< Lukka 15 >
1 Awo abasolooza b’omusolo n’abakozi b’ebibi ne bakuŋŋaanira eri Yesu okumuwuliriza.
Then resorted vnto him all ye publicas and synners for to heare him.
2 Naye Abafalisaayo n’abannyonnyozi b’amateeka ne beemulugunya nga bagamba nti Yesu akolagana n’abantu abalina ebibi, n’okulya n’alya nabo.
And the pharises and scribes murmured sayinge: He receaved to his copany synners and eateth with them.
3 Yesu n’alyoka abagerera olugero luno ng’agamba nti,
Then put he forthe this similitude to the sayinge:
4 “Singa omu ku mmwe abadde alina endiga kikumi, naye emu n’emubulako, taleka ziri ekyenda mu omwenda ku ttale n’agenda anoonya eri ebuze okutuusa Lw’agiraba?
What man of you havynge an hundred shepe yf he loose one of thee doth not leve nynty and nyne in the wyldernes and goo after yt which is loost vntyll he fynde him?
5 Bw’agiraba, agisitula ku bibegabega bye n’agitwala eka ng’ajaguza.
And whe he hath founde him he putteth him on his shulders with ioye:
6 Bw’atuuka eka ayita mikwano gye ne baliraanwa be bajje ng’agamba nti, ‘Munsanyukireko kubanga endiga yange eyabadde ebuze, erabise.’
And assone as he cometh home he calleth to gedder his lovers and neghbours sayinge vnto them: reioyse with me for I have founde my shepe which was loost.
7 Mu ngeri y’emu, mbagamba nti mu ggulu eribaayo essanyu lingi nnyo olw’omwonoonyi omu eyeenenyezza okusinga ekyenda mu omwenda abatuukirivu abateetaaga kwenenya.”
I say vnto you yt lyke wyse ioye shalbe in heven over one synner yt repenteth moore then over nynety and nyne iuste persons whiche nede noo repentauce.
8 “Oba mukazi ki alina ennoso ze kkumi, emu n’emubulako, atakoleeza ttaala n’anoonya mu buli kasonda konna ak’ennyumba, n’ayera n’ebuziizi yenna okutuusa lw’agiraba?
Ether what woman havynge. x. grotes yf she loose one doth not lyght a candell and swepe ye housse and seke diligently tyll she fynde it?
9 Bw’agiraba, ayita mikwano gye ne baliraanwa be n’abagamba nti, ‘Munsanyukireko, ennoso yange eyabadde ebuze ngirabye.’
And when she hath founde it she calleth her lovers and her neghbours sayinge: Reioyce wt me for I have founde the groate which I had loost.
10 Mbategeeza nti mu ngeri y’emu omukozi w’ebibi omu bwe yeenenya, bamalayika ba Katonda bajjula essanyu.”
Lykwyse I saye vnto you ioye is made in ye presence of ye angels of god over one synner yt repenteth.
11 Awo Yesu n’abagamba nti, “Waaliwo omusajja eyalina batabani be babiri.
And he sayde: a certayne man had two sonnes
12 Omuto n’agamba kitaawe nti, ‘Kitange, nkusaba ompe omugabo gwange ku bintu byo ogunsaanidde.’ Kitaawe n’abagabanyiza ebintu byabwe.
and the yonger of them sayde to his father: father geve me my parte of the goodes yt to me belongeth. And he devided vnto them his substaunce.
13 “Waayitawo ennaku ntono, omwana omuto n’asibako ebintu bye byonna ne yeetambulira, n’agenda mu nsi ey’ewala. Bwe yatuuka eyo n’asaasaanya ebintu bye ne yeemalira mu binyumu.
And not longe after ye yonger sonne gaddered all that he had to gedder and toke his iorney into a farre countre and theare he wasted his goodes with royetous lyvinge.
14 Mu kiseera ekyo we yamalirawo ebintu bye byonna, n’enjala nnyingi we yagwira mu nsi omwo mwe yali, n’asiibanga era n’asulanga enjala.
And when he had spent all that he had ther rose a greate derth thorow out all yt same londe and he began to lacke.
15 N’agenda abeere ew’omwami omu ow’omu nsi omwo n’amusaba amuwe omulimu, n’amusindika gye yalundiranga embizzi azirabirirenga.
And he went and clave to a citesyn of yt same countre which sent him to his felde to kepe his swyne.
16 Omulenzi ne yeegombanga okulyanga ebikuta by’embizzi, naye ne watabaawo amuwa kantu konna.
And he wold fayne have filled his bely with the coddes that ye swyne ate: and noo man gave him.
