1 कुरिन्थियों 14
1 प्रेम को अनुकरन करन लायी कोशिश करो, अऊर आत्मिक वरदानों की भी धुन म रहो, विशेष कर क् यो कि परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश को दान करो।
Follow after charity, and desire spiritual [gifts], but rather that ye may prophesy.
2 कहालीकि जो अज्ञात भाषा म बाते करय हय ऊ आदमियों सी नहीं पर परमेश्वर सी बाते करय हय; येकोलायी कि ओकी बाते कोयी नहीं समझय, कहालीकि ऊ भेद की बाते पवित्र आत्मा म होय क बोलय हय।
For he that speaketh in an [unknown] language, speaketh not to men, but to God: for no man understandeth [him]; yet in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
3 पर जो परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश ख बाटय हय, ऊ आदमियों सी उन्नति अऊर उपदेश अऊर प्रोत्साहन की बाते करय हय।
But he that prophesieth, speaketh to men [to] edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
4 जो अज्ञात भाषा म बाते करय हय, ऊ अपनोच उन्नति करय हय; पर जो परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश की बाते करय हय, ऊ मण्डली की उन्नति करय हय।
He that speaketh in an [unknown] language edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.
5 मय चाहऊ हय कि तुम सब अज्ञात भाषावों म बाते करो पर येको सी जादा यो चाहऊ हय कि परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश की देन वालो: कहालीकि यदि अज्ञात भाषा बोलन वालो मण्डली की उन्नति लायी अनुवाद नहीं करे त परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश की करन वालो ओको सी बढ़ क हय।
I would that ye all spoke in languages, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater [is] he that prophesieth than he that speaketh in languages, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.
6 येकोलायी हे भाऊ अऊर बहिनों, यदि मय तुम्हरो जवर आय क अज्ञात भाषावों म बाते करू, त मोरो सी तुम्ख का फायदा होयेंन? अऊर प्रकाश यां ज्ञान यां परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश करय हय, यां उपदेश की बाते कहूं, त तुम्ख जादा फायदा होयेंन?
Now, brethren, if I come to you speaking in languages, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?
7 योच तरह यदि निर्जीव चिजे भी जेकोसी आवाज निकलय हय, जसो बांसुरी यां बीन, यदि उन्को स्वरों म भेद नहीं होय त जो फूक्यो यां बजायो जावय हय, ऊ संगीत ख कसो पहिचान्यो जायेंन?
And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?
8 अऊर यदि तुरही को आवाज साफ नहीं होय, त कौन लड़ाई लायी तैयारी करेंन?
For if the trumpet shall give an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself for battle?
9 असोच तुम भी यदि जीबली सी साफ-साफ बाते नहीं कहो, त जो कुछ कह्यो जावय हय ऊ कसो समझ्यो जायेंन? तुम त हवा सी बाते करन वालो ठहरो।
So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye will speak into the air.
10 जगत म कितनोच तरह की भाषा होना, पर उन्म सी असी कोयी भी नहाय जेको मतलब नहीं निकलत होना।
There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them [is] without signification.
11 येकोलायी यदि मय कोयी भाषा को मतलब नहीं समझू, त बोलन वालो की नजर म परदेशी ठहरू अऊर बोलन वालो मोरी नजर म परदेशी ठहरेंन।
Therefore, if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be to him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh [will be] a barbarian to me.
12 येकोलायी तुम भी जब आत्मिक वरदानों की धुन म रहो, त असो कोशिश करो कि तुम्हरो ऊ वरदानों की उन्नति की कोशिश म रहो जेकोसी मण्डली की उन्नति हो।
Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual [gifts], seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church.
13 जो अज्ञात भाषा बोलय हय त, ऊ प्रार्थना करे कि ओको अनुवाद भी कर सके।
Wherefore, let him that speaketh in an [unknown] language, pray that he may interpret.
14 येकोलायी यदि मय अज्ञात भाषा म प्रार्थना करू, त मोरी आत्मा प्रार्थना करय हय पर मोरी बुद्धि काम नहीं देवय।
For if I pray in an [unknown] language, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
15 येकोलायी का करन ख होना? मय आत्मा सी भी प्रार्थना करू, अऊर बुद्धि सी भी प्रार्थना करू; मय आत्मा सी गाऊं, अऊर बुद्धि सी भी गाऊं।
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
16 नहीं त यदि तय आत्माच सी धन्यवाद करजो, त फिर लोग तोरो धन्यवाद पर आमीन कसो कहेंन? कहालीकि ऊ त नहीं जानय कि तय का कह्य हय?
Else, when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest?
17 तय त भली भाति धन्यवाद करय हय, पर दूसरों की उन्नति नहीं होवय।
For thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified.
18 मय अपनो परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद करू हय, कि मय तुम सब सी जादा अज्ञात भाषावों म बोलू हय।
I thank my God, I speak in languages more than ye all:
19 पर मण्डली म अज्ञात भाषा म दस हजार बाते कहन सी यो मोख अऊर भी अच्छो जान पड़य हय, कि दूसरों ख सिखावन लायी बुद्धि सी पाच बाते कहूं।
Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that [by my voice] I may teach others also, than ten thousand words in an [unknown] language.
20 हे भाऊ-बहिनों, तुम समझ म बच्चा को जसो नहीं बनो: बुरायी म त बच्चा रहो, पर समझ म सियानो बनो।
Brethren, be not children in understanding: yet in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.
