Matayo 26
1 Tango Yesu asilisaki koloba makambo wana nyonso, ayebisaki bayekoli na Ye:
And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these words, that he said to his disciples:
2 « Boyebi malamu ete etikali mikolo mibale mpo ete feti ya Pasika ebanda, mpe ete ezali na tango wana nde bakokaba Mwana na Moto mpo ete babaka Ye na ekulusu. »
You know that after two days the passover is kept, and the Son of man is delivered up to be crucified.
3 Boye, bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe mpe bakambi ya bato basanganaki kati na ndako ya Kayifa, mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe;
Then the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people met together at the palace of the chief priest, who was called Caiaphas.
4 bayokanaki kosalela mayele mabe mpo na kokanga Yesu mpe koboma Ye.
And they consulted together that they might take Jesus by craft and kill him.
5 Kasi balobaki: « Tosala yango te na tango ya feti, noki te bato bakotomboka. »
But they said: Not during the feast, lest there be a tumult among the people.
6 Lokola Yesu azalaki na Betani, na ndako ya Simona oyo azalaki moto na maba,
When Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,
7 mwasi moko apusanaki pene na Ye. Na maboko na ye, azalaki na molangi ya alibatre etonda na malasi ya motuya makasi. Wana Yesu azalaki na mesa, mwasi yango asopaki malasi yango na moto ya Yesu.
there came to him a woman who had an alabaster box of very costly ointment; and she poured it on his head as he reclined at table.
8 Tango bayekoli bamonaki bongo, basilikaki mpe balobaki: — Mpo na nini kobebisa malasi boye?
But when his disciples saw it, they were displeased, and said: For what purpose was this waste?
9 Bakokaki ata koteka yango na motuya makasi mpe kopesa mbongo epai ya babola!
For this could have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
10 Tango Yesu amonaki bongo, alobaki na bango: — Mpo na nini bozali kotungisa mwasi oyo? Asali Ngai likambo moko ya malamu.
Jesus perceived it, and said to them: Why do you trouble the woman? For she has performed a good work upon me.
11 Bokozalaka na babola tango nyonso; kasi Ngai, bokozalaka na Ngai tango nyonso te.
For you have the poor always with you, but me you have not always.
12 Wana asopi malasi oyo na nzoto na Ngai, asali yango mpo na kobongisa kokundama na Ngai.
For in pouring this ointment on my body, she has done it to prepare me for burial.
13 Nazali koloba na bino penza ya solo: esika nyonso bakosakola Sango Malamu oyo kati na mokili mobimba, bakobanda mpe kolobela likambo mwasi oyo awuti kosala, mpo na kokanisa ye.
Verily I say to you, Wherever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, this also which she has done shall be told for a memorial of her.
14 Moko kati na bantoma zomi na mibale, oyo kombo na ye ezalaki Yuda Isikarioti, akendeki epai ya bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe
Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests,
15 mpe atunaki bango: — Bozali kokanisa kopesa ngai nini soki nateki Yesu epai na bino? Boye bafutaki ye mbongo ya bibende tuku misato.
and said: What are you willing to give me, and I will deliver him to you? And they weighed to him thirty pieces of silver.
16 Banda na tango wana, Yuda akomaki koluka libaku malamu ya kokaba Yesu.
And from that time he sought an opportunity to deliver him up.
17 Na mokolo ya liboso ya feti ya Mapa ezanga levire, bayekoli bayaki kotuna Yesu: — Esika nini olingi ete tobongisela Yo bilei ya Pasika?
On the first day of unleavened bread, the disciples came to Jesus, and said to him: Where dost thou wish that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?
18 Azongiselaki bango: — Bokende na engumba epai ya moto songolo mpe boloba na ye: « Moteyi alobi: ‹ Tango na Ngai ekomi pene; nakolia bilei ya Pasika elongo na bayekoli na Ngai epai na yo. › »
He replied: Go into the city, to a certain man, and say to him, The Teacher says, My time is near; I will keep the passover at your house, with my disciples.
19 Bayekoli basalaki ndenge Yesu atindaki bango mpe babongisaki bilei ya Pasika.
And the disciples did as Jesus commanded them, and prepared the passover.
20 Tango pokwa ekomaki, Yesu avandaki na mesa elongo na bayekoli zomi na mibale.
When the evening had come, he reclined at table with the twelve.
21 Wana bazalaki kolia, Yesu alobaki: — Nazali koloba na bino penza ya solo: moko kati na bino akoteka Ngai.
And as they were eating, he said: Verily I say to you, One of you will deliver me up.
22 Bayokaki mawa mingi, mpe bakomaki kotuna Ye, moko sima na moninga: — Nkolo, ezali ngai?
And they were very sad, and began each one of them to say to him: Lord, is it I?
