Banzembo 33
1 Bino bato ya sembo, bobeta milolo ya esengo na tina na Yawe! Kokumisa Nzambe ebongi na bato oyo bazali alima.
Exult, ye righteous, in Jehovah: praise is comely for the upright.
2 Bosanzola Yawe na nzenze, bosanzola Ye na lindanda ya basinga zomi.
Give thanks unto Jehovah with the harp; sing psalms unto him with the ten-stringed lute.
3 Boyembela Yawe nzembo ya sika, bobetisa bibetelo mindule elongo na koganga ya esengo.
Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud sound.
4 Pamba te Liloba na Yawe ezali alima, misala na Ye nyonso ekokisamaka na boyengebene.
For the word of Jehovah is right, and all his work is in faithfulness.
5 Yawe alingaka bosembo mpe alima; mokili etondi na bolingo na Ye.
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the loving-kindness of Jehovah.
6 Likolo ekelamaki na Liloba na Yawe; mampinga na yango nyonso, na nzela ya pema ya monoko na Ye.
By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7 Asangisaka mayi ya bibale minene esika moko, mpe atiaka yango na bisika ya mozindo.
He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap; he layeth up the deeps in storehouses.
8 Tika ete mokili mobimba etosa Yawe! Tika ete bavandi nyonso ya mokili balenga liboso na Ye.
Let all the earth fear Jehovah; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9 Pamba te alobaki, mpe likambo esalemaki; mpe apesaki mitindo, mpe emonanaki.
For he spoke, and it was [done]; he commanded, and it stood fast.
10 Yawe akweyisaka mikano ya bikolo, abebisaka mabongisi ya bato.
Jehovah frustrateth the counsel of the nations; he maketh the thoughts of the peoples of none effect.
11 Kasi mikano ya Yawe etikalaka mpo na seko, mabongisi ya motema na Ye, mpo na bikeke nyonso.
The counsel of Jehovah standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart from generation to generation.
12 Esengo na ekolo oyo Yawe azali Nzambe na yango. Esengo na bato oyo aponaki mpo na libula na Ye.
Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, the people that he hath chosen for his inheritance!
13 Yawe atalaka wuta na likolo, amonaka bana nyonso ya bato.
Jehovah looketh from the heavens; he beholdeth all the sons of men:
14 Wuta na evandelo na Ye, atalaka bavandi nyonso ya mokili.
From the place of his habitation he looketh forth upon all the inhabitants of the earth;
15 Ye oyo asalaka mitema nyonso ya bato asosolaka makambo nyonso oyo basalaka.
He who fashioneth the hearts of them all, who considereth all their works.
16 Ezali te limpinga monene nde ebikisaka mokonzi to nguya monene nde ekangolaka elombe.
The king is not saved by the multitude of [his] forces; a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17 Mpunda ezali na nguya te ya kopesa lobiko, makasi na yango nyonso ekangolaka te.
The horse is a vain thing for safety; neither doth he deliver by his great power.
18 Nzokande Yawe atalaka bato oyo batosaka Ye, ba-oyo batiaka elikya na bolingo kati na Ye,
Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his loving-kindness,
19 mpo na kokangola bango na kufa mpe kobatela bango na bomoi ata na tango ya nzala makasi.
To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20 Totielaka Yawe motema; azali lisungi mpe nguba na biso.
Our soul waiteth for Jehovah: he is our help and our shield.
21 Solo, mitema na biso esepelaka kati na Ye, pamba te totiaka elikya na biso kati na Kombo na Ye ya bule.
For in him shall our heart rejoice, because we have confided in his holy name.
22 Yawe, lokola totiaka elikya na biso kati na Yo, tika ete bolingo na Yo ezala elongo na biso.
Let thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, according as we have hoped in thee.
