< Banzembo 102 >
1 Libondeli ya moto na pasi, oyo abungisi elikya mpe azali kolela liboso ya Yawe. Yawe, yoka libondeli na ngai! Tika ete koganga na ngai ekoma kino epai na Yo!
Sh'ma ·Hear obey· my prayer, Adonai! Let my cry come to you.
2 Kobombela ngai elongi na Yo te, wana nazali na pasi. Yoka libondeli na ngai na mokolo oyo nazali kobelela Yo; yanola ngai noki!
Don’t hide your face from me in the day of my distress. Turn your ear to me. Answer me quickly in the day when I call.
3 Pamba te mikolo ya bomoi na ngai ezali kolimwa lokola molinga, mikuwa na ngai ezali kozika lokola makala ya moto.
For my days consume away like smoke. My bones are burned as a torch.
4 Motema na ngai ebungisi elikya mpe ezali komitungisa lokola matiti oyo bakati; mpo na yango, nakomi ata kobosana kolia bilei na ngai.
My heart is blighted like grass, and withered, for I forget to eat my bread.
5 Mpo ete naleli makasi, natikali kaka na poso ya nzoto likolo ya mikuwa.
By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bones stick to my skin.
6 Nakomi lokola esulungutu ya esobe, lokola esulungutu ya bisika oyo ebeba.
I am like a pelican of the wilderness. I have become as an owl of the waste places.
7 Pongi ekimi ngai; nakomi lokola ndeke oyo etikali yango moko na likolo ya ndako.
I watch, and have become like a sparrow that is alone on the housetop.
8 Banguna na ngai batombokeli ngai, bazali kofinga ngai tango nyonso mpe bazali kosalela kombo na ngai mpo na kolakela bato mabe.
My enemies reproach me all day. Those who are mad at me use my name as a curse.
9 Nakomi kolia putulu na esika ya bilei, mpe komela mayi esangana na mpinzoli na ngai.
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mixed my drink with tears,
10 Mpo na kanda monene na Yo, otombokeli ngai mpe obwaki ngai mosika.
Because of your indignation and your wrath, for you have taken me up, and thrown me away.
11 Mikolo ya bomoi na ngai ezali kokima lokola elili, mpe nakawuki lokola matiti.
My days are like a long shadow. I have withered like grass.
12 Kasi Yo Yawe, ozali Mokonzi mpo na libela, ozali Nzambe seko na seko.
But you, Adonai, will remain forever; your renown endures to all generations.
13 Okotelema solo mpo na Siona, pamba te ekomi tango ya koyokela yango mawa; tango oyo ekatama ekoki.
You will arise and have racham ·merciful love· on Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]; for it is time to have mercy on her. Yes, the set time has come.
14 Pamba te biso basali na Yo, tosepelaka na mabanga na yango, mpe toyokelaka putulu na yango mawa.
For your servants take pleasure in her stones, and have pity even on her dust.
15 Bikolo ekotosa Yawe, mpe bakonzi nyonso ya mokili bakondima nkembo na Yo.
So the nations will fear Adonai’s name; all the kings of the earth your kavod ·weighty glory·.
16 Pamba te Yawe akotonga lisusu Siona mpe akomonana kati na nkembo na Ye.
For Adonai has built up Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]. He has appeared in his kavod ·weighty glory·.
17 Akoyanola libondeli ya bato oyo babungisaki biloko, mpe akondima mabondeli na bango.
He has responded to the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.
18 Tika ete bakoma yango mpo na ekeke oyo ekolanda, mpo ete bikelamu ya sika ekumisa Yawe.
This will be written for the generation to come. A people which will be created will Halleluyah ·praise Yah·.
19 Wuta na Esika na Ye ya bule, wuta na likolo, Yawe atalaki biso awa na mokili
For he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary. From heaven, Adonai saw the earth;
20 mpo na koyoka kolela ya bakangami kati na boloko mpe kokangola bato oyo bazwaki etumbu ya kufa.
to sh'ma ·hear obey· the groans of the prisoner; to free those who are condemned to death;
21 Kombo ya Yawe ekokende sango kati na Siona, mpe masanzoli na Ye, kati na Yelusalemi
that men may declare Adonai’s name in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and his tehilah ·praise song· in Jerusalem [City of peace];
22 tango bato mpe bikolo bakosangana mpo na kogumbamela Yawe.
when the peoples are gathered together, the kingdoms, to serve Adonai.
23 Na bomoi na ngai, abukaki lolendo ya makasi na ngai, mpe akitisaki motango ya mikolo ya bomoi na ngai.
He weakened my strength along the course. He shortened my days.
24 Nalobaki: « Nzambe na ngai, Yo oyo ozali na bomoi seko na seko, koboma ngai te na kati-kati ya mikolo ya bomoi na ngai!
I said, “My God, don’t take me away in the middle of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.
25 Na kala, otiaki miboko ya mokili, mpe maboko na Yo esalaki Likolo.
Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands.
26 Bango, bakokufa; kasi Yo, okotikala seko na seko. Nzoto na bango ekolemba lokola elamba; okobongola bango lokola kazaka, mpe bakolimwa.
They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will pass away.
27 Kasi Yo, ozali ndenge moko, mibu na Yo ekotikala kosuka te.
But you remain the same, your years will have no end.
28 Bana ya basali na Yo bakozwa esika ya kovanda, mpe bakitani na bango bakowumela liboso na Yo. »
The children of your servants will continue. Their offspring will be established before you.”