23 Yesu azongisaki: — Moto oyo akoteka Ngai azali kolia sani moko elongo na Ngai.
He answered and said: He that dips his hand with me in the dish, will deliver me up.
24 Solo, Mwana na Moto akokende, kolanda ndenge ekomama na tina na Ye; kasi mawa na moto oyo akoteka Mwana na Moto! Elingaki kozala malamu koleka mpo na moto yango ete abotama te.
The Son of man goes, as it is written of him; but alas for that man by whom the Son of man is delivered up! It would have been good for that man, if he had not been born.
25 Yuda, ye oyo asengeli koteka Ye, alobaki: — Moteyi, ezali ngai? Yesu azongiselaki ye: — Olobi yango.
And Judas, who delivered him up, answered and said: Rabbi, is it I? He replied: You have said.
26 Wana bazalaki kolia, Yesu azwaki lipa; sima na Ye kozongisa matondi epai ya Nzambe, akataki yango mpe apesaki yango na bayekoli na koloba: — Oyo ezali nzoto na Ngai! Bozwa mpe bolia.
And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave it to the disciples, and said: Take, eat; this is my body.
27 Azwaki lisusu kopo; mpe sima na Ye kozongisa matondi epai ya Nzambe, apesaki bango yango na koloba: — Bomela yango bino nyonso;
And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying: Do you all drink of it:
28 ezali makila na Ngai ya Boyokani, makila oyo esopani mpo na bato ebele, mpo ete masumu na bango elimbisama.
for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many in order to the remission of sins.
29 Nazali koloba na bino penza ya solo: kobanda sik’oyo, nakomela lisusu vino oyo te kino na mokolo oyo nakomela yango, ya sika, elongo na bino, kati na Bokonzi ya Tata na Ngai.
But I say to you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, till that day when I drink it with you new in the kingdom of my Father.
30 Sima na yango, bayembaki banzembo; bongo babimaki mpo na kokende na ngomba ya banzete ya olive.
And when they had sung a hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
31 Yesu alobaki na bango: — Na butu ya lelo, bokokweyisa kondima na bino mpo na Ngai; pamba te ekomama: « Nakobeta mobateli bibwele, mpe bameme ya etonga ekopalangana. »
Then Jesus said to them: All of you will he offended at me this night; for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered.
32 Kasi, sima na Ngai kosekwa, nakokende na Galile, liboso na bino.
But after I have risen, I will go before you into Galilee.
33 Petelo alobaki: — Ata soki bango nyonso bakweyisi kondima na bango likolo na Yo, ngai nakotikala kokweyisa kondima na ngai te.
Peter answered and said to him: Though all shall be offended at thee, yet will I never be offended.
34 Yesu azongiselaki ye: — Nazali koloba na yo penza ya solo: kaka na butu ya lelo, liboso ete soso elela, okowangana Ngai mbala misato.
Jesus said to him: Verily I say to you, This night, before the cock crows, you will deny me three times.
35 Petelo alobaki na Ye: — Ata soki nasengeli kokufa elongo na Yo, nakowangana Yo te. Mpe bayekoli nyonso balobaki kaka ndenge moko.
Peter said to him: Though it should be necessary for me to die with thee, I will not deny thee. In like manner said all the disciples.
36 Elongo na bayekoli na Ye, Yesu akomaki na esika oyo babengaka Getisemane mpe alobaki na bango: — Botikala awa, wana Ngai nakeyi kosambela kuna.
Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to his disciples: Sit here, till I go and pray yonder.
37 Wana amemaki Petelo mpe bana mibali mibale ya Zebede, akomaki mawa-mawa mpe komitungisa;
And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be in deep distress and anguish of soul.
38 alobaki na bango: — Motema na Ngai etondi na mawa pene nakufa; botikala awa mpe bosenzela elongo na Ngai.
Then Jesus said to them: My soul is encompassed with sorrow even to death; remain here, and watch with me.
39 Akendeki mwa mosika, amikitisaki elongi kino na mabele mpe asambelaki boye: — Tata, soki ekoki kosalema, tika ete kopo oyo ya pasi ekende mosika na Ngai! Nzokande, kosala te kolanda mokano na Ngai, kasi sala kolanda mokano na Yo.
And he went forward a little, and fell on his face in prayer, saying: My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet not as I will, but as thou willest.
40 Bongo azongaki epai bayekoli na Ye bazalaki mpe akutaki bango balala pongi; alobaki na Petelo: — Boni, bokokaki te kosenzela elongo na Ngai mpo na ngonga moko?
And he came to his disciples, and found them sleeping; and he said to Peter: Was it so, that you had not strength to watch with me one hour?
41 Bosenzela mpe bosambela mpo ete bokweya te kati na komekama. Molimo ezalaka na posa makasi ya kosala malamu, kasi nzoto ezalaka na bolembu.
Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit is, willing, but the flesh is weak.
42 Akendeki lisusu mwa mosika, na mbala ya mibale, mpe abondelaki: — Tata na Ngai, soki ekoki kosalema te ete kopo oyo ya pasi ekende mosika na Ngai, wana tika ete mokano na Yo esalema!
Again, a second time, he went away, and prayed, saying: My Father, if this cup cannot pass from me, unless I drink it, thy will be done.
43 Azongaki lisusu epai bayekoli na Ye bazalaki mpe akutaki bango lisusu balala pongi, pamba te bayokaki pongi makasi mpe miso na bango ekomaki kilo.
And he came and found them sleeping again, for their eyes were heavy.
44 Boye, atikaki bango mpe akendeki lisusu mosika; mpe, mpo na mbala ya misato, abondelaki na maloba kaka wana.
And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same thing.
45 Azongaki lisusu epai bayekoli na Ye bazalaki, mpe alobaki na bango: — Bozali kaka kokoba kolala pongi mpe kopema? Ngonga ekoki; Mwana na Moto akokabama na maboko ya bato ya masumu.
Then he came to his disciples, and said to them: Bleep what time is left, and take your rest; behold, the hour draws near, and the Son of man is delivered into the hands of sinners.
46 Botelema; tokende. Moto oyo ateki Ngai azali koya.
Arise, let us go; behold, he that delivers me up is at hand.
47 Wana Yesu azalaki nanu koloba, Yuda, moko kati na bayekoli zomi na mibale, akomaki elongo na bato ebele oyo basimbaki mipanga mpe banzete; ezalaki bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe mpe bakambi ya bato nde batindaki bango.
And while he was yet speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and clubs, came from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48 Moto oyo atekaki Yesu apesaki bango elembo moko; alobaki na bango: « Moto oyo ngai nakopesa beze, ezali nde ye; bokanga ye. »
He that delivered him up had given them a sign, saying: The one that I shall kiss is he; hold him fast.
49 Mbala moko, apusanaki pene ya Yesu mpe alobaki na Ye: — Mbote, Moteyi! Mpe apesaki Ye beze.
And immediately he came to Jesus, and said: Hail, Rabbi! and kissed him.
50 Yesu alobaki na ye: — Molingami na Ngai, likambo oyo oyei kosala awa, sala yango. Bongo bato mosusu oyo bayaki elongo na ye bapusanaki, basimbaki Yesu na makasi mpe bakangaki Ye.
Jesus said to him: Friend, for what purpose have you come? Then they came, and laid hands on Jesus, and held him fast.
51 Moko kati na baninga ya Yesu asembolaki loboko, abimisaki mopanga na ye wuta na ebombelo na yango, abetaki yango mosali ya mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe mpe akataki ye litoyi.
And behold, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck the servant of the chief priest, and cut off his ear.
52 Kasi Yesu alobaki na ye: — Zongisa mopanga na yo kati na ebombelo na yango, pamba te bato nyonso oyo babundaka na mopanga bakokufa na nzela ya mopanga.
Then Jesus said to him: Put back your sword into its place; for all that take the sword, shall perish by the sword.
53 Okanisi ete nakoki te kobenga Tata na Ngai, oyo akoki mpe mbala moko kotinda ba-anjelu koleka bankoto zomi mpo na koya kosunga Ngai?
Do you think that I can not now call upon my Father, and he would cause more than twelve legions of angels to stand by me?
54 Nzokande, soki mpe esalemi ndenge wana, Makomi ekokokisama te; pamba te ezali koloba ete makambo nyonso wana esengeli kosalema bongo.
But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?
55 Kaka na ngonga yango, Yesu alobaki na ebele ya bato: — Boni, nakomi motomboki mpo ete boya kokanga Ngai na mipanga mpe na banzete? Nazalaki kovanda mikolo nyonso kati na lopango ya Tempelo mpo na kopesa malakisi na Ngai, mpe bokangaki Ngai te.
At the same time Jesus said to the multitudes: Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs, to take me? I sat daily with you in the temple and taught, and you did not take me.
56 Kasi makambo oyo nyonso esalemi mpo ete Makomi ya basakoli ekokisama. Bongo bayekoli nyonso basundolaki Ye mpe bakimaki.
All this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples left him and fled.
57 Bato oyo bakangaki Yesu bamemaki Ye liboso ya Kayifa, mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe, epai wapi balakisi ya Mobeko mpe bakambi ya bato basanganaki.
And those who took Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the chief priest, where the scribes and elders had come together.
58 Petelo azalaki kolanda Yesu na mosika, kino na ndako ya mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe; akotaki kati na lopango mpe avandaki elongo na bakengeli mpo na kotala ndenge makambo ekosuka.
