< Banzembo 77 >
1 Wuta na buku ya mokambi ya bayembi, kolanda Yedutuni. Nzembo ya Azafi. Nabelelaka Nzambe na koganga; nabelelaka Nzambe mpo ete ayoka ngai!
For the chief musician; after the manner of Jeduthun. A psalm of Asaph. I will call out with my voice to God; I will call with my voice to God, and my God will hear me.
2 Tango nazalaka na pasi, nalukaka Nkolo; na butu, nalembaka te kotombola maboko na ngai mpe naboyaka kobondisama.
In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; at night I stretched my hands out, and they would not become tired. My soul refused to be comforted.
3 Nakanisaka Nzambe mpe nalelaka, nakotaka na mozindo ya makanisi mpe nalembaka nzoto.
I thought of God as I groaned; I thought about him as I grew faint. (Selah)
4 Opimelaka miso na ngai pongi, namitungisaka mpe nayebaka lisusu te eloko ya koloba.
You held my eyes open; I was too troubled to speak.
5 Nakanisaka lisusu mikolo ya kala, mibu nyonso oyo eleka;
I thought about the days of old, about times long past.
6 Na butu, nakanisaka lisusu banzembo na ngai; motema na ngai ezongelaka kokanisa, mpe molimo na ngai ekomaka komituna:
During the night I called to mind the song I once sang. I thought carefully and tried to understand what had happened.
7 « Boni, Nkolo akobwaka biso penza mpo na libela? Akosalela biso lisusu bolamu te?
Will the Lord reject me forever? Will he never again show me favor?
8 Bolingo na Ye esili penza mpo na libela? Bilaka na Ye ekokokisama te mpo na libela?
Was his covenant faithfulness gone forever? Had his promise failed forever?
9 Nzambe abosani solo kosala ngolu? Akangi penza motema na Ye mpo na kanda? »
Had God forgotten to be gracious? Had his anger shut off his compassion? (Selah)
10 Mpe namilobelaka: « Tala likambo oyo ezali kosala ngai pasi: loboko ya mobali ya Ye-Oyo-Aleki-Likolo ebongwani! »
I said, “This is my sorrow: the changing of the right hand of the Most High toward us.”
11 Nakanisaka misala minene ya Yawe, bikamwa na Yo ya kala.
But I will call to mind your deeds, Yahweh; I will think about your wonderful deeds of old.
12 Nakanisaka nyonso oyo osalaki kino na bikamwa na Yo.
I will ponder all your deeds and will reflect on them.
13 Oh Nzambe, banzela na Yo ezali bule; nzambe nini akokani na Yo na monene?
Your way, God, is holy; what god compares to our great God?
14 Ozali Nzambe oyo asalaka bikamwa; olakisi nguya na Yo kati na bikolo.
You are the God who does wonders; you have revealed your strength among the peoples.
15 Na nguya ya loboko na Yo, okangolaki bato na Yo, bakitani ya Jakobi mpe ya Jozefi.
You gave your people victory by your great power— the descendants of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
16 Oh Nzambe, mayi emonaki Yo! Mayi emonaki Yo mpe ekomaki kolenga; ezala mozindo ya mayi eninganaki.
The waters saw you, God; the waters saw you, and they were afraid; the depths trembled.
17 Mapata esopaki mayi ebele, likolo eyokisaki lokito ya kake, mpe makonga na Yo ezalaki koleka-leka na bangambo nyonso.
The clouds poured down water; the cloudy skies gave voice; your arrows flew about.
18 Na lokito ya kake na Yo, mikalikali engengisaki mokili, mabele eninganaki mpe elengaki.
Your thunderous voice was heard in the wind; the lightning lit up the world; the earth trembled and shook.
19 Opasolaki nzela kati na ebale monene, balabala na Yo kati na mayi monene, mpe moto moko te amonaki bilembo ya matambe na Yo.
Your path went through the sea and your way through the surging waters, but your footprints were not seen.
20 Otambolisaki bato na Yo lokola etonga, na loboko ya Moyize mpe ya Aron.
You led your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