17 “Naye bwe yeddamu n’agamba nti, ‘Eka ewaffe, abasajja abapakasi aba kitange bafuna emmere nnyingi ne balya ne balemwa, naye nze ndi wano nfiira wano enjala!
Then he came to him selfe and sayde: how many hyred servauntes at my fathers have breed ynough and I dye for honger.
18 Nnaagenda eri kitange, mugambe nti, Kitange, nnyonoonye eri eggulu ne mu maaso go,
I will aryse and goo to my father and will saye vnto him: father I have synned agaynst heven and before ye
19 era sikyasaanira na kuyitibwa mwana wo. Nfunira omulimu mbeere ng’abapakasi bo.’
and am no moare worthy to be called thy sonne make me as one of thy hyred servauntes.
20 Bw’atyo n’asitula n’addayo ewa kitaawe. “Naye bwe yali ng’akyaliko wala n’awaka, kitaawe n’amulengera ng’ajja, n’amusaasira nnyo. Kitaawe ng’ajjudde amaziga n’amusisinkana, n’amugwa mu kifuba n’amunywegera.
And he arose and went to his father. And when he was yet a greate waye of his father sawe him and had compassion and ran and fell on his necke and kyssed him.
21 Omwana n’agamba kitaawe nti, ‘Kitange, nnyonoonye eri eggulu ne mu maaso go. Sikyasaanira kuyitibwa mwana wo.’
And the sonne sayd vnto him: father I have synned agaynst heven and in thy sight and am no moare worthy to be called thy sonne.
22 “Naye kitaawe n’alagira abaddu be nti, ‘Mwanguwe mangu! Muleete ekkanzu esinga obulungi mugimwambaze. Mumunaanike empeta ku ngalo ye, mumwambaze n’engatto!
But his father sayde to his servautes: bringe forth that best garment and put it on him and put a rynge on his honde and showes on his fete.
23 Era mugende mutte ennyana eya ssava. Tufumbe embaga nnene tujaguze.
And bringe hidder that fatted caulfe and kyll him and let vs eate and be mery:
24 Kubanga mutabani wange ono yali afudde kaakano mulamu, yali azaaye laba wuuno azaawuse.’ Embaga n’etandika.
for this my sonne was deed and is alyve agayne he was loste and is now founde. And they began to be merye.
25 “Mu kiseera ekyo omwana omukulu yali ali mu nnimiro. Awo bwe yali akomawo eka ng’asemberedde ennyumba, n’awulira ennyimba ez’amazina.
The elder brother was in the felde and when he cam and drewe nye to ye housse he herde minstrelcy and daunsynge
26 N’ayita omu ku baweereza n’amubuuza bwe bibadde.
and called one of his servauntes and axed what thoose thinges meate.
27 Omuweereza n’amutegeeza nti, ‘Muganda wo akomyewo, era kitammwe amuttidde ennyana eya ssava olwokubanga muganda wo akomyewo nga mulamu bulungi.’
And he sayd vnto him: thy brother is come and thy father had kylled ye fatted caulfe because he hath receaved him safe and sounde.
28 “Muganda we omukulu n’anyiiga, n’okuyingira n’atayingira mu nnyumba. Naye kitaawe n’ajja n’amwegayirira ayingire,
And he was angry and wolde not goo in. Then came his father out and entreated him.
29 naye omwana n’amuddamu nti, ‘Emyaka gino gyonna nkukoledde, era tewali mulundi na gumu Lwe wali ondagidde ne nkujeemera. Naye tompangayo wadde akabuzi akato neesanyuseeko ne mikwano gyange.
He answered and sayde to his father: Loo these many yeares have I done the service nether brake at eny tyme thy commaundment and yet gavest thou me never soo moche as a kyd to make mery wt my lovers:
30 Naye kale mutabani wo olukomyewo ng’ebintu byo bye wamuwa amaze okubimalira mu bamalaaya, n’omuttira ennyana ensava.’
but assone as this thy sonne was come which hath devoured thy goodes with harlootes thou haste for his pleasure kylled ye fatted caulfe.
31 “Kitaawe n’amuddamu nti, ‘Laba mwana wange, tuli ffenna bulijjo, era byonna bye nnina bibyo.
And he sayd vnto him: Sonne thou wast ever with me and all that I have is thyne:
32 Kaakano kituufu okusanyuka n’okujaguza. Kubanga muganda wo, yali afudde, kaakano mulamu! Yali azaaye, wuuno azaawuse!’”
it was mete that we shuld make mery and be glad: for this thy brother was deed and is a lyve agayne: and was loste and is founde.
