< Malako 9 >
1 Yesu alobaki na bango lisusu: — Nazali koloba na bino penza ya solo: kati na bato oyo bazali awa, ezali na ba-oyo bakokufa te kino bakomona Bokonzi ya Nzambe koya na nguya.
He said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, there are some standing here who will in no way taste death until they see God’s Kingdom come with power.”
2 Sima na mikolo motoba, Yesu azwaki Petelo, Jake mpe Yoane; amemaki bango na pembeni, na likolo ya ngomba moko ya molayi epai wapi bazalaki kaka bango moko. Yesu abongolamaki na miso na bango:
After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John, and brought them up onto a high mountain privately by themselves, and he was changed into another form in front of them.
3 bilamba na Ye ekomaki kongenga, ekomaki pembe makasi; moto moko te kati na mokili akoki kobimisa pembe ya ndenge wana.
His clothing became glistening, exceedingly white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth can whiten them.
4 Mbala moko, bamonaki Eliya elongo na Moyize bazali kosolola na Yesu.
Elijah and Moses appeared to them, and they were talking with Jesus.
5 Petelo alobaki na Yesu: — Moteyi, eleki malamu mpo na biso kotikala awa! Tokotonga bandako misato ya kapo: moko mpo na Yo, moko mpo na Moyize, mpe moko mpo na Eliya.
Peter answered Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let’s make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”
6 Solo, Petelo azalaki kososola te makambo oyo azalaki koloba, pamba te bango misato batondaki na kobanga.
For he didn’t know what to say, for they were very afraid.
7 Lipata moko ebimaki mpe ezipaki bango, mpe mongongo moko eyokanaki wuta kati na lipata yango: — Oyo azali Mwana na Ngai ya bolingo, boyoka Ye!
A cloud came, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud, “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.”
8 Mbala moko, bayekoli batalaki zingazinga na bango mpe bamonaki moto mosusu te elongo na bango, kaka Yesu.
Suddenly looking around, they saw no one with them any more, except Jesus only.
9 Wana bazalaki kokita na ngomba, Yesu apekisaki bango koloba ata na moto moko, makambo oyo bawutaki komona kino tango Mwana na Moto akosekwa kati na bakufi.
As they were coming down from the mountain, he commanded them that they should tell no one what things they had seen, until after the Son of Man had risen from the dead.
10 Babatelaki likambo yango na motema. Atako bongo, bazalaki kaka kotunana: — Kosekwa kati na bakufi elingi koloba nini?
They kept this saying to themselves, questioning what the “rising from the dead” meant.
11 Bayekoli batunaki Yesu: — Mpo na nini balakisi ya Mobeko balobaka ete Eliya asengeli koya moto ya liboso?
They asked him, saying, “Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”
12 Yesu azongiselaki bango: — Solo, Eliya asengeli koya moto ya liboso mpo na kozongisa makambo nyonso na molongo. Bongo mpo na nini ekomama lisusu ete Mwana na Moto asengeli komona pasi mingi, mpe basengeli koboya Ye?
He said to them, “Elijah indeed comes first, and restores all things. How is it written about the Son of Man, that he should suffer many things and be despised?
13 Kasi Ngai, nazali koloba na bino ete Eliya ayaki mpe basalaki ye makambo nyonso oyo balingaki, kolanda ndenge ekomama na tina na ye.
But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they have also done to him whatever they wanted to, even as it is written about him.”
14 Tango bakomaki pene ya esika oyo bayekoli mosusu bazalaki, bamonaki ebele ya bato penza bazingeli bango, mpe balakisi ya Mobeko kotiana tembe elongo na bayekoli.
Coming to the disciples, he saw a great multitude around them, and scribes questioning them.
15 Tango kaka bato yango bamonaki Yesu, bakamwaki mingi mpe bapotaki mbangu mpo na kokutana na Ye mpe kopesa Ye mbote.
Immediately all the multitude, when they saw him, were greatly amazed, and running to him, greeted him.
16 Yesu atunaki bango: — Likambo nini bozali kotiana na yango tembe elongo na bayekoli?
He asked the scribes, “What are you asking them?”
17 Moto moko kati na ebele yango ya bato azongiselaki Ye: — Moteyi, namemaki mwana na ngai, oyo ya mobali epai na Yo; pamba te azali na se ya bokonzi ya molimo mabe oyo esala ete alobaka te.
