1 Tala mosali na Ngai, oyo nasimbaka; moponami na Ngai, oyo asalaka esengo na Ngai. Nakotia Molimo na Ngai na likolo na ye, mpe akotia bosembo kati na bikolo,
“Behold, my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul delights— I have put my Spirit on him. He will bring mishpat ·justice· to the nations.
2 akotombola mongongo te, akoganga te, akobelela na mongongo makasi te na babalabala;
He will not shout, nor raise his voice, nor cause it to be sh'ma ·heard· in the street.
3 akobuka te mwa nzete ya kolemba oyo egumbama mpe akoboma te moto ya singa ya mwinda oyo ekomi pene ya kokufa. Akomema bosembo na solo nyonso,
He won’t break a bruised reed. He won’t quench a dimly burning wick. He will faithfully bring mishpat ·justice·.
4 akolemba te mpe akotika te kino tango akotia bosembo na mokili. Bisanga ekotia elikya na mobeko na ye.
He will not fail nor be discouraged, until he has set mishpat ·justice· in the earth, and the islands will wait for his torot ·teachings·.”
5 Tala liloba oyo Nzambe, Yawe, alobi, Ye oyo akelaki likolo mpe atandaki yango lokola liputa, oyo atandaki mabele mpe biloko nyonso oyo mabele ebimisaka, oyo apesaka pema na bato na yango mpe bomoi na bato oyo batambolaka likolo na yango:
Thus says God Adonai, he who created the heavens and stretched them out, he who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, he who gives breath to its people and spirit to those who walk in it.
6 « Ngai Yawe, nabengaki yo na bosembo, nasimbi loboko na yo makasi, nabateli yo mpe natie yo mpo na kosala boyokani elongo na bikolo mpe kozala pole ya bikolo,
“I, Adonai, have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand, and will keep you, and make you a covenant ·binding contract between two or more parties· for the people, as a light for the nations;
7 mpo na kofungola miso ya bakufi miso, mpo na kobimisa bakangami na boloko mpe kobimisa bavandi ya molili, na kasho.
to open the blind eyes, to bring the prisoners out of the dungeon, and those who sit in darkness out of the prison.
8 Nazali Yawe; yango nde Kombo na Ngai; nakopesa nkembo na Ngai na mosusu te to lokumu na Ngai epai na banzambe ya bikeko te.
“I am Adonai. That is my name. I will not give my kavod ·weighty glory· to another, nor my tehilah ·praise song· to engraved images.
9 Tala, makambo ya liboso esili koleka, mpe Ngai nazali kotatola makambo ya sika; nayebisi bino yango liboso ete esalema. »
Behold, the former things have happened, and I declare new things. I sh'ma ·hear obey, declare· to you about them before they come up.”
10 Boyemba loyembo ya sika mpo na Yawe, bokumisa Ye wuta na basuka ya mabele, bino bato oyo botambolaka na ebale monene, mpe nyonso oyo etondisaka yango, bino bisanga mpe bavandi na yango nyonso!
Sing to Adonai a new song, and his tehilah ·praise song· from the end of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the islands and their inhabitants.
11 Tika ete esobe mpe bingumba na yango etombola mingongo, tika ete bamboka mike epai wapi Kedari avandaka esepela! Tika ete bato ya Sela bayemba na esengo; tika ete baganga wuta na likolo ya bangomba!
Let the wilderness and its cities raise their voices, with the villages that Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing. Let them shout from the top of the mountains!
12 Tika ete bapesa nkembo epai na Yawe mpe batatola lokumu na Ye kati na bisanga!
Let them give kavod ·weighty glory· to Adonai, and declare his tehilah ·praise song· in the islands.
13 Yawe akobima lokola elombe, akopelisa zuwa na Ye lokola mobundi bitumba; akoganga, solo; akoganga makasi, mpe akolonga banguna na Ye.
Adonai will go out like a mighty man. He will stir up zeal like a man of war. He will raise a war cry. Yes, he will shout aloud. He will triumph over his enemies.
