1 कुरिन्थियों 1
1 पौलुस को तरफ सी जो परमेश्वर की इच्छा सी यीशु मसीह को प्रेरित होन लायी बुलायो गयो अऊर भाऊ सोस्थिनेस को तरफ सी।
Paul, a called apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and brother Sosthenes,
2 परमेश्वर की ऊ मण्डली को नाम जो कुरिन्थुस म हय, यानेकि उन्को नाम जो मसीह यीशु म पवित्र करयो गयो, अऊर पवित्र होन लायी बुलायो गयो हंय; अऊर उन सब को नाम भी जो सब जागा हमरो अऊर उन्को प्रभु यीशु मसीह को नाम सी प्रार्थना करय हंय।
to the church of God that is in Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, called saints, along with all those everywhere who call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord —yes, theirs and yours:
3 हमरो पिता परमेश्वर अऊर प्रभु यीशु मसीह को तरफ सी तुम्ख अनुग्रह अऊर शान्ति मिलती रहे।
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and Sovereign Jesus Christ.
4 मय तुम्हरो बारे म अपनो परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद हमेशा करू हय, येकोलायी कि परमेश्वर को यो अनुग्रह तुम पर मसीह यीशु म भयो।
Concerning you, I always thank my God because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus;
5 यीशु मसीह म एक होन को वजह तुम हर बात म, मतलब पूरो वचन अऊर पूरो ज्ञान म धनी करयो गयो
for in Him you were enriched in every way, in all speech and all knowledge,
6 की मसीह की गवाही तुम म पक्की निकली
even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you,
7 येकोलायी कि कोयी वरदान म तुम्ख कमी नहाय, जसो कि तुम हमरो प्रभु यीशु मसीह को प्रगट होन की रस्ता देखतो रह्य हय।
so that you lack no spiritual gift as you expectantly await the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,
8 ऊ तुम्ख आखरी तक मजबूत भी करेंन कि तुम हमरो प्रभु यीशु मसीह को फिर सी वापस आवन को दिन म निर्दोष ठहरो।
who will also confirm you until the end, blameless in the Day of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
9 परमेश्वर विश्वास लायक हय, जेन तुम ख अपनो बेटा हमरो प्रभु यीशु मसीह की संगति म बुलायो हय।
God is faithful, by whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
10 हे भाऊवों अऊर बहिनों, मय तुम सी हमरो प्रभु यीशु मसीह को नाम सी बिनती करू हय कि तुम सब एकच बात कहो, अऊर तुम म फूट नहीं होय, पर एकच मन अऊर एकच मत होय क मिल्यो रहो।
Now I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be restored to the same mind and to the same purpose.
11 हे मोरो भाऊवों अऊर बहिनों, खलोए को घराना को लोगों न मोख तुम्हरो बारे म बतायो हय कि तुम म झगड़ा होय रह्यो हंय।
You see, my brothers, it has been reported to me concerning you, by some from Chloe's household, that there are contentions among you.
12 मोरो कहन को मतलब यो आय कि तुम म सी कोयी त अपनो आप ख “पौलुस को,” कोयी “अपुल्लोस को,” कोयी “कैफा को,” त कोयी “मसीह को” अनुयायी कह्य हय।
What I mean is that you are individually saying: “I am of Paul,” or “I am of Apollos,” or “I am of Cephas,” or “I am of Christ!”
13 का मसीह बट गयो? का पौलुस तुम्हरो लायी क्रूस पर चढ़ायो गयो? यां तुम्ख पौलुस को नाम पर बपतिस्मा मिल्यो?
Has Christ been divided? It was not Paul who was crucified for you, was it? You were not baptized into the name of Paul, were you?
14 मय परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद करू हय कि क्रिसपुस अऊर गयुस ख छोड़ क मय न तुम म सी कोयी ख भी बपतिस्मा नहीं दियो।
I thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius,
15 येकोलायी कोयी असो नहीं होय कि कोयी कहेंन कि तुम्ख मोरो नाम पर बपतिस्मा मिल्यो।
lest anyone should say that I had baptized into my own name.
16 अऊर हां, मय न स्तिफनास को घराना ख भी बपतिस्मा दियो; इन्क छोड़ मय नहीं जानु कि मय न अऊर कोयी ख बपतिस्मा दियो।
O yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanus; besides them I do not remember if I baptized anyone else.
