< Levitike 8 >

1 Yawe alobaki na Moyize:
Yahweh also said to Moses/me,
2 « Mema Aron mpe bana na ye ya mibali, bilamba na bango ya mosala ya bonganga-Nzambe, mafuta ya epakolami, mwana ngombe ya mobali mpo na mbeka ya masumu, bameme mibale ya mibali, mpe kitunga oyo ezali na mapa ezanga levire;

3 mpe sangisa lisanga mobimba na ekotelo ya Ndako ya kapo ya Bokutani. »
Then gather all the people at the entrance to the Sacred Tent.”
4 Moyize asalaki ndenge Yawe atindaki ye mpe lisanga esanganaki na ekotelo ya Ndako ya kapo ya Bokutani.
Moses/I did what Yahweh told him/me to do, and all the people gathered there.
5 Moyize alobaki na lisanga makambo oyo Yawe atindaki ye kosala.
Then Moses/I said to the people, “This is what Yahweh has commanded us to do.”
6 Moyize amemaki Aron elongo na bana na ye ya mibali liboso mpe asukolaki bango na mayi.
Then he/I brought Aaron and his sons forward and washed them.
7 Alatisaki Aron nzambala mpe akangaki ye mokaba na loketo; alatisaki ye kazaka mpe efode, azingelaki ye na mokaba ya efode.
He/I put the special tunic/shirt on Aaron, tied the sash/waistband around him, put on him the special robe, and put on him the sacred vest/apron. He/I fastened the sacred vest/apron around him, using the skillfully woven sash.
8 Alatisaki Aron elamba ya tolo mpe atiaki Urimi mpe tumimi likolo ya elamba yango.
He/I put the sacred pouch on his chest and put into it the two stones for him to use to find out what God wants.
9 Akangaki kitendi na moto ya Aron; bongo liboso na yango, atiaki medaye ya wolo, elembo ya libulisi, ndenge kaka Yawe atindaki Moyize.
Then he/I wrapped the turban around Aaron’s head, and fastened on the front of it the gold ornament, the object that showed that he was dedicated to God, like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.
10 Moyize azwaki mafuta ya epakolami mpe apakolaki Mongombo elongo na biloko nyonso oyo ezalaki kati na yango; na bongo nde abulisaki yango.
Then Moses/I took the olive oil and anointed the sacred tent and everything in it, and dedicated them [to Yahweh].
11 Asopaki na etumbelo ndambo ya mafuta mbala sambo mpe apakolaki mafuta mpo na kobulisa etumbelo, bisalelo na yango nyonso, sani monene mpe se na yango.
He/I sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times. He/I anointed the altar and all the things used with it, and its huge washbasin and its stand, to dedicate them to Yahweh.
12 Asopaki ndambo ya mafuta ya epakolami na moto ya Aron mpe apakolaki ye mafuta yango mpo na kobulisa ye.
He/I poured some of the oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him to dedicate him to Yahweh.
13 Moyize amemaki bana mibali ya Aron liboso, alatisaki bango banzambala, akangaki bango mikaba na loketo mpe alatisaki bango bikoti, ndenge kaka Yawe atindaki Moyize.
Then he/I brought forward Aaron’s sons. He/I put tunics/shirts on them, tied sashes/waistbands around them, and wrapped turbans around their heads, like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.
14 Bongo amemaki ngombe ya mobali lokola mbeka ya masumu; Aron elongo na bana na ye ya mibali batiaki maboko na bango na moto ya ngombe yango.
Then he/I brought the bull for the offering to cause people to be forgiven for the sins that have committed. Then Aaron and his sons put their hands on the bull’s head.
15 Moyize akataki yango kingo mpe asalelaki mosapi na ye mpo na kotia makila ya ngombe yango na maseke ya etumbelo. Boye, apetolaki etumbelo; bongo asopaki makila oyo etikalaki, na makolo ya etumbelo oyo abulisaki mpo na mosala ya bolimbisi masumu.