One of the multitude answered, “Teacher, I brought to you my son, who has a mute spirit;
18 Bipai nyonso oyo molimo yango ekangaka ye, ebwakaka ye na mabele, mpe mwana akomaka kobimisa fulufulu na monoko, kolia minu, mpe nzoto na ye ekangamaka. Nasengaki na bayekoli na Yo ete babengana molimo yango, kasi balongaki te.
and wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; and he foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to cast it out, and they weren’t able.”
19 Yesu alobaki na bango: — Ekeke ya bato bazanga kondima! Kino tango nini nakozala na bino elongo? Kino tango nini nakokanga motema mpo na bino? Bomemela Ngai mwana yango.
He answered him, “Unbelieving generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to me.”
20 Bongo bamemaki mwana yango epai ya Yesu. Tango kaka molimo yango ya mabe emonaki Yesu, eningisaki mwana yango makasi mpe mwana akweyaki na mabele, akomaki kobaluka-baluka mpe kobimisa fulufulu na monoko.
They brought him to him, and when he saw him, immediately the spirit convulsed him and he fell on the ground, wallowing and foaming at the mouth.
21 Yesu atunaki tata ya mwana: — Esali mikolo boni wuta mwana akoma boye? Tata ya mwana azongisaki: — Wuta tango azalaki mwana moke penza.
He asked his father, “How long has it been since this has been happening to him?” He said, “From childhood.
22 Mbala mingi, molimo mabe etindikaka ye na moto to na mayi mpo na koluka koboma ye. Kasi soki okoki kobikisa ye, yokela biso mawa mpe sunga biso.
Often it has cast him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”
23 Yesu alobaki na ye: — Olobi nini: « Soki okoki! » Nyonso ekoki kosalema mpo na moto oyo azali na kondima.
Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
24 Mbala moko, tata ya mwana alobaki na mongongo makasi: — Nandimi! Sunga ngai, pamba te nazangi kondima.
Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, “I believe. Help my unbelief!”
25 Tango Yesu amonaki ebele ya bato koya mbangu, abenganaki molimo mabe: — Molimo mabe, yo oyo okomisaka moto baba, napesi yo mitindo: bima kati na mwana oyo mpe kozonga lisusu te kati na ye.
When Jesus saw that a multitude came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to him, “You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter him again!”
26 Molimo mabe egangaki, eningisaki mwana makasi mpe ebimaki kati na ye. Mwana akomaki lokola moto akufi na ndenge ete mingi kati na bato oyo bazalaki wana bakomaki koloba « Akufi! »
After crying out and convulsing him greatly, it came out of him. The boy became like one dead, so much that most of them said, “He is dead.”
27 Kasi Yesu asimbaki mwana yango na loboko mpe atelemisaki ye; mpe mwana atelemaki.
But Jesus took him by the hand and raised him up; and he arose.
28 Yesu akotaki na ndako; lokola bayekoli batikalaki bango moko kaka elongo na Ye, batunaki Ye: — Mpo na nini, biso, tolongaki te kobengana molimo yango?
When he had come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we cast it out?”
29 Yesu azongisaki: — Babenganaka molimo ya ndenge wana kaka na losambo.
He said to them, “This kind can come out by nothing but by prayer and fasting.”
30 Tango balongwaki na esika wana, bakatisaki na mokili ya Galile mpe Yesu alingaki te ete moto ata moko ayeba esika oyo bazali,
They went out from there and passed through Galilee. He didn’t want anyone to know it,
31 pamba te azalaki koteya bayekoli na Ye mpe koloba na bango: — Bakokaba Mwana na Moto na maboko ya bato, bakoboma Ye, mpe, mikolo misato sima na kufa na Ye, akosekwa.
for he was teaching his disciples, and said to them, “The Son of Man is being handed over to the hands of men, and they will kill him; and when he is killed, on the third day he will rise again.”
32 Kasi bazalaki kososola te maloba wana mpe bazalaki kobanga kopesa Ye mituna na tina na yango.
But they didn’t understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him.
33 Tango bakomaki na Kapernawumi, wana bazalaki kati na ndako, Yesu atunaki bango: — Likambo nini bozalaki kotiana tembe na nzela?
He came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house he asked them, “What were you arguing amongst yourselves on the way?”
