1 Wuta na buku ya mokambi ya bayembi. Nzembo ya Davidi. Loyembo. Soki Nzambe atelemi, banguna na Ye bapalanganaka, mpe bayini na Ye bakimaka mosika na Ye.

2 Liboso ya Nzambe, bato mabe bakufaka, ndenge milinga elimwaka, mpe mafuta enyangwamaka na moto.
As smoke before wind is driven, as wax melts before fire, so before God vanish the wicked.
3 Liboso ya Nzambe, bato ya sembo basepelaka, batondaka na esengo.
But the righteous rejoice in God’s presence, they exult with exceeding joy.
4 Boyembela Nzambe, boyemba banzembo mpo na lokumu ya Kombo na Ye. Bofungola nzela mpo na Ye oyo atambolisaka mampinga na Ye kati na esobe. Kombo na Ye ezali Yawe. Botonda na esengo liboso na Ye.
Sing to God, make music to his name, his name is the Lord, praise him who rides on the clouds, and exult in his presence.
5 Kati na Ndako na Ye ya bule, Nzambe azali Tata ya bana bitike, mpe molobeli ya basi bakufisa mibali.
Father of orphans, defender of widows, is God in his holy abode.
6 Nzambe apesaka libota epai ya bato oyo bavandaka bango moko, abimisaka bakangami wuta na minyololo; kasi batomboki batikalaka na mabele ekawuka.
God brings home the lonely, he leads forth the prisoner to comfort, so that none but the rebel lives cheerless.
7 Oh Nzambe, tango obimaki liboso ya bato na Yo, tango otambolaki na esobe,
God, when you went in front of your people in your march through the desert, (Selah)
8 mabele eninganaki, likolo mpe esopaki mayi liboso ya Nzambe, Nzambe ya Sinai; liboso ya Nzambe, Nzambe ya Isalaele.

9 Nzambe, osopaki mvula ya mapamboli, olendisaki libula na Yo mpo ete elembaki.
Rain in abundance, God, you did sprinkle, restoring the languishing land of your heritage.
10 Oh Nzambe, bato na Yo bavandaka na mokili oyo obongisaki, na boboto na Yo, mpo na mobola.
A dwelling therein your people found: in your goodness, O God, you did care for the poor.
11 Na liloba moko kowuta na Nkolo, basi oyo bamemaka sango basangani bato ebele,
The Lord spoke the glad tidings of victory, a great army of women proclaim it:
12 bakonzi ya mampinga bakimi, bapoti mbangu, mpe mwasi oyo atikali na ndako akaboli bomengo ya bitumba.
‘Kings of armies they flee, they flee, and the housewife divides the spoil:
13 Boni, bokokoba kolala pongi kati na bandako na bino? Mapapu ya ebenga ezipami na se ya palata, mpe bansala na yango ezipami na se ya wolo.

14 Tango Nkolo-Na-Nguya-Nyonso abenganaki kuna bakonzi, anokisaki mvula ya pembe na ngomba Tsalimoni.
set with stones, like snow upon Zalmon.’
15 Ngomba ya Bashani, ngomba ya Nzambe; ngomba ya Bashani, ngomba ya basonge ebele,
A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan, a mountain of peaks is the mountain of Bashan.
16 mpo na nini ozali kosala zuwa, ngomba ya basonge ebele, ngomba oyo Nzambe asepelaka kovanda? Nzokande Yawe akovanda kuna libela na libela.
You high-peaked mountains, why look you askance at the mountain which God has desired for his home whereon the Lord will live forever?
17 Motango ya bashar ya Nzambe ezali ebele, koleka minkoko; Nkolo azali kati na yango, kuna na Sinai, kati na Esika ya bule.
The chariots of God are twice ten thousand: the Lord came from Sinai, his holy place.
18 Yawe Nzambe, tango omataki na likolo, omemaki bakangami, ozwaki makabo epai ya bato, ata epai ya batomboki, mpo ete okoma kovanda kuna.
You did mount the height with trains of your captives, and gifts that you had received from the people. The rebels shall live with the Lord God.
19 Tika ete Nkolo akumisama, mokolo na mokolo! Nzambe Mobikisi na biso alataka makambo na biso.
Blest be the Lord who sustains us daily, the God who is also our saviour. (Selah)
20 Mpo na biso, Nzambe yango azali Nzambe oyo abikisaka; mpe bikuke ya kufa ezali ya Nkolo Yawe.
Our God is a God who is saviour. The ways of escape from death are known to the Lord God.
21 Solo, Nzambe apanzaka mito ya banguna na Ye, oyo batambolaka kati na bomoi ya masumu, oyo mito na bango etonda na suki.
Yes, God will shatter the head of his foes the rough scalp of those who strut on in their sins.
22 Nkolo alobi: « Wuta na Bashani, nakomema bango; wuta na mozindo ya ebale monene, nakomema bango,
The Lord said: ‘I will bring you home from Bashan, home from the depths of the sea,
23 mpo ete opanza lokolo na yo kati na makila, mpe mpo ete lolemo ya bambwa na yo ezwa eteni na yango. »
that your feet you may bathe in blood, and your dogs lick their share of the foe.’
24 Oh Nzambe, bazali komona ndenge ozali koya; koya ya Nzambe na ngai, ya Mokonzi na ngai, kati na Esika ya bule.

27 Kuna, Benjame, leki ya suka, azali kotambolisa bakambi ya Yuda elongo na mampinga na bango, bakambi ya Zabuloni mpe ya Nefitali.
There, in front, is Benjamin the little, the princes of Judah beside them, the princes of Zebulon, princes of Naphtali.
28 Nzambe na yo apesi mitindo epai ya makasi na yo; zala makasi. Nzambe, osaleli biso penza makambo.
God, show your strength, your godlike might, as you did in the past,
29 Wuta na Tempelo na Yo ya Yelusalemi epai wapi bakonzi bamemelaka Yo makabo,
from your temple that crowns Jerusalem. Kings shall bring tribute to you.
30 bengana ngando oyo ebombami kati na matiti, lisanga ya bangombe ya mibali elongo na bana ngombe ya bikolo oyo batambolaka kati na mbongo ya bibende ya palata, mpe panza bikolo oyo basepelaka na bitumba.
Rebuke the beast of the reed, the herd of bulls, with the calves of the peoples. Trample down the lovers of lies. Scatter the nations whose joy is in war.
31 Bazwi bakobimela na Ejipito; bato ya Kushi bakoya na lombangu, bakotombola maboko epai ya Nzambe.
May they come from Egypt with gifts of oil, Ethiopia haste with full hands to God.
32 Bino, babokonzi ya mabele, boyembela Nzambe; boyemba banzembo mpo na lokumu ya Nkolo!
Sing to God, O you kingdoms of earth, make melody to the Lord. (Selah)
33 Boyembela Ye oyo atambolisaka mampinga kati na likolo, likolo ya libela; oyo, wuta na mongongo na Ye, agangaka makasi.
Praise him who rides on the ancient heavens. See! He utters his voice, his mighty voice.
34 Bosakola ete nguya ezali ya Nzambe oyo nkembo na Ye ezali na Isalaele, mpe nguya na Ye ezali kati na mapata.
Ascribe strength to the God over Israel, whose strength and majesty live in the skies.
35 Nzambe, wuta kati na bisika na Yo ya bule, obongi na botosi! Nzambe ya Isalaele apesaka na bato na Ye makasi mpe nguya. Tika ete Nzambe akumisama!
Awe-inspiring is God in his holy place, it is Israel’s God who gives strength and might to his people. Blessed be God.
