1 Bokumisa Yawe! Nakokumisa Yawe na motema na ngai mobimba kati na likita ya bato ya sembo mpe kati na mayangani.

Alleluia. I will confess to you, O Lord, with my whole heart, in the council of the just and in the congregation.

2 Yawe asalaka makambo minene; bato nyonso oyo balingaka yango bakanisaka yango.

Great are the works of the Lord, exquisite in all his intentions.

3 Misala na Ye emonisaka nkembo mpe lokumu na Ye, mpe bosembo na Ye ewumelaka libela na libela.

Confession and magnificence are his work. And his justice remains from age to age.

4 Alingaka ete bakanisa bikamwa na Ye. Yawe atondi na mawa mpe atalisaka ngolu na Ye.

He has created a memorial to his wonders; he is a merciful and compassionate Lord.

5 Apesaka bato oyo batosaka Ye bilei; akanisaka Boyokani na Ye tango nyonso.

He has given food to those who fear him. He will be mindful of his covenant in every age.

6 Amonisaki nguya na Ye epai ya bato na Ye na nzela ya misala na Ye tango apesaki bango libula ya bato ya bikolo mosusu.

He will announce the virtue of his works to his people,

7 Misala na Ye nyonso elakisaka boyengebene mpe bosembo na Ye; mibeko na Ye nyonso ebongi na kondima yango.

so that he may give them the inheritance of the nations. The works of his hands are truth and judgment.

8 Epesama mpo na libela, mpe esengeli kotosa yango na bosembo mpe na bosolo.

All his commands are faithful: confirmed from age to age, created in truth and fairness.

9 Akangolaki bato na Ye, mpe asalaki Boyokani ya libela elongo na bango. Azali Nzambe Mosantu mpe Nzambe ya somo.

He has sent redemption upon his people. He has commanded his covenant for all eternity. Holy and terrible is his name.

10 Kotosa Yawe ezali mosisa ya bwanya; bato nyonso oyo batosaka Yawe bazali na mayele ya peto. Lokumu ya Yawe ezali ya libela na libela.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. A good understanding is for all who do it. His praise remains from age to age.
