Ebyabaleevi 25
1 Mukama Katonda yagamba Musa ku lusozi Sinaayi nti,
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses on [the] mountain of Sinai saying.
2 “Tegeeza abaana ba Isirayiri nti bwe mutuukanga mu nsi gye mbawa, ensi yennyini eneekuumiranga Mukama Katonda ssabbiiti.
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you will go into the land which I [am] about to give to you and it will cease the land a sabbath to Yahweh.
3 Okumala emyaka mukaaga ennimiro zammwe munaazisigangamu emmere, era mu myaka egyo omukaaga munaasaliranga emizabbibu gyammwe n’ebibala ne mubikungula.
Six years you will sow field your and six years you will prune vineyard your and you will gather produce its.
4 Naye mu mwaka ogw’omusanvu ettaka ly’ensi eyo linaabanga ne ssabbiiti ey’okuwummula eri Mukama Katonda. Temusiganga mmere mu nnimiro zammwe wadde okusalira emizabbibu gyammwe.
And in the year seventh a sabbath of sabbath observance it will belong to the land a sabbath to Yahweh field your not you will sow and vineyard your not you will prune.
5 Ebimera ebyekuzizza byokka, ebimererezi, temubikungulanga wadde okunoga ebibala ku mizabbibu gyammwe egitaasalirwa. Omwaka ogwo ettaka ly’ensi linaaguwummulanga.
[the] self-sown grain of Harvest your not you will harvest and [the] grapes untrimmed vines your not you will gather grapes a year of sabbath observance it will belong to the land.
6 Ebyo byonna ebyokulya ebinaavanga mu ttaka mu mwaka ogwa ssabbiiti yaalyo binaabanga mmere yammwe, mmwe bennyini, n’eri abaddu bammwe abasajja, n’abakazi, era n’abaweereza bammwe ab’empeera, n’abagenyi abanaabanga basula mu maka gammwe;
And it will belong [the] sabbath of the land to you to food to you and to [male] slave your and to female slave your and to hired laborer your and to resident alien your who are sojourning with you.
7 era n’ente zammwe n’ensolo ez’omu nsiko ezinaabanga ku ttaka lyammwe. Buli ekyokulya ekinaakuliranga ku ttaka eryo kinaabanga mmere.
And to livestock your and to the animal[s] which [is] in land your it will be all produce its to eat.
8 “Munaabaliriranga essabbiiti musanvu ez’omu myaka, kwe kugamba nti musanvu emirundi emyaka musanvu. Bwe kityo ekiseera kyonna ekya ssabbiiti ezo ne kiba emyaka amakumi ana mu mwenda.
And you will count for yourself seven sabbaths of years seven years seven times and they will be to you [the] days of seven [the] sabbaths of years nine and forty year[s].
9 Ekkondeere ery’okujaguza munaalifuuyiranga wonna wonna ku lunaku olw’ekkumi mu mwezi ogw’omusanvu ku Lunaku olw’Okutangiririrwa, ekkondeere munaalifuuyiranga mu nsi yammwe yonna.
And you will cause to pass through a ram's horn of [the] sound of a loud blast in the month seventh on the ten of the month on [the] day of atonement you will cause to pass a ram's horn in all land your.
10 Munaatukuzanga omwaka ogw’amakumi ataano, era munaalangiriranga ebiseera eby’eddembe eri abatuuze bonna mu ggwanga lyammwe. Omwaka ogwo gunaabanga gwa kujaguza gwa Jjubiri gye muli; buli omu anaddangayo mu kifo kye eky’obwannannyini, era buli omu anaddangayo mu kika kye.
And you will set apart as holy [the] year of the fifty year and you will proclaim liberty in the land for all inhabitants its a jubilee it it will be to you and you will return each one to possession his and each one to clan his you will return.
11 Omwaka ogw’amakumi ataano gunaabanga gwa kujaguza gwa Jjubiri gye muli; mu mwaka ogwo temuusigenga era temuukungulenga bikuze ku bimererezi newaakubadde okukuŋŋaanya ebibala eby’oku mizabbibu egitali misalire.
A jubilee it [the] year of the fifty year it will be to you not you will sow and not you will harvest self-sown grain its and not you will gather grapes untrimmed vines its.
12 Kubanga ekiseera ekyo kya kujaguza kya Jjubiri era kinaabanga kitukuvu gye muli; mulyenga ebyo byokka bye munaggyanga mu nnimiro.
For [is] a jubilee it a holy thing it will be to you from the field you will eat produce its.
13 “Mu mwaka ogwo ogw’okujaguza ogwa Jjubiri buli omu anaddangayo mu kifo kye eky’obwannannyini.