21 व्यवस्था म लिख्यो हय कि प्रभु कह्य हय, “मय अपरिचित भाषा बोलन वालो को द्वारा, अऊर परायो मुंह को द्वारा इन लोगों सी बाते करू तब भी हि मोरी नहीं सुनेंन।”
In the law it is written, With [men of] other tongues and other lips will I speak to this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.
22 येकोलायी अज्ञात भाषा बोलन को वरदान विश्वासियों लायी नहाय, पर अविश्वासियों लायी चमत्कार को चिन्ह आय; अऊर परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश अविश्वासी लायी नहाय पर विश्वासियों लायी चमत्कार को चिन्ह आय।
Wherefore languages are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying [serveth] not for them that believe not, but for them who believe.
23 येकोलायी यदि मण्डली एक जागा जमा होय क, अऊर सब को सब अज्ञात भाषा बोले, अऊर बाहेर वालो या अविश्वासी लोग अन्दर आय जाये त का हि तुम्ख पागल नहीं कहेंन?
If therefore the whole church is assembled in one place, and all speak in languages, and there come in [those that are] unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are insane?
24 पर यदि सब परमेश्वर को तरफ सी आवन वालो सन्देश करन लग्यो, अऊर कोयी अविश्वासी यां बाहेर वालो आदमी अन्दर आय जाये, त सब ओख दोषी ठहराय देयेंन अऊर जान जायेंन कि हि पापी हय; अऊर उन्ख पश्चाताप की जरूरत हय।
But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or [one] unlearned, he is convinced by all, he is judged by all:
25 अऊर ओको मन को भेद प्रगट होय जायेंन, अऊर तब ऊ मुंह को बल गिर क परमेश्वर ख दण्डवत करेंन, अऊर मान लेयेंन कि सचमुच परमेश्वर तुम्हरो बीच म हय।
And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on [his] face, he will worship God, and report that God is in you in truth.
26 येकोलायी हे भाऊ-बहिनों, का करन ख होना? जब तुम जमा होवय हय, त हर एक को दिल म भजन यां उपदेश यां अज्ञात भाषा यां प्रकाशन यां अज्ञात भाषा को मतलब बतानो रह्य हय। सब कुछ आत्मिक उन्नति लायी होन ख होना।
How is it then, brethren? when ye are assembled, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a language, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done to edification.
27 यदि अज्ञात भाषा म बाते करनो हय त दोय यां तीन लोग पारी-पारी सी बोले, अऊर एक आदमी अनुवाद करन ख होना।
If any man speaketh in an [unknown] language, [let it be] by two, or at the most [by] three, and [that] by course; and let one interpret.
28 पर यदि अनुवाद करन वालो नहीं हय, त अज्ञात भाषा बोलन वालो मण्डली म चुपचाप रहन ख होना, अऊर अपनो मन सी अऊर परमेश्वर सी बाते करतो रह्य।
But if there is no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.
29 परमेश्वर को तरफ सी सन्देश लावन वालो म सी दोय यां तीन बोले, अऊर बाकी लोग उन्को वचन ख परखे।
Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the others judge.
30 पर यदि दूसरों जो बैठ्यो हय, यदि कुछ ईश्वरीय प्रकाशन उन्को जवर होना त पहिलो चुप होय जाये।
If [any thing] is revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
31 कहालीकि तुम सब एक एक कर क् परमेश्वर को तरफ सी सन्देश कर सकय हय, ताकि सब सीखे अऊर सब शान्ति पाये।
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
32 अऊर परमेश्वर को तरफ सी सन्देश लावन वालो की आत्मा उन्को वश म रह्य हय।
And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
33 कहालीकि परमेश्वर अव्यवस्था नोहोय। पर शान्ति देवय हय। जसो पवित्र लोगों की सब मण्डलियों म हय।
For God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
34 बाईयां मण्डली की सभा म चुप रहे, कहालीकि उन्ख बाते करन की आज्ञा नहाय, पर अधीन रहन की आज्ञा हय, जसो व्यवस्था म लिख्यो भी हय।
Let your women keep silence in the churches; for it is not permitted to them to speak: but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
35 यदि हि कुछ सीखनो चाहवय, त घर म अपनो अपनो पति सी पूछो, कहालीकि बाई ख मण्डली म बाते करनो शरम की बात हय।
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home; for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
36 का परमेश्वर को वचन तुम म सी निकल्यो हय? यां केवल तुमच तक पहुंच्यो हय?
What? came the word of God out from you? or came it to you only?
37 यदि कोयी आदमी अपनो आप ख परमेश्वर को सन्देश लावन वालो यां आत्मिक लोग समझय, त यो जान ले कि जो बाते मय तुम्ख लिखू हय, हि प्रभु की आज्ञा आय।
If any man thinketh himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write to you are the commandments of the Lord.
38 पर यदि कोयी येको तरफ ध्यान नहीं देयेंन, त ओको तरफ भी कोयी ध्यान नहीं दियो जायेंन।
But if any man is ignorant, let him be ignorant.
39 येकोलायी हे भाऊ-बहिनों, परमेश्वर को तरफ सी सन्देश देन कि इच्छा रखो अऊर अज्ञात भाषा बोलन सी मना मत करो;
Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak in languages.
40 पर पूरी बाते समझदारी अऊर एक को बाद एक करयो जाय।
Let all things be done decently, and in order.
