1 Bano be bakabaka b’ensi Abayisirayiri be baawangula era bannyini nsi Abayisirayiri gye baatwala eri ebuvanjuba bwa Yoludaani, okuva ku kiwonvu ekya Alunoni okutuuka ku lusozi Kerumooni, ne Alaba yonna ku luuyi olw’ebuvanjuba.

And these [are] the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel slew, and inherited their land beyond Jordan from the east, from the valley of Arnon to the mount of Aermon, and all the land of Araba on the east.

2 Sikoni kabaka w’Abamoli eyafuga mu Kesuboni, okuva ku Aloweri, ekiri ku mabbali g’ekiwonvu ekya Alunoni, n’ekibuga ekiri wakati mu kiwonvu, n’ekitundu ekya Gireyaadi, okutuuka ku mugga Yaboki, y’ensalo y’abaana ba Amoni; kino ng’ogasseeko n’ekitundu Gireyaadi,

Seon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Esebon, ruling from Arnon, which is in the valley, on the side of the valley, and half of Galaad as far as Jaboc, the borders of the children of Ammon.

3 ne Alaba okutuuka ku nnyanja Kinnerosi, ku luuyi olw’ebuvanjuba, ne ku Nnyanja ya Araba y’Ennyanja ey’Omunnyo ku luuyi olw’ebuvanjuba mu kkubo ery’e Besu Yesimosi, ne ku luuyi olw’obukiikaddyo wansi w’olusozi Pisuga,

And Araba as far as the sea of Chenereth eastward, and as far as the sea of Araba; the salt sea eastward [by] the way to Asimoth, from Thaeman under Asedoth Phasga.

4 ne ku nsalo ya Ogi kabaka w’e Basani, omu ku baasembayo ku ba Balefa eyafuganga mu Asutaloosi ne mu Ederei.

And Og king of Basan, who dwelt in Astaroth and in Edrain, was left of the giants

5 Era ye yali afuga olusozi Kerumooni ne Saleka ne Basani yenna okutuuka ku nsalo ey’Abagesuli, n’Abamaakasi, n’ekitundu kya Gireyaali, ensalo ya Sikoni kabaka we Kesuboni.

ruling from mount Aermon and from Secchai, and [over] all the land of Basan to the borders of Gergesi, and Machi, and the half of Galaad of the borders of Seon king of Esebon.

6 Musa omuweereza wa Mukama n’abaana ba Isirayiri babawangula, era ensi yaabwe Musa omuweereza wa Mukama n’agiwa Abalewubeeni, n’Abagaadi n’ekitundu ky’ekika kya Manase.

Moses the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel smote them; and Moses gave them by way of inheritance to Ruben, and Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasse.

7 Bano be bakabaka b’ensi, Yoswa n’abaana ba Isirayiri be baawangula ku luuyi lw’ebugwanjuba olwa Yoludaani okuva ku Baalugadi mu kiwonvu kya Lebanooni okutuuka ku lusozi Kalaki okwambuka okutuuka e Seyiri. Yoswa yagiwa ebika bya Isirayiri bigigabane nga bwe byali byayawulwamu.

And these [are] the kings of the Amorites, whom Joshua and the children of Israel slew beyond Jordan by the sea of Balagad in the plain of Libanus, and as far as the mountain of Chelcha, as men go up to Seir: and Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel to inherit according to their portion;

8 Mu nsi ey’ensozi, ne mu nsi ey’ensenyi ne mu Alaba ne ku bitundu ebya wansi ku nsozi, ne mu ddungu ne mu nsi ey’obugwanjuba mu Negevu, ensi ez’Abakiiti, n’Abamoli, n’Abakanani, n’Abaperezi, n’Omukiivi, n’Omuyebusi.

in the mountain, and in the plain, and in Araba, and in Asedoth, and in the wilderness, and Nageb; the Chettite, and the Amorite, and the Chananite, and the Pherezite, and the Evite, and the Jebusite.

9 Kabaka w’e Yeriko omu, ne kabaka w’e Ayi ekiriraanye Beseri omu,

The king of Jericho, and the king of Gai, which is near Baethel;

10 ne kabaka w’e Yerusaalemi omu, ne kabaka w’e Kebbulooni omu,

the king of Jerusalem, the king of Chebron,

11 ne kabaka w’e Yalamusi omu, ne kabaka w’e Lakisi omu,

the king of Jerimuth, the king of Lachis;

12 n’ow’e Egulooni omu, n’ow’e Gezeri omu,

the king of Aelam, the king of Gazer;

13 ne kabaka w’e Debiri omu, n’ow’e Gederi omu,

the king of Dabir, the king of Gader:

14 n’ow’e Koluma omu, n’ow’e Yaladi omu,

the king of Hermath, the king of Ader;