34 Kasi bavandaki nye, pamba te, na nzela, bazalaki penza kotiana tembe mpo na koyeba soki nani kati na bango aleki monene.
But they were silent, for they had disputed with one another on the way about who was the greatest.
35 Yesu avandaki, abengaki bayekoli zomi na mibale mpe alobaki na bango: — Moto nyonso oyo alingi kozala moto ya liboso asengeli kozala moto ya suka mpe mosali ya bato nyonso.
He sat down and called the twelve; and he said to them, “If any man wants to be first, he shall be last of all, and servant of all.”
36 Yesu akamataki mwana moko ya moke, atiaki ye na kati-kati na bango mpe, sima na Ye koyamba mwana yango na maboko na Ye, alobaki na bango:
He took a little child and set him in the middle of them. Taking him in his arms, he said to them,
37 — Moto nyonso oyo, na Kombo na Ngai, akoyamba mwana lokola oyo, ayambi nde Ngai moko. Mpe moto nyonso oyo ayambi Ngai ayambi Ngai te, kasi ayambi nde Motindi na Ngai.
“Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me; and whoever receives me, doesn’t receive me, but him who sent me.”
38 Yoane alobaki: — Moteyi, tomonaki moto moko azali kobengana milimo mabe na Kombo na Yo, mpe topekisaki ye, pamba te azali elongo na biso te.
John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone who doesn’t follow us casting out demons in your name; and we forbade him, because he doesn’t follow us.”
39 Kasi Yesu azongisaki: — Bopekisa ye te; pamba te moto moko te akoki kosala bikamwa na Kombo na Ngai mpe aloba mbala moko, sima na mwa tango, mabe na tina na Ngai.
But Jesus said, “Don’t forbid him, for there is no one who will do a mighty work in my name and be able quickly to speak evil of me.
40 Moto oyo atelemeli biso te azali mpo na biso.
For whoever is not against us is on our side.
41 Nazali koloba na bino penza ya solo: moto nyonso oyo apesi bino kopo ya mayi na Kombo na Ngai, mpo ete bozali bato ya Klisto, akotikala kobungisa te lifuti na ye.
For whoever will give you a cup of water to drink in my name because you are Christ’s, most certainly I tell you, he will in no way lose his reward.
42 Kasi soki moto moko akweyisi na masumu moko kati na bana mike oyo bandimelaka Ngai, ekoleka malamu mpo na ye kokanga ye libanga monene ya enikelo na kingo mpe kobwaka ye na ebale.
“Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he were thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck.
43 Soki loboko na yo ekweyisaka yo na masumu, kata yango; pamba te eleki malamu mpo na yo kokota kati na bomoi, na loboko moko, na esika ete otikala na maboko mibale mpe okende na lifelo, kati na moto oyo ekufaka te, [ (Geenna )
If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having your two hands to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire, (Geenna )
44 epai wapi nkusu mpe moto ekufaka te.]
‘where their worm doesn’t die, and the fire is not quenched.’
45 Soki lokolo na yo ekweyisaka yo na masumu, kata yango; pamba te eleki malamu mpo na yo kokota kati na bomoi, na lokolo moko, na esika ete otikala na makolo mibale mpe obwakama na lifelo [ (Geenna )
If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life lame, rather than having your two feet to be cast into Gehenna, into the fire that will never be quenched— (Geenna )
46 epai wapi nkusu mpe moto ekufaka te.]
‘where their worm doesn’t die, and the fire is not quenched.’
47 Soki liso na yo ekweyisaka yo na masumu, longola yango; pamba te eleki malamu mpo na yo kokota na Bokonzi ya Nzambe, na liso moko, na esika ete okoba kozala na miso mibale mpe obwakama na lifelo (Geenna )
If your eye causes you to stumble, throw it out. It is better for you to enter into God’s Kingdom with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into the Gehenna of fire, (Geenna )
48 epai wapi nkusu ekufaka te, mpe moto ekufaka te.
‘where their worm doesn’t die, and the fire is not quenched.’
49 Pamba te moto na moto akoleka na moto mpo ete akoma elengi lokola mungwa.
For everyone will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.
50 Mungwa ezali malamu. Kasi soki mungwa ebungisi elengi na yango, ndenge nini bokokoka lisusu kozongisa elengi na yango? Yango wana, bozala na mungwa kati na bino, mpe bozala na kimia bino na bino.
Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”
