1 Nzembo ya mobembo mpo na kokende na Tempelo ya Yawe. Esengo na moto oyo atosaka Yawe mpe alandaka banzela na Ye!

A song of degrees. Blessed is euery one that feareth the Lord and walketh in his wayes.

2 Oliaka mbuma ya mosala na Yo; ozali moto ya esengo mpe ozali na bofuluki.

When thou eatest the labours of thine hands, thou shalt be blessed, and it shall be well with thee.

3 Kati na ndako na yo, mwasi na yo azali lokola nzete ya vino oyo ebotaka bambuma ebele; bana na yo bazali lokola bankona ya nzete ya olive zingazinga ya mesa na yo.

Thy wife shalbe as the fruitfull vine on the sides of thine house, and thy children like the oliue plantes round about thy table.

4 Ezali ndenge wana nde Yawe apambolaka moto oyo atosaka Ye.

Lo, surely thus shall the man be blessed, that feareth the Lord.

5 Solo, Yawe akopambola yo wuta na Siona, mpe okomona bofuluki ya Yelusalemi mikolo nyonso ya bomoi na yo

The Lord out of Zion shall blesse thee, and thou shalt see the wealth of Ierusalem all the dayes of thy life.

6 mpe okomona bakitani na yo. Tika ete kimia ezala na Isalaele!

Yea, thou shalt see thy childrens children, and peace vpon Israel.
