< Banzembo 92 >
1 Nzembo ya koyemba na mokolo ya Saba. Tala ndenge ezali malamu kosanzola Yawe mpe koyemba mpo na lokumu ya Kombo na Yo-Oyo-Oleki-Likolo!
A PSALM. A SONG FOR THE SABBATH DAY. [It is] good to give thanks to YHWH, And to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High,
2 Tala ndenge ezali malamu kosakola bolingo na Yo, na tongo, mpe boyengebene na Yo, na butu,
To declare Your kindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness in the nights.
3 na lindanda ya basinga zomi mpe na nzenze!
On ten strings and on stringed instrument, On (higgaion) with harp.
4 Yawe, misala na Yo esepelisaka ngai! Nagangaka na esengo liboso ya misala ya maboko na Yo.
For You have caused me to rejoice, O YHWH, in Your work, I sing concerning the works of Your hands.
5 Yawe, misala na Yo ezali minene, mpe makanisi na Yo ezali mozindo!
How great Your works have been, O YHWH, Your thoughts have been very deep.
6 Moto ya kilikili ayebaka te, mpe zoba asosolaka eloko moko te.
A brutish man does not know, And a fool does not understand this—
7 Tango bato mabe bakolaka lokola matiti, mpe bato nyonso ya misala mabe bafulukaka, ezalaka nde mpo ete babebisama libela.
When the wicked flourish as an herb, And all workers of iniquity blossom—For their being destroyed forever and ever!
8 Kasi Yo, kuna na likolo, ozali Yawe mpo na libela.
And You [are] high for all time, O YHWH.
9 Yawe, banguna na Yo, banguna na Yo bakokufa penza; bato nyonso ya misala mabe bakolimwa.
For behold, Your enemies, O YHWH, For behold, Your enemies perish, All workers of iniquity separate themselves.
10 Okomisi ngai makasi lokola mpakasa, opakoli ngai mafuta ya sika.
And You exalt my horn as a wild ox, I have been anointed with fresh oil.
11 Miso na ngai ekomi komona bayini na ngai, mpe matoyi na ngai ekomi koyoka banguna na ngai nyonso, oyo bamibongisa mpo na kosala ngai mabe.
And my eye looks on my enemies, Of those rising up against me, The evildoers, my ears hear.
12 Bato ya sembo bafulukaka lokola nzete ya mbila, bakolaka lokola nzete ya sedele ya Libani.
The righteous flourish as a palm-tree, He grows as a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Lokola bapikama ngwi kati na Tempelo ya Yawe, bamonaka bolamu kati na lopango ya Nzambe na biso.
Those planted in the house of YHWH, In the courts of our God, flourish.
14 Ata bakomi mibange, babotaka kaka, bazalaka kaka makasi mpe kitoko,
Still they bring forth in old age, They are fat and flourishing,
15 basakolaka: « Yawe azali alima, azali Libanga na biso; kati na Ye, mabe ezali te! »
To declare that YHWH my Rock [is] upright, And there is no perverseness in Him!