14 Wuta kala, navandaki nye, nakangaki monoko mpe motema na ngai; kasi sik’oyo, lokola mwasi oyo azali na pasi ya kobota, nazali koganga, nazali kolela mpe kopema na pasi.
“I have been silent a long time. I have been quiet and restrained myself. Now I will cry out like a travailing woman. I will both gasp and pant.
15 Nakobebisa bangomba milayi mpe mikuse, nakokawusa banzete mpe matiti na yango nyonso, nakokomisa bibale, bisanga, mpe nakokawusa maziba;
I will destroy mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs. I will make the rivers islands, and will dry up the pools.
16 nakomema bakufi miso na nzela oyo batikala nanu koyeba te, nakotambolisa bango na nzela oyo bamesana kotambola te; nakobongola molili pole liboso na bango, mpe nakokomisa nzela ya nyoka-nyoka nzela ya alima. Tala makambo oyo nakosala, nakotika yango te.
I will bring the blind by a way that they don’t know. I will lead them in paths that they don’t know. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. I will do these things, and I will not forsake them.
17 Kasi bato oyo batiaka elikya na banzambe ya bikeko mpe balobaka na bililingi: « Bozali banzambe na biso, » bakozonga sima mpe bakosambwa.
“Those who trust in engraved images, who tell molten images, ‘You are our deities’ will be turned back. They will be utterly disappointed.
18 Boyoka, bino bakufi matoyi! Botala mpe bomona, bino bato bokufa miso!
“Sh'ma ·Hear obey·, you deaf, and look, you blind, that you may see.
19 Nani azali mokufi miso soki mosali na ngai te? Nani yango mokufi matoyi soki ntoma oyo ngai natindaki te? Nani mokufi miso lokola molobeli na ngai? Nani mokufi miso lokola mosali na Yawe?
Who is blind, but my servant? Or who is as deaf as my messenger whom I send? Who is as blind as he who is at peace, and as blind as Adonai’s servant?
20 Omonaki makambo ebele, kasi ozalaki na bokebi na yango te; matoyi na yo efungwamaki, kasi oyokaki ata eloko moko te.
You see many things, but don’t observe. His ears are open, but he does not sh'ma ·hear obey·.
21 Esepelisaki Yawe, mpo na bosembo na Ye, kokomisa Mobeko na Ye eloko ya monene mpe ya lokumu.
It pleased Adonai, for his righteousness’ sake, to magnify the Torah ·Teaching·, and make it honorable.
22 Kasi tala bato oyo bomengo na bango, babotola yango mpe babebisa bango; bakanga bango nyonso na mabulu mpe babomba bango kati na boloko, bakoma lokola bomengo ya bitumba, bongo moto akokangola bango azali te; bakoma lokola mosuni, bongo moto akoloba: « Zongisa bango, » azali te.
But this is a robbed and plundered people. All of them are snared in holes, and they are hidden in prisons. They have become captives, and no one delivers; and a plunder, and no one says, ‘Restore them!’
23 Nani kati na bino akoyoka makambo yango? Nani akozala na bokebi na makambo oyo ekoya?
Who is there among you who will give ear to this? Who will listen and sh'ma ·hear obey· for the time to come?
24 Nani akabaki Jakobi na maboko ya babebisi, mpe Isalaele na maboko ya banguna? Boni, ezalaki Yawe te oyo liboso ya nani basalelaki masumu? Pamba te balingaki te kolanda nzela na Ye mpe kotosa Mobeko na Ye.
Who gave Jacob [Supplanter] as plunder, and Israel [God prevails] to the robbers? Didn’t Adonai, he against whom we have sinned? For they would not walk in his ways, and they did not sh'ma ·hear obey· his Torah ·Teaching·.
25 Boye, asopelaki bango moto ya kanda na Ye, mobulu ya etumba makasi; azingelaki bango na moto na bangambo nyonso, kasi basosolaki te; mpe moto ezikisaki bango, kasi bazwaki penza likambo yango na motema te.
Therefore he poured the fierceness of his anger on him, and the strength of battle; and it set him on fire all around, but he didn’t know; and it burned him, but he didn’t take it to heart.”
