1 “‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, Omulyango ogw’oluggya olw’omunda olutunuulira Ebuvanjuba gunaabanga muggale ennaku mukaaga ezikolerwamu, naye ku lunaku olwa Ssabbiiti ne ku lunaku olw’omwezi ogwakaboneka gunaggulwanga.
This is what the Lord has said: The doorway of the inner square looking to the east is to be shut on the six working days; but on the Sabbath it is to be open, and at the time of the new moon it is to be open.
2 Omulangira anaayingiriranga mu kisasi okuva ebweru, n’ayimirira awali omufuubeeto ogw’omulyango. Bakabona banaateekateekanga ekiweebwayo kye ekyokebwa n’ebiweebwayo bye olw’emirembe. Anaasinzizanga awayingirirwa ku mulyango; n’oluvannyuma anaafulumanga, naye oluggi teluggalwenga okutuusa akawungeezi.
And the ruler is to go in through the covered way of the outer doorway outside, and take his place by the pillar of the doorway, and the priests will make his burned offering and his peace-offerings and he will give worship at the doorstep of the doorway; then he will go out, and the door will not be shut till the evening.
3 Bwe batyo n’abantu ab’omu nsi bateekwa okusinzizanga ku luggi olw’omulyango mu maaso ga Mukama ku Ssabbiiti ne ku myezi egyakaboneka.
And the people of the land are to give worship at the door of that doorway before the Lord on the Sabbaths and at the new moons.
4 Ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa omulangira ky’anaaleetanga eri Mukama ku lunaku olwa Ssabbiiti kinaabanga abaana b’endiga ennume mukaaga nga tebaliiko kamogo n’endiga ennume enkulu emu eteriiko kamogo;
And the burned offering offered to the Lord by the ruler on the Sabbath day is to be six lambs without a mark on them and a male sheep without a mark;
5 n’ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke ekinaaweebwangayo n’endiga ennume kinaabanga kilo kkumi na mukaaga, n’ekiweebwayo eky’obutta ekinaaweebwangayo n’abaana b’endiga ennume binaabanga ebirabo, awamu ne lita nnya ez’amafuta eza buli efa.
And the meal offering is to be an ephah for the sheep, and for the lambs whatever he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
6 Ku lunaku olw’omwezi ogwakaboneka anaawangayo ente ennume nga nto eteriiko kamogo, n’abaana b’endiga mukaaga n’endiga ennume nga nkulu, ebitaliiko kamogo;
And at the time of the new moon it is to be a young ox of the herd without a mark on him, and six lambs and a male sheep, all without a mark:
7 era anaawangayo ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke kilo kkumi na mukaaga ku lw’ente ennume, n’eky’emmere ey’empeke n’endiga ennume emu, n’abaana b’endiga nga bye birabo, awamu ne lita nnya ez’amafuta eza buli efa.
And he is to give a meal offering, an ephah for the ox and an ephah for the sheep, and for the lambs whatever he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
8 Awo omulangira bw’anaayingiranga, anaayitanga mu kisasi ky’omulyango, era mu kkubo lye limu eryo mw’anaafulumiranga.
And when the ruler comes in, he is to go in through the covered way of the doorway, and he is to go out by the same way.
9 “‘Abantu ab’omu nsi bwe banajjanga mu maaso ga Mukama ku mbaga ezaalagirwa, buli anaayingiranga mu mulyango ogw’Obukiikakkono okusinza, anaafulumiranga mu mulyango ogw’Obukiikaddyo; ne buli anaayingiriranga mu mulyango ogw’Obukiikaddyo anaafulumiranga mu mulyango ogw’Obukiikakkono; tewaabenga muntu addirayo mu kkubo ery’omulyango mwe yayingiridde, naye anaayitangamu buyisi n’aggukira ku luuyi olwolekera lwe yayingiriddeko.
But when the people of the land come before the Lord at the fixed feasts, he who comes in by the north doorway to give worship is to go out by the south doorway; and he who comes in by the south doorway is to go out by the north doorway: he is not to come back by the doorway through which he went in, but is to go straight before him.
10 Omulangira anaabeeranga wakati mu bo, bwe banaayingiranga, naye anaayingiranga, bwe banaafulumanga, naye anaafulumanga.
And the ruler, when they come in, is to come among them, and is to go out when they go out.
11 Ku mbaga ne mu biseera ebyalondebwa bino bye binaabanga ebiweebwayo: ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke nga kya kilo kkumi na mukaaga n’ente ennume emu ne kilo kkumi na mukaaga ez’emmere ey’empeke n’endiga ennume emu, awamu n’abaana b’endiga ng’omuntu bw’anaayinzanga, ng’okwo kw’otadde lita nnya ez’amafuta eza buli efa.
