Isaaya 11
1 Ensibuka erimera ng’eva ku kikonge kya Yese, ne ku mirandira kulivaako omuti, ne ku muti kulivaako Ettabi eriribala ekibala.
And it will go forth a shoot from [the] rootstock of Jesse and a branch from roots his it will bear fruit.
2 Mwoyo wa Mukama alibeera ku ye, Mwoyo ow’amagezi n’okutegeera ne Mwoyo w’okusala ensonga, n’ow’amaanyi ne Mwoyo w’okumanya era n’okutya Mukama Katonda.
And it will rest on him [the] spirit of Yahweh a spirit of wisdom and understanding a spirit of counsel and strength a spirit of knowledge and [the] fear of Yahweh.
3 Era n’essanyu lye liribeera mu kutya Mukama Katonda. Taasalenga misango ng’asinziira ku maaso ge gokka nga bwe galaba, oba okusalawo ng’asinziira ku byawulira n’amatu ge byokka,
And delighting he [will be] in [the] fear of Yahweh and not to [the] sight of eyes his he will judge and not to [the] hearing of ears his he will decide.
4 naye anaasaliranga abaavu emisango mu bwenkanya, era asalire mu bwenkanya abo abawombeefu ab’omu nsi; era alikuba ensi n’omuggo ogw’omu kamwa ke, era alitta omukozi w’ebibi n’omukka ogw’omu kamwa ke.
And he will judge with righteousness poor [people] and he will decide with uprightness for [the] humble [people] of [the] earth and he will strike [the] earth with [the] rod of mouth his and with [the] breath of lips his he will put to death [the] wicked.
5 Obutuukirivu, bwe buliba olukoba lwe yeesibya, n’obwesigwa, bw’alyesiba mu kiwato kye.
And it will be righteousness [the] waistband of hips his and faithfulness [the] waistband of loins his.
6 Omusege gulisulanga wamu n’omwana gw’endiga, n’engo egalamire wamu n’omwana gw’embuzi; era ennyana n’empologoma n’ennyana eya ssava binaagalamiranga wamu; era omwana omuto yalizirabirira.
And it will sojourn wolf with lamb and leopard with kid it will lie down and calf and young lion and fatling together and a child small [will be] leading them.
7 Ente n’eddubu biririira wamu, abaana baazo banaagalamiranga wamu. Empologoma erirya omuddo ng’ente.
And cow and bear they will graze together they will lie down young their and [the] lion like the ox it will eat straw.
8 N’omwana ayonka alizannyira ku kinnya ky’enswera, n’omwana omuto aliteeka omukono gwe mu kinnya ky’essalambwa.
And he will play a suckling-child over [the] hole of a cobra and over [the] nest of a viper a weaned [child] hand his he will put out.
9 Tewalibeera kukolaganako bulabe wadde okuttiŋŋana ku lusozi lwange olutukuvu. Kubanga ensi eribeera ejjudde okumanya Mukama Katonda, ng’amazzi bwe gajjuza ennyanja.
Not they will do harm and not they will destroy in all [the] mountain of holiness my for it will be full the earth knowledge Yahweh like the waters the sea [which] cover.
10 Awo ku lunaku luli, muzzukulu wa Yese aliyimirira ng’ebendera eri amawanga. Oyo amawanga gwe ganaanoonyanga, n’ekifo kye eky’okuwummuliramu, kiribeera kya kitiibwa.
And it will be in the day that [the] root of Jesse who [will be] standing for a standard of peoples him nations they will seek and it will be resting place his glory.
11 Era ku lunaku olwo Mukama aligolola omukono gwe omulundi ogwokubiri okununula abasigalawo ku bantu be, okubaggya mu Bwasuli ne mu Misiri ne mu Pasuloosi ne mu Kuusi ne mu Eramu ne mu Sinaali ne mu Kamasi ne mu bizinga eby’omu nnyanja.
And it will be - in the day that he will repeat [the] Lord - a second [time] hand his to acquire [the] remnant of people his which it will remain from Assyria and from Egypt and from Pathros and from Cush and from Elam and from Shinar and from Hamath and from [the] islands of the sea.
12 Era aliwanikira amawanga bbendera, akuŋŋaanye abawaŋŋanguse ba Isirayiri; aleete wamu abantu ba Yuda abaali basaasaanye mu nsonda ennya ez’ensi.
And he will lift up a standard for the nations and he will gather [the] banished [men] of Israel and [the] scattered [women] of Judah he will assemble from [the] four [the] corners of the earth.
13 Olwo obuggya bwa Efulayimu bulyoke buggweewo, n’abo abateganya Yuda balizikirizibwa. Efulayimu talikwatirwa Yuda buggya wadde Yuda okubeera omulabe wa Efulayimu.
And it will come to an end [the] jealousy of Ephraim and [the] opposing of Judah they will be cut off Ephraim not it will be jealous of Judah and Judah not it will be opposed to Ephraim.
14 Bombi awamu balirumba ne bamalawo Abafirisuuti mu busozi bw’ebugwanjuba; era bombiriri balinyaga abantu b’omu buvanjuba. Baligolola omukono gwabwe ku Edomu ne Mowaabu; n’abaana ba Amoni balibagondera.
And they will fly on [the] shoulder [the] Philistines west-ward together they will plunder [the] people of [the] east Edom and Moab [will be] [the] stretching out of hand their and [the] people of Ammon [will be] subjects their.
15 Era Mukama Katonda alikaliza omukutu gw’ennyanja y’Abamisiri; era aliwujira omukono gwe ku mugga Fulaati ne guleetawo omuyaga ogukaza, agwawulemu ebitundu musanvu abantu bye banaasomokanga ku bigere.
And he will divide Yahweh [the] tongue of [the] sea of Egypt and he will brandish hand his over the River with [the] heat of wind his and he will strike it into seven wadis and he will make walk in sandals.
16 Era abo abalisigalawo ku bantu be balibeera n’ekkubo ery’okuyitamu ery’eggwanga eryasigala ku Bwasuli nga bwe kyali eri Isirayiri ku lunaku lwe baaviirako mu Misiri.
And it will belong a highway to [the] remnant of people his which it will remain from Assyria just as it belonged to Israel on [the] day went up it from [the] land of Egypt.
