1 Anjelu ya mitano abetaki kelelo, mpe namonaki monzoto kokweya na mokili wuta na Lola. Fungola ya libulu ya monene mpe ya molili makasi epesamaki na monzoto yango. (Abyssos )
And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (Abyssos )
2 Tango efungolaki libulu yango, milinga ebele emataki longwa kuna; ezalaki lokola milinga oyo ebimaka na fulu monene ya moto makasi, mpe eyindisaki moyi mpe mopepe. (Abyssos )
And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
3 Wuta na milinga yango, mankoko ebimaki, epanzanaki na mokili mpe epesamelaki bokonzi lokola oyo ya bakoto.
And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 Nzokande epesamelaki mitindo ete esala mabe te na matiti ya mokili to na nkona nyonso ya mobesu to na nzete nyonso, kasi esala mabe kaka na bato oyo bazangi kashe ya Nzambe na bambunzu na bango.
And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 Esengelaki konyokola bango basanza mitano, kasi esengelaki te koboma bango. Pasi oyo ezalaki kopesa ekokanaki na oyo moto ayokaka soki koto eswi ye.
And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6 Na basanza wana mitano, bato bakoluka kufa, kasi bakozwa yango te; bakolinga kokufa, kasi kufa ekokima bango.
And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7 Mankoko yango ezalaki lokola bampunda oyo babongisi mpo na etumba. Na mito na yango, ezalaki na biloko moko lokola mitole ya wolo, mpe bilongi na yango ezalaki lokola bilongi ya bato.
And the shapes of the locusts were like horses prepared for battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8 Suki na yango ezalaki lokola suki ya basi, mpe minu na yango ezalaki lokola minu ya nkosi.
And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 Tolo na yango ezalaki lokola bibende oyo basoda balataka na tolo, mpe makelele ya mapapu na yango ezalaki lokola makelele ya bashar oyo bampunda ebele ezali kobenda mpo na etumba.
And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 Mikila na yango ezalaki na basonge lokola mikila ya bakoto, mpe nguya na yango ya konyokola bato basanza mitano ezalaki kati na mikila na yango.
And they had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 Anjelu ya libulu ya monene mpe ya molili makasi nde azalaki mokonzi na yango. Kombo na ye, na lokota ya Ebre, « Abadoni; » mpe, na lokota ya Greki, « Apolioni. » (Abyssos )
And they had a king over them, who is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew language is Abaddon, but in the Greek language he hath his name Apollyon. (Abyssos )
12 Tango pasi ya liboso elekaki, bapasi mosusu mibale elandaki.
One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more after this.
13 Anjelu ya motoba abetaki kelelo, mpe nayokaki mongongo moko kobima longwa na maseke minei ya etumbelo oyo basala na wolo, etumbelo oyo ezalaki liboso ya Nzambe.
And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Mongongo yango ezalaki koloba na anjelu ya motoba oyo azalaki na kelelo na maboko: « Fungola ba-anjelu minei oyo bazali ya kokangama na minyololo pembeni ya ebale monene Efrate. »
Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 Boye ba-anjelu wana minei oyo babongisamaki mpo na ngonga wana, mokolo wana, sanza wana mpe mobu wana, bafungolamaki mpo ete baboma eteni moko kati na biteni misato ya bato.
And the four angels were loosed, who were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, to slay the third part of men.
16 Bazalaki minkoko nkama mibale ya basoda oyo babundaka na likolo ya bampunda. Yango nde motango na bango oyo nayokaki.
And the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17 Tala ndenge nini, kati na emoniseli na ngai, bampunda mpe basoda oyo babundaka na likolo na yango bazalaki: balataki bibende oyo basoda balataka mpo na kobatela tolo. Bibende yango ezalaki ya motane makasi lokola moto, ya langi ya bule ya pete mpe ya langi ya mosaka; bongo mito ya bampunda ezalaki lokola mito ya bankosi, mpe minoko na yango ezalaki kobimisa moto, milinga mpe sofolo.
And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18 Tala bapasi misato oyo ezalaki kobima na minoko ya bampunda: moto, milinga mpe sofolo. Ebomaki eteni moko kati na biteni misato ya bato.
By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19 Nguya ya bampunda ezalaki kati na minoko mpe na mikila na yango, pamba te mikila na yango ezalaki lokola banyoka, mpe ezalaki na mito oyo, na nzela na yango, ezalaki kosala bato mabe.
For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20 Kasi bato oyo bakufaki te na nzela ya bapasi wana batikaki te banzambe oyo maboko na bango moko esalaki; batikaki te kogumbamela milimo mabe mpe banzambe ya bikeko oyo basala na wolo, na palata, na bronze, na mabanga mpe na mabaya atako emonaka te, eyokaka te mpe eninganaka te.
And the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Batikaki mpe te koboma bato, misala na bango ya maji, kindumba na bango mpe moyibi na bango.
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their immorality, nor of their thefts.