17 कहालीकि मसीह न मोख बपतिस्मा देन ख नहीं, बल्की सुसमाचार सुनावन ख भेज्यो हय, अऊर यो भी आदमियों को ज्ञान को अनुसार नहीं, असो नहीं होय कि यीशु को क्रूस पर को मरनो निष्फल ठहरे।
Because Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the Gospel—not with eloquent ‘wisdom’, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of power.
18 कहालीकि क्रूस की कथा नाश होन वालो लायी मूर्खता हय, पर हम उद्धार पान वालो लायी परमेश्वर की सामर्थ आय।
The message of the cross, you see, is foolishness to those who are being wasted, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
19 कहालीकि शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय, “मय ज्ञान वालो को ज्ञान ख नाश करू, अऊर समझदार की समझ ख बेकार कर देऊ।”
For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and confound the shrewdness of the intelligent.”
20 कहां रह्यो ज्ञान वालो? कहां रह्यो धर्मशास्त्री? कहां रह्यो यो जगत को विवादी? का परमेश्वर न जगत को ज्ञान ख मूर्खता नहीं ठहरायो? (aiōn g165)
Where is the wise one? Where is the scholar? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? (aiōn g165)
21 कहालीकि जब परमेश्वर को ज्ञान को अनुसार जगत न ज्ञान सी परमेश्वर ख नहीं जान्यो, त परमेश्वर ख यो अच्छो लग्यो कि यो प्रचार की “मूर्खता” को द्वारा विश्वास करन वालो ख उद्धार दे।
For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through its ‘wisdom’ did not get to know God, it pleased God to save the believing ones through the ‘foolishness’ of what was preached—
22 यहूदी त चमत्कार को चिन्ह चाहवय हंय, अऊर गैरयहूदी ज्ञान की खोज म हंय,
since Jews request a sign while Greeks seek after wisdom,
23 पर हम त ऊ क्रूस पर चढ़ायो हुयो मसीह को प्रचार करय हंय, जो यहूदिया को लायी ठोकर को वजह अऊर गैरयहूदियों लायी मूर्खता हंय;
but we proclaim a crucified Christ: an offense to Jews, foolishness to Greeks.
24 पर जो बुलायो हुयो हंय, का यहूदी, का गैरयहूदी, उन्को जवर मसीह परमेश्वर की सामर्थ अऊर परमेश्वर को ज्ञान हय।
Now to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God,
25 कहालीकि परमेश्वर की मूर्खता आदमियों को ज्ञान सी ज्ञानवान हय, अऊर परमेश्वर की कमजोरी आदमियों को बल सी बहुत ताकतवर हय।
because the ‘foolishness’ of God is wiser than men, and the ‘weakness’ of God is stronger than men.
26 हे भाऊवों अऊर बहिनों, अपनो बुलायो जान ख त सोचो कि नहीं शरीर को अनुसार बहुत ज्ञानवान, अऊर नहीं बहुत सामर्थी, अऊर नहीं बहुत बड़ो घराना सी बुलायो गयो।
Just look at your calling, brothers: not many are wise, not many are powerful, not many are of noble birth, by human standards;
27 पर परमेश्वर न जगत को मूर्खो ख चुन लियो हय कि ज्ञानवानों ख शर्मिन्दा करे, अऊर परमेश्वर न जगत को कमजोरों ख चुन लियो हय कि ताकतवरों ख शर्मिन्दा करे;
but God has chosen the foolish things of the world that He might put the wise to shame, and God has chosen the weak things of the world that He might put the strong things to shame;
28 अऊर परमेश्वर न जगत को नीच अऊर तुच्छ ख, बल्की जो कुछ हंय भी नहाय उन्ख भी चुन लियो कि उन्ख जो कुछ बाते हंय, बेकार ठहराये।
and God has chosen the lowly things of the world and the despised things—even the ‘nothings’—that He might nullify the ‘somethings’;
29 परमेश्वर न असो करयो ताकि कोयी प्रानी ओको आगु घमण्ड नहीं करनो पाये।
so that no flesh should boast in God's presence.
30 पर परमेश्वर को तरफ सी तुम मसीह यीशु म एक करयो गयो हय, जो परमेश्वर को तरफ सी हमरो लायी ज्ञान बन्यो हय। जेकोसी सच्चो ठहरे, पवित्र, अऊर छुटकारा पाये;
It is from Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God—also righteousness and sanctification and redemption—
31 जसो शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय, वसोच होय, “जो घमण्ड करे ऊ प्रभु म घमण्ड करे।”
so that, as it is written: “He who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.”