At the feasts and the fixed meetings the meal offerings are to be an ephah for an ox, and an ephah for a male sheep, and for the lambs whatever he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
12 “‘Awo omulangira bw’anaateekateekanga ekyo ky’asiimye ku bubwe n’akiwaayo eri Mukama, ng’ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa oba ng’ebiweebwayo olw’emirembe, anaaggulirwangawo omulyango ogutunuulira obuvanjuba, era nnaawangayo ekiweebwayo kye ekyokebwa oba ekiweebwayo kye olw’emirembe nga bw’akola ku lunaku olwa Ssabbiiti. N’oluvannyuma ng’amaze anaafulumanga, omulyango ne guggalwa.
And when the ruler makes a free offering, a burned offering or a peace-offering freely given to the Lord, the doorway looking to the east is to be made open for him, and he is to make his burned offering and his peace-offerings as he does on the Sabbath day: and he will go out; and the door will be shut after he has gone out.
13 “‘Munaawangayo omwana gw’endiga ogw’omwaka ogumu ogutaliiko kamogo okuba ekiweebwayo eri Mukama buli lunaku; ekyo munaakikolanga buli nkya.
And you are to give a lamb a year old without any mark on it for a burned offering to the Lord every day: morning by morning you are to give it.
14 Munaakiweerangayo n’ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke buli nkya, ekiri kilo bbiri n’obutundu musanvu n’ekitundu awamu ne lita ennya ez’amafuta okunnyikiza obutta obulungi okuwangayo ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke eri Mukama ekya buli lunaku; kinaabanga ekiragiro ekitaliggwaawo.
And you are to give, morning by morning, a meal offering with it, a sixth of an ephah and a third of a hin of oil dropped on the best meal; a meal offering offered to the Lord at all times by an eternal order.
15 Noolwekyo omwana gw’endiga n’ekiweebwayo eky’obutta, n’amafuta binaaweebwangayo buli nkya okuba ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa ekya bulijjo.
And they are to give the lamb and the meal offering and the oil, morning by morning, for a burned offering at all times.
16 “‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti; Omulangira bw’anaagabiranga omu ku batabani be ekirabo okuva ku by’omugabo gwe, kinaabanga busika bwa bazzukulu be; era nga bwansikirano.
This is what the Lord has said: If the ruler gives a property to any of his sons, it is his heritage and will be the property of his sons; it is theirs for their heritage.
17 Naye omulangira bw’anaddiranga ekirabo okuva ku by’omugabo gwe n’akiwa omu ku baddu be, kinaabanga kikye okutuuka ku mwaka ogw’eddembe, n’oluvannyuma kinaddizibwanga omulangira kubanga omugabo gunaabanga gugwe n’abaana be bokka.
And if he gives a part of his heritage to one of his servants, it will be his till the year of making free, and then it will go back to the ruler; for it is his sons' heritage, and is to be theirs.
18 Omulangira taatwalenga ttaka ly’abantu okubagoba mu butaka bwabwe; anaagabiranga abaana be omugabo gwabwe okuva ku butaka bwe, waleme okubaawo omuntu yenna ku bantu bange aggyibwako obutaka bwe.’”
And the ruler is not to take the heritage of any of the people, driving them out of their property; he is to give a heritage to his sons out of the property which is his: so that my people may not be sent away from their property.
19 Awo omusajja n’ampisa mu mulyango ku luuyi olw’omulyango wakati w’ebisenge ebitukuvu ebya bakabona olutunuulira Obukiikakkono, n’andaga ekifo ku luuyi olusembayo Ebugwanjuba.
And he took me through by the way in at the side of the doorway into the holy rooms which are the priests', looking to the north: and I saw a place at the side of them to the west.
20 N’aŋŋamba nti, “Kino kye kifo bakabona we banaafumbiranga ekiweebwayo olw’omusango n’ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi, era gye banaafumbiranga emigaati egy’ekiweebwayo eky’emmere ey’empeke, baleme okubifulumya mu luggya olw’ebweru okutukuza abantu.”
And he said to me, This is the place where the offering for error and the sin-offering are to be cooked in water by the priests, and where the meal offering is to be cooked in the oven; so that they may not be taken out into the outer square to make the people holy.
21 N’oluvannyuma omusajja n’antwala mu luggya olw’ebweru, n’annambuza ensonda ennya ez’oluggya, mu buli nsonda ne ndabamu oluggya olulala.
And he took me out into the outer square and made me go by the four angles of the square; and I saw that in every angle of the open square there was a space shut in.
22 Mu nsonda ennya ez’oluggya mwalimu empya entonotono obuwanvu mita amakumi abiri mu emu n’obugazi mita kkumi na ttaano ne desimoolo musanvu, era nga za kigera kimu.
In the four angles there were spaces walled in, forty cubits long and thirty wide; the four were of the same size.
23 Munda okwetooloola empya mwalimu ebifo eby’okuweesezaamu nga mulimu n’ebyoto wansi w’embu enjuuyi zonna.
And there was a line of wall all round inside them, round all four, and boiling-places were made under it all round about.
24 N’aŋŋamba nti, “Gano ge mafumbiro abaweereza gye banaafumbiranga sssaddaaka abantu ze banaawangayo mu yeekaalu.”
And he said to me, These are the boiling-rooms, where the offering of the people is cooked by the servants of the house.
