe Mwana wa Katonda.”
Whenever the unclean spirits saw him, they would fall down before him and cry out, “Yoʋ are the Son of God.”
12 Naye n’agikomako gireme okumwatuukiriza.
But he would strictly warn them not to make him known.

Afterward Jesus went up on the mountain and called for those whom he wanted, and they came to him.
14 N’alonda kkumi na babiri mu abo, be yafuula abatume babeerenga naye, era abatumenga okubuulira.
He appointed twelve so that they might be with him and so that he might send them out to preach
15 N’abawa n’obuyinza okugobanga baddayimooni. Ekkumi n’ababiri be yalonda be bano:
and to have authority to heal diseases and cast out demons.
16 Awo n’alonda ekkumi na babiri era be bano: Simooni, gwe yatuuma “Peetero” ne

21 Awo baganda be bwe baakiwulira ne bagenda bamuggyeyo, kubanga baalowooza nti alaluse.
When his family heard about it, they went out to restrain him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.”
22 Naye abannyonnyozi b’amateeka abaava e Yerusaalemi ne bagamba nti, “Aliko Beeruzebuli omukulu wa baddayimooni, era obuyinza bwe bw’akozesa okugoba baddayimooni.”
But the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and, “By the ruler of demons he casts out demons.”
23 Awo Yesu n’abayita n’ayogera nabo mu ngero ng’agamba nti, “Setaani ayinza atya okugoba Setaani?
So Jesus called them over and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Obwakabaka bwe bwawukana tebuyinza kubaawo.
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 N’ennyumba eyawukanye, teyinza kubeerawo.
And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26 Ne Setaani bw’atyo bw’alwanagana yekka na yekka tayinza kubaawo. Wabula yeezikiriza yekka.
And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but has come to an end.
27 Naye tewali ayinza kuyingira mu nnyumba ya muntu w’amaanyi, okunyaga ebintu bye nga tasoose kumusiba n’alyoka anyaga ebintu bye.
No one can enter the house of a strong man and plunder his goods unless he first binds the strong man. Then he can plunder his house.

But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal judgment.” (aiōn , aiōnios )
30 Yayogera atyo gye bali kubanga baagamba nti, “Aliko omwoyo omubi.”
He said this because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
31 Awo baganda ba Yesu ne nnyina ne bajja gy’ali ebweru nga baagala okumulaba. Awo ne bamutumira bamuyite ajje ayogere nabo.
Then Jesus' brothers and mother came, and standing outside, they sent word to him and called for him.
32 Ekibiina ky’abantu kyali kimwetoolodde, ne bamugamba nti, “Nnyoko ne baganda bo ne bannyoko bali wabweru bakunoonya.”
There was a crowd sitting around Jesus, and they said to him, “Behold, yoʋr mother, yoʋr brothers, and yoʋr sisters are outside looking for yoʋ.”
33 Naye n’abaddamu nti, “Mmange ye ani, ne baganda bange be baani?”
But he answered them, “Who is my mother, or my brothers?”
34 Awo bwe yeetoolooza amaaso abo abaali batudde nga bamwebunguludde, n’abagamba nti, “Bano be mulaba be bammange era be baganda bange!
And looking around in a circle at the people sitting there, he said, “Behold, these are my mother and my brothers!
35 Kubanga buli muntu akola Katonda by’asiima ye muganda wange, ye mwannyinaze era ye mmange.”
For whoever does the will of God is my brother and my sister and mother.”