In [the] year of the jubilee this you will return each one to possession his.
14 Era bwe munaatunzanga bannammwe ekintu kyonna oba bwe munaagulanga ku bannammwe ekintu kyonna, temuseeragananga.
And if you will sell a thing sold to fellow citizen your or you will buy from [the] hand of fellow citizen your may not you maltreat each brother his.
15 Munnansi munno onoomugulangako ng’osinziira ku myaka egyakayitawo okuva ku kujaguza ku Jjubiri. Era naye anaakutunzanga ng’asinziira ku myaka egibulayo okutuuka ku makungula g’ebibala.
By [the] number of years after the jubilee you will buy from with fellow citizen your by [the] number of [the] years of produce he will sell [it] to you.
16 Emyaka bwe ginaabanga emingi, omuwendo ogulamulwa munaagwongezanga, naye emyaka bwe ginaabanga emitono munaagukendeezanga, kubanga obungi bw’ebikungulwa, bw’ogula ku mutunzi.
To [the] mouth of - [the] abundance of the years you will increase purchase price its and to [the] mouth of [the] being small of the years you will make small purchase price its for [the] number of produce he [is] selling to you.
17 Temuseeragananga; mutyanga Katonda wammwe, kubanga Nze Mukama Katonda wammwe.
And not you will maltreat anyone fellow citizen his and you will fear from God your for I [am] Yahweh God your.
18 “Mugonderenga ebiragiro byange, era mukwatenga amateeka gange, bwe mutyo munaatuulanga n’emirembe mu nsi yammwe.
And you will do statutes my and judgments my you will keep and you will do them and you will dwell on the land to security.
19 Ensi eneebaleeteranga ebibala byayo, ne mulya ne mukkuta ne mutuulamu n’emirembe.
And it will give the land fruit its and you will eat to abundance and you will dwell to security on it.
20 Muyinza okubuuza nti, ‘Bwe tutaasigenga era ne tutakungulanga, kale mu mwaka ogw’omusanvu tunaalyanga ki?’
And if you will say what? will we eat in the year seventh here! not we will sow and not we will gather produce our.
21 Mu mwaka ogw’omukaaga ndibayiwako omukisa gwange ogulireetera ensi yammwe ebibala ebirimala emyaka esatu.
And I will command blessing my for you in the year sixth and it will make the produce for [the] three the years.
22 Bwe munaabanga musiga mu mwaka ogw’omunaana, munaabanga mulya ku bibala ebikadde bye mwatereka, okutuusa nga mukungudde ebibala eby’omwaka ogw’omwenda.
And you will sow the year eighth and you will eat from the produce old harvest until - the year ninth until comes produce its you will eat old harvest.
23 Ettaka teriitundibwenga kagenderere, kubanga ensi yange; mwe muli bayise era abasuze obusuze.
And the land not it will be sold to perpetuity for [belongs] to me the land for [are] sojourners and resident aliens you with me.
24 Buli kitundu kya nsi kye munaalyanga, bwe mutundanga ettaka mwerekerangawo omwagaanya ogw’okulinunulayo gye mulitunze.
And in all [the] land of possession your [the] right of redemption you will give of the land.
25 “Munnansi munnammwe bw’anaayavuwalanga, n’atunda ebimu ku bintu bye, muganda we ow’okumpi mu luganda anajjanga n’anunula ebyo munnansi munne by’atunze.
If he will become impoverished brother your and he will sell some of possession his and he will come kinsman-redeemer his near to him and he will redeem [the] thing sold of brother his.
26 Omuntu bw’anaabanga talina anaabimununulira, naye ye ku bubwe ng’agaggawadde, era ng’afunye obusobozi obw’okubinunula,
And anyone if not he will belong to him a kinsman-redeemer and it will reach hand his and he will find according to [the] sufficiency of redemption its.
27 anaabaliriranga omuwendo gw’ensimbi oguli mu myaka kasookedde abitunda, n’abala n’omuwendo ogugya mu myaka egisigaddeyo okutuuka ku Jjubiri, n’agusasula omuntu gwe yaguza ebintu ebyo, olwo eyatunda aneddirangayo mu bintu bye.
And he will calculate [the] years of sale its and he will repay the surplus to the person whom he sold [it] to him and he will return to possession his.
28 Naye singa alemwa okufuna obusobozi okumusasula, kale ebyo bye yatunda binaasigalanga mu mukono gw’eyabigula nga ye nannyini byo okutuusa mu Mwaka gwa Jjubiri. Binamuddizibwanga mu Jjubiri, era anaayinzanga okweddirayo mu bintu bye.
And if not it has found hand his sufficiency to repay to him and it will be thing sold his in [the] hand of the [one who] bought it until [the] year of the jubilee and it will go out in the jubilee and he will return to possession his.