Then Moses/I slaughtered the bull, [caught some of its blood in a bowl], and with his/my finger put some of that blood on the projections at the corners of the altar, to purify the altar. He/I poured the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. By doing that, he/I caused it to be a suitable place for burning sacrifices for sin.
16 Moyize azwaki lisusu mafuta nyonso oyo ezalaki pembeni-pembeni ya biloko ya kati, mafuta oyo ezipaka bafwa mpe bambuma nyonso mibale oyo ezalaka kati na loketo elongo na mafuta na yango, atumbaki yango na etumbelo.
Moses/I took all the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal, including the liver and kidneys, and burned them on the altar.
17 Kasi atumbaki na libanda ya molako ngombe yango ya mobali, poso na yango, misuni na yango mpe nyei na yango, ndenge kaka Yawe atindaki Moyize.
He/I took the rest of the bull, including the hide and intestines, and burned them outside the camp, like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.
18 Bongo amemaki meme ya mobali mpo na kobonza yango lokola mbeka ya kotumba; Aron mpe bana na ye ya mibali batiaki maboko na bango na moto na yango.
Then he/I brought the ram for the offering that would be completely burned [on the altar], and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.
19 Moyize akataki kingo ya meme yango mpe asopaki makila na yango na bapembeni nyonso ya etumbelo.
Then Moses/I slaughtered the ram and sprinkled its blood on all sides of the altar.
20 Akataki-kataki meme yango na biteni. Moyize atumbaki biteni yango, moto mpe mafuta.
He/I cut the ram into pieces and washed the inner parts and hind legs. Then he/I put the head, the fat, and the other parts of the ram on the altar. As it burned, the aroma of the smoke was pleasing to Yahweh. It was an offering to Yahweh that was burned, as Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.
21 Asukolaki na mayi biloko ya kati mpe makolo, atumbaki meme yango mobimba na likolo ya etumbelo; ezalaki mbeka ya kotumba, likabo bazikisa na moto mpo na Yawe, oyo solo kitoko na yango esepelisaki Yawe, ndenge kaka Yawe atindaki Moyize.
22 Bongo amemaki meme mosusu ya mobali mpo na libulisi; Aron mpe bana na ye ya mibali batiaki maboko na bango na moto na yango.
Then he/I brought the other ram, the one for consecrating the priests, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.
23 Moyize akataki yango kingo, azwaki ndambo ya makila na yango mpe atiaki yango na songe ya litoyi ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali ya Aron, na mosapi ya monene ya loboko ya mobali ya Aron mpe na mosapi ya monene ya lokolo ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali ya Aron.
Moses/I slaughtered that ram, [drained some of its blood in a bowl], and put some of that blood on the lobes of the right ears, the thumbs of the right hands, and the big toes of the right feet of Aaron and his sons [to indicate that what they listened to and what they did and where they went should be directed by Yahweh].
24 Moyize amemaki bana mibali ya Aron liboso, atiaki ndambo ya makila na basonge ya matoyi na bango ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali, na misapi ya minene ya maboko na bango ya mobali mpe na misapi ya minene ya makolo na bango ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali. Sima, asopaki makila na bangambo nyonso ya etumbelo.
25 Azwaki biteni oyo ya mafuta: mokila, mafuta nyonso oyo ezalaka pembeni-pembeni ya biloko ya kati, mafuta oyo ezipi bafwa, bambuma mibale oyo ezalaka kati na loketo elongo na mafuta na yango mpe mopende ya lokolo ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali.
He/I picked up all the fat of the ram, its fat tail, the fat that covered the inner parts, including the fat that covered the liver and kidneys, and the right thigh of the ram.
26 Kati na kitunga ya mapa ezanga levire oyo ezalaki liboso ya Yawe, azwaki lipa moko, gato moko balamba na mafuta mpe galeti moko; atiaki yango likolo ya biteni ya mafuta mpe ya mopende ya ngambo ya loboko ya mobali.