But Peter followed him, at a distance, to the palace of the chief priest, and went in and sat with the attendants, to see the end.
59 Nzokande bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe mpe bato nyonso ya Likita-Monene ya Bayuda bazalaki koluka litatoli moko oyo ekobimisa polele mabe ya Yesu mpo ete bakoka kokatela Ye etumbu ya kufa,
And the chief priests and the elders, and the whole Sanhedrin, sought false testimony against Jesus, that they might put him to death,
60 kasi bazwaki yango te, atako bato mingi bakendeki mpo na kokosela Ye makambo. Bongo, bato mibale bayaki
and found none. Though many false witnesses came, yet they found none. At last two false witnesses came,
61 mpe balobaki: — Moto oyo alobaki: « Ngai nakoki kobuka Tempelo ya Nzambe mpe kotonga yango lisusu na mikolo misato. »
and said: This man said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.
62 Mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe atelemaki mpe atunaki Yesu: — Boni, ozali te na liloba ya kozongisa? Olobi nini liboso ya makambo oyo bazali kofunda yo na yango?
And the chief priest arose, and said to him: Do you make no answer? What do these testify against you?
63 Kasi Yesu abatelaki kimia. Boye mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe alobaki na Ye: — Na Kombo ya Nzambe na bomoi, napesi yo mitindo: « Yebisa biso soki ozali Klisto, Mwana na Nzambe. »
But Jesus remained silent. And the chief priest answered and said to him: I adjure you, by the living God, that you tell us whether you are the Christ, the Son of God?
64 Yesu azongiselaki ye: — Otatoli yango. Kasi nazali koloba na bino: Kobanda sik’oyo, bokomona Mwana na Moto kovanda na ngambo ya loboko ya mobali ya Nkolo-Na-Nguya-Nyonso mpe koya na nkembo na likolo ya mapata ya Likolo.
Jesus said to him: You have said. Moreover, I say to you, Hereafter you shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of the Almighty, and coming upon the clouds of heaven.
65 Mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe apasolaki bilamba na ye mpe alobaki: — Afingi Nzambe! Mpo na nini koluka lisusu batatoli? Bino moko boyoki ndenge nini afingi Nzambe!
Then the chief priest rent his clothes, and said: He has spoken impiously; what further need have we of witnesses? See now, you have heard his impious words:
66 Bokanisi nini mpo na yango? Bazongisaki: — Abongi na kufa.
What think you? They answered and said: He is a subject for death.
67 Babwakelaki Ye soyi na elongi mpe babetaki Ye makofi; bato mosusu babetaki Ye bambata
Then did they spit in his face, and strike him with their fists; some struck him with the open hand,
68 mpe balobaki: — Klisto, sakola kati na biso; yebisa biso moto oyo abeti yo!
and said: Give a response to us, Christ: Who is he that struck you?
69 Na tango wana, Petelo avandaki libanda, kati na lopango ya kati. Mwasi mosali moko apusanaki pene na ye mpe alobaki: — Yo mpe, ozalaki elongo na Yesu, moto ya Galile.
But Peter was sitting without in the court; and a maid-servant came to him, and said: You also were with Jesus of Galilee.
70 Kasi Petelo awanganaki na miso ya bato nyonso: — Nayebi te makambo oyo ozali koloba!
But he denied before them all, saying: I know not what you say.
71 Wana Petelo azalaki kokende na ekuke mpo na kobima, mwasi mosali mosusu amonaki ye mpe alobaki na bato oyo bazalaki wana: — Moto oyo azalaki elongo na Yesu ya Nazareti.
And when he went out into the entrance, another maid-servant saw him, and said to those who were there: This man was also with Jesus the Nazarene.
72 Petelo awanganaki yango lisusu na kolapa ndayi: — Nayebi moto wana te!
And again he denied, with an oath: I know not the man.
73 Sima na mwa tango moke, bato oyo bazalaki wana bapusanaki mpe balobaki na Petelo: — Ezali ya solo, yo mpe ozali moko kati na bato wana; elobeli na yo ezali kofunda yo.
After a little while, those who stood by came and said to Peter: Of a truth you also are one of them, for your speech betrays you.
74 Bongo Petelo abandaki kolapa ndayi esangana na bilakeli mabe: — Tika ete Nzambe alakela ngai mabe soki nakosi! Nalapi ndayi: Nayebi moto yango te! Mpe, mbala moko, soso elelaki.
Then he began to curse and to swear, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.
75 Bongo Petelo akanisaki maloba ya Yesu: « Liboso ete soso elela, okowangana Ngai mbala misato. » Abimaki mpe alelaki makasi na libanda.
And Peter remembered the word which. Jesus had spoken to him: Before the cock crows, you will deny me three times. And he went out, and wept bitterly.