29 “Omuntu bw’anaatundanga ennyumba esulwamu eri mu kibuga ekyetooloddwa bbugwe, anaayinzanga okuginunula mu mwaka nga tegunaggwaako. Mu bbanga eryo ery’omwaka omulamba mw’anaabeereranga n’obuyinza obw’okuginunula.
And anyone if he will sell a house of dwelling of a city of a wall and it will be right of redemption its until is finished [the] year of sale its days it will be right of redemption its.
30 Ennyumba eyo eri mu kibuga ekyetooloddwa bbugwe bw’eteenunulibwenga mu bbanga ery’omwaka ogumu, kale eneebeereranga ddala y’oyo eyagigula n’ezzadde lye. Eyagitunda teemuddizibwenga mu Jjubiri.
And if not it will be redeemed until is completed to it a year complete and it will stand the house which [is] in the city which ([belongs] to it *Q(K)*) a wall to perpetuity to the [one who] bought it to generations his not it will go out in the jubilee.
31 Naye amayumba ag’omu bubuga obutono obw’omu byalo obuteetooloddwako bisenge, ganaabalirwanga mu ttuluba lye limu n’ery’ennimiro eziri mu byalo. Ganaanunulibwanga era ne gaddira bannyinigo mu Jjubiri.
And [the] houses of the villages which not [belongs] to them a wall round about to [the] field of the land it will be reckoned a right of redemption it will belong to it and in the jubilee it will go out.
32 “Bulijjo Abaleevi banaabanga ba ddembe okununula amayumba gaabwe agali mu bibuga byabwe eby’Abaleevi bye balinako obwannannyini.
And [the] cities of the Levites [the] houses of [the] cities of possession their a right of redemption of perpetuity it will belong to the Levites.
33 Era Omuleevi bw’anaabanga takozesezza ddembe lye ery’okununula, kale ennyumba eyatundirwa mu kibuga Abaleevi kye balinako obwannannyini, eneemuddiranga mu Jjubiri; kubanga mu bantu ba Isirayiri ennyumba eziri mu bibuga by’Abaleevi za Baleevi.
And that he will redeem one of the Levites and it will go out [the] sale of [the] house and [the] city of possession his in the jubilee for [the] houses of [the] cities of the Levites it [is] possession their in among [the] people of Israel.
34 Naye ennimiro eziri ku ttaka lya wamu ery’ebibuga byabwe teziitundibwenga; kubanga ezo zaabwe za bwannannyini obw’olubeerera.
And [the] field of [the] pasture land of cities their not it will be sold for [is] a possession of perpetuity it to them.
35 “Munnansi munnammwe bw’anaayavuwalanga ng’ali wamu nammwe, nga takyasobola kwefunira buyambi, mubeerenga naye nga mumulabirira nga bwe mwandirabiridde omunnaggwanga oba omusuze obusuze ali mu mmwe.
And if he will become impoverished brother your and it will slip hand his with you and you will strengthen him a sojourner and a resident alien and he will live with you.
36 Mutyenga Katonda wammwe. Munnammwe temumuggyangako magoba ku kintu kyonna kye munaabanga mumuwoze, bw’atyo munnammwe oyo alyoke abeerenga mu mmwe.
May not you take from with him interest and profit and you will fear from God your and he will live brother your with you.
37 Bw’omuwolanga ensimbi azzengawo omuwendo gwennyini gw’omuwoze so tasukkirizangamu. Era bw’omuguzanga emmere tossangamu magoba.
Silver your not you will give to him for interest and for profit not you will give food your.
38 Nze Mukama Katonda wammwe eyabaggya mu nsi ey’e Misiri okubawa ensi ya Kanani n’okubeera Katonda wammwe.
I [am] Yahweh God your who I brought out you from [the] land of Egypt to give to you [the] land of Canaan to become for you God.
39 “Era munnansi munnammwe bw’anaayavuwalanga ng’ali nammwe, ne yeetunda gye muli, temumukozesanga nga muddu.
And if he will become impoverished brother your with you and he will sell himself to you not you will labor by him [the] labor of a slave.
40 Munaamukozesanga ng’omupakasi ow’empeera oba ng’omusuze obusuze, ng’ali nammwe. Anaabaweerezanga okutuusa mu Mwaka gwa Jjubiri.
Like a hired laborer like a resident alien he will be with you until [the] year of the jubilee he will serve with you.
41 Kale nno, olwo anaalekebwanga n’addayo ewaabwe, ye n’abaana be, mu kika kye ku butaka bwa bakadde be.
And he will go out from with you he and sons his with him and he will return to clan his and to [the] possession of ancestors his he will return.