Then from the basket containing the bread that was made without yeast, the bread which had been dedicated to Yahweh, he/I picked up one loaf of bread [made without olive oil], and one loaf that was [made by mixing the flour] with olive oil, and one wafer. He/I put those on top of the portions of fat, and put them into the hands of Aaron and his sons. Then they lifted them up in the presence of Yahweh [to indicate that it was an offering that belonged to him].
27 Atiaki biloko yango nyonso na maboko ya Aron mpe ya bana na ye ya mibali; bongo ayebisaki bango ete batombola yango liboso ya Yawe lokola likabo ya kotombola.
28 Moyize azwaki yango lisusu na maboko na bango mpe atumbaki yango na etumbelo, na likolo ya mbeka ya kotumba. Ezalaki mbeka ya libulisi, likabo bazikisa na moto mpo na Yawe, oyo solo kitoko na yango esepelisaka Yawe.
Then Moses/I took those things from their hands and burned them on the altar. That was the offering that was burned to appoint Aaron and his sons as priests. And the aroma while it burned was pleasing to Yahweh.
29 Moyize azwaki tolo ya meme ya libulisi, atombolaki yango liboso ya Yawe lokola mbeka ya kotombola ndenge kaka Yawe atindaki Moyize.
Moses/I also took the breast of the second ram and lifted it up, as Yahweh had commanded. The breast was Moses’/my share of the ram that was sacrificed to dedicate the priests.
30 Moyize azwaki na etumbelo, mafuta ya epakolami mpe ndambo ya makila; asopelaki yango Aron, bilamba na ye, bana na ye ya mibali mpe bilamba na bango. Bongo abulisaki Aron, bilamba na ye, bana na ye ya mibali mpe bilamba na bango.
Then Moses/I took some of the olive oil for anointing [Aaron and his sons], and some of the blood that was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his sons and on their clothes. By doing that, he/I consecrated Aaron and his sons and their clothes.
31 Moyize alobaki na Aron mpe na bana na ye ya mibali: « Bolamba mosuni na ekotelo ya Ndako ya kapo ya Bokutani, mpe bolia yango wana elongo na lipa oyo ezali kati na kitunga oyo ezali na mbeka ya libulisi, ndenge kaka natindaki tango nalobaki: ‹ Aron mpe bana na ye ya mibali nde bakolia yango. ›
Then Moses/I said to Aaron and his sons, “Boil the meat [of the second ram] at the entrance of the Sacred Tent, and eat it there with the bread that is in the basket, like I told you to do.
32 Oyo ekotikala kati na mosuni ya mbeka ya libulisi mpe lipa, bokotumba yango na moto.
Burn up any of the meat and bread that remains.
33 Mikolo sambo, bokolongwa te na ekotelo ya Ndako ya kapo ya Bokutani kino mikolo ya libulisi na bino ekokoka, pamba te libulisi na bino ekowumela mikolo sambo.
The time for you to be set apart as priests will be seven days, so do not leave the entrance of the Sacred Tent for seven days.
34 Makambo oyo esalemi lelo, yango nde Yawe atindi mpo na kosala mosala ya bolimbisi masumu na bino.
What we have done today is what Yahweh commanded to cause that you will be forgiven for your sins.
35 Bokovanda mikolo sambo, butu mpe moyi, na ekotelo ya Ndako ya kapo ya Bokutani mpe bokosala makambo oyo Yawe atindi mpo ete bokufa te. Pamba te, yango nde epesamelaki ngai lokola mitindo. »
You must stay at the entrance of the Sacred Tent for seven days and seven nights and do what Yahweh requires, in order that you will not die [because of disobeying him. I am telling you that] because that is what Yahweh has commanded me to tell you.”
36 Aron mpe bana na ye ya mibali basalaki makambo nyonso oyo Yawe atindaki Moyize.
So Aaron and his sons did everything that Yahweh told Moses/me to tell them.
