1 Kale ebyo ebikwata ku kuyamba abantu ba Katonda, mmwe mukole nga bwe nagamba ab’Ekkanisa z’e Ggalatiya.
Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.
2 Buli omu ku mmwe ng’asinziira ku kufuna kwe mu wiiki, abengako ky’atereka, ebintu bireme kukuŋŋaanyizibwa nga nzize.
Upon the first [day] of the week, let every one of you lay by him in store, as [God] hath prospered him, that there be no collections when I come.
3 Kale bwe ndituuka ne mutuma abo be munaasiima ne mbawa ebbaluwa ne batwala ebirabo byammwe e Yerusaalemi.
And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by [your] letters, them will I send to bring your liberality to Jerusalem.
4 Naye bwe kirirabika nga nange nsaanye ŋŋende, kale balimperekerako.
And if it be proper that I should go also, they shall go with me.
5 Ŋŋenda kujja gye muli nga mpitira e Makedoniya, gye ndimala akabanga akatono.
Now I will come to you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I am to pass through Macedonia.
6 Osanga ewammwe gye ndimala ebbanga eriwera, oboolyawo ndiba nammwe mu biseera eby’obutiti byonna, mulyoke munnyambe buli gye nnaalaganga.
And it may be that I shall abide, and even winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.
7 Saagala kubalabako kaseera katono, nsuubira okumala nammwe ekiseera, Mukama waffe bw’alisiima.
For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.
8 Kyokka ŋŋenda kubeera mu Efeso okutuusa ku Pentekoote.
But I shall tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.
9 Kubanga ddala oluggi lw’Enjiri lunziguliddwawo, newaakubadde ng’eriyo bangi abampakanya.
For a great door and effectual is opened to me, and [there are] many adversaries.
10 Timoseewo bw’ajjanga, mumuyambe atereere bulungi mu mmwe, kubanga naye akola omulimu gwa Mukama waffe nga nze.
Now if Timothy come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also [do].
11 Noolwekyo waleme kubaawo amunyooma. Mumuyambe olugendo lwe lube lwa mirembe, ajje gye ndi. Kubanga nze n’abooluganda tumulindiridde.
Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come to me: for I look for him with the brethren.
12 Naye ebyo ebikwata ku wooluganda Apolo, namwegayirira nnyo ajje gye muli, ng’ali n’abooluganda abalala, kyokka ye n’atayagala kujja kaakano, wabula alijja ng’afunye ebbanga.
As concerning [our] brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come to you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.
13 Mutunulenga, munywerere mu kukkiriza, mubeere bazira era ab’amaanyi.
Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, acquit yourselves like men, be strong.
14 Buli kye mukola mukikolerenga mu kwagala.
Let all your things be done with charity.
15 Abooluganda, mumanyi nti mu Akaya ab’omu nnyumba ya Suteefana be baasooka okukkiriza Mukama waffe, era beewaayo okuyamba n’okuweereza abantu ba Katonda. Kale, abooluganda, mbasaba
I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and [that] they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints, )
16 muwulirenga abantu ng’abo, era na buli omu afube okukoleranga awamu nabo.
That ye submit yourselves to such, and to every one that helpeth with [us], and laboreth.
17 Suteefana ne Folutunaato ne Akayiko bwe bajja gye ndi nasanyuka, kubanga baaliwo mu kifo kyammwe.
I am glad of the coming of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part, they have supplied.
18 Era bansanyusa, era nga nammwe bwe baabasanyusa. Abantu ng’abo musaana mubalage nga bwe musiimye okuweereza kwabwe.
For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.
19 Ekkanisa ey’omu Asiya ebalamusizza. Akula ne Pulisikira awamu n’Ekkanisa ya Kristo eri mu maka gaabwe babalamusizza nnyo mu Mukama waffe.
The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.
20 Era abooluganda bonna babalamusizza. Mulamusagane mu n’okunywegera okutukuvu.
All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with a holy kiss.
21 Nze, Pawulo, mbaweereza okulamusa kwange kuno, kwe mpandiika nze nzennyini n’omukono gwange.

22 Obanga waliwo atayagala Mukama, akolimirwe. Mukama waffe Yesu, jjangu!
If any man loveth not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema, Maran-atha.
23 Ekisa kya Mukama waffe Yesu Kristo kibeerenga nammwe.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you.
24 Mwenna mbalamusizza n’okwagala mu Kristo Yesu. Amiina.
My love [be] with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