42 Kubanga baweereza bange be naggya mu nsi y’e Misiri; tebaatundibwenga ng’abaddu.
For [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt not they will be sold a sale of a slave.
43 Temubafugisanga bukambwe, naye mutyenga Katonda wammwe.
Not you will rule over him with harshness and you will fear from God your.
44 Abaddu bammwe abasajja n’abaddu bammwe abakazi munaabaggyanga mu mawanga agabeetoolodde, mu mawanga ago mwe muneeguliranga abaddu abasajja n’abaddu abakazi.
And [male] slave your and female slave your who they will belong to you from with the nations which [are] around you from them you will buy a [male] slave and a female slave.
45 Era munaayinzanga okwegulira ku bannamawanga abali nammwe abasuze obusuze, ne ku baana baabwe abanaazaalirwanga mu nsi yammwe; abo banaabanga nvuma zammwe.
And also some of [the] children of the resident aliens who sojourn with you from them you will buy and from clan their which [is] with you which they have fathered in land your and they will belong to you to a possession.
46 Munaayinzanga okulaamira batabani bammwe abalibagoberera envuma ezo ng’obusika bwabwe obw’emirembe gyonna. Naye Bayisirayiri bannammwe temubafugisanga bukambwe.
And you will give as an inheritance them to sons your after you to take possession of a possession for ever by them you will labor and over brothers your [the] people of Israel each over brother his not you will rule over him with harshness.
47 “Omunnaggwanga oba omusuze obusuze ali nammwe bw’anaagaggawalanga, naye munnansi munnammwe bwe babeera n’ayavuwala, ne yeetunda eri munnaggwanga oba eri omusuze obusuze ali nammwe, oba eri omu ku b’omu luggya lwa munnaggwanga,
And if it will reach [the] hand of a sojourner and a resident alien with you and he will become impoverished brother your with him and he will sell himself to a sojourner a resident alien with you or to a member of [the] clan of a sojourner.
48 anaayinzanga okununulibwa, ng’amaze okwetunda. Omu ku baganda be anayinzanga okumununula:
After he has sold himself a right of redemption it will belong to him one of brothers his he will redeem him.
49 Taata we oba mutabani wa taata we, oba owooluganda omulala ow’okumpi mu buzaale ow’omu kika kye anaayinzanga okumununula. Oba ye bw’anaagaggawalanga anaayinzanga okwenunula.
Or uncle his or [the] son of uncle his he will redeem him or any of [the] relative[s] of flesh his from clan his he will redeem him or it has reached hand his and he will redeem himself.
50 Ye n’oli eyamugula bajjanga kubalirira ebbanga okuva mu mwaka gwe yeetundiramu okutuuka ku Mwaka gwa Jjubiri. Omuwendo ogw’okununulibwa guneesigamizibwanga ku muwendo gw’emyaka egibaliriddwa; ebbanga lye yamala n’eyamugula linaageraageranyizibwanga n’ebbanga ery’omupakasi asasulwa empeera.
And he will calculate with [the] [one who] bought him from [the] year he sold himself to him until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be [the] silver of sale his by [the] number of years according to [the] days of a hired laborer he will be with him.
51 Mu kubalirira kwabwe bwe kinaazuukanga ng’ekyasigaddeyo emyaka mingi okutuuka ku Jjubiri, ku muwendo gwe yeetunda anaasasulangako omuwendo munene olw’okwenunula.
If still many in the years to mouth their he will repay redemption his some of [the] silver of purchase his.
52 Naye bw’eneebanga esigaddeyo emyaka mitono, egyo gy’anaabalirirangamu ensimbi zaamu n’asasula ezo nga bwe kyetaagisa olw’okwenunula.
And if few it remains in the years until [the] year of the jubilee and he will calculate for himself according to [the] mouth of years his he will repay redemption his.
53 Oyo eyagula munne anaamuyisanga ng’omupakasi amukolera mu kupatana okwa buli mwaka. Temulekanga oyo eyagula munne okumutuntuzanga nga nammwe mulaba.
Like a hired laborer of a year in a year he will be with him not he will rule over him with harshness to eyes your.
54 “Bw’anaabanga tanunulibbwa mu zimu ku ngeri ezo, ye n’abaana be banaanunulibwanga mu Mwaka gwa Jjubiri.
And if not he will be redeemed in these [ways] and he will go out in [the] year of the jubilee he and sons his with him.
55 Kubanga abaana ba Isirayiri bantu bange, abaweereza bange be naggya mu nsi ey’e Misiri. Nze Mukama Katonda wammwe.
For of me [the] people of Israel [are] servants [are] servants my they whom I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt I [am] Yahweh God your.
