1 Nzembo. Boyembela Yawe nzembo ya sika, pamba te asalaka makambo ya kokamwa! Na nguya mpe na bokonzi na Ye ya bonzambe, alongaki.

Sing to Adonai a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.

2 Yawe atalisaki elonga na Ye, amonisaki bosembo na Ye epai ya bikolo.

Adonai has made known his yishu'ah ·salvation·. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.

3 Akanisaki bolingo mpe bosembo na Ye mpo na libota ya Isalaele. Kino na suka ya mokili, elonga ya Nzambe na biso emonanaki.

He has remembered his chesed ·loving-kindness· and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel [God prevails]. All the ends of the earth have seen the yishu'ah ·salvation· of our God.

4 Mokili mobimba, bobetela Yawe maboko, boyemba banzembo ya esengo mpe bobeta mindule!

Make a joyful noise to Adonai, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing zahmar ·musical praise·!

5 Bobetela Yawe lindanda, boyembela Ye banzembo na lokito ya nzenze!

Sing zahmar ·musical praise· to Adonai with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody.

6 Bobeta maboko liboso ya Yawe, Mokonzi, na lokito ya bakelelo mpe ya maseke.

With trumpets and sound of the shofar ·ram horn·, make a joyful noise before the King, Adonai.

7 Tika ete ebale monene elongo na nyonso oyo ezali kati na yango, mokili mpe bavandi na yango, bapesa lokito!

Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.

8 Tika ete bibale ebeta maboko mpe bangomba nyonso eganga na esengo

Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.

9 liboso ya Yawe, pamba te azali koya kosambisa mabele! Akokata makambo na yango na bosembo.

Let them sing before Adonai, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
