< Ezayi 32 >
1 Tala, mokonzi moko akokonza na bosembo, mpe bakambi na ye bakokamba na solo.
Listen to this! Some day there will be a righteous king, and his officials will help him to rule justly/fairly.
2 Moko na moko kati na bango akozala lokola ekimelo liboso ya mopepe mpe ebombamelo liboso ya mvula ya makasi; akozala lokola miluka ya mayi kati na esobe, lokola elili ya libanga monene kati na mokili ya mabele ekawuka.
Each [of them] will be like [MET] a shelter from the wind and a (refuge/place to be protected) from the storm. They will be like [SIM] streams of water in the desert, like the shade under a huge rock in a very hot and dry land.
3 Miso ya bato oyo bamonaka ekozipama lisusu te, mpe matoyi ya bato oyo bayokaka ekoyoka malamu.
When that happens, [those leaders will enable] people who have not understood [MET] [God’s truth] to understand it, and [they will enable] those who have not paid attention to [MET] [God’s truth] to pay attention to it.
4 Mito ya bato oyo bazangi mayele ekozwa boyebi mpe bososoli, bongo lolemo ya bato ya likukuma ekokoma koloba noki-noki mpe malamu.
[Even] those who act very hastily will have good sense, and those who cannot speak well will speak fluently and clearly.
5 Bakobenga lisusu te moto ya lokumu zoba, mpe bakobenga lisusu te moto oyo akabaka moyimi;
[At that time], people who are foolish/unwise will no longer be (admired/looked up to), and scoundrels will no longer be respected.
6 pamba te zoba alobaka kaka na bozoba, motema na ye ekanisaka kaka makambo mabe: atiolaka nzela ya bule, alobaka maloba ya nkele mpo na kotelemela Yawe, atikaka libumu ya moto oyo azali na nzala pamba mpe apesaka te mayi na moto oyo azali na yango posa.
Foolish people say things that are foolish, and they plan to do evil things. Their behavior is disgraceful, and they say things about Yahweh that are false. They do not give food to those who are hungry, and they do not give water to those who are thirsty.
7 Misala ya moyimi ezalaka mabe, abongisaka kaka miango ya mabe mpo na kopengwisa mobola na maloba ya lokuta na tango oyo mobola azali na mbeba te.
Scoundrels do things that are evil and that deceive people; they plan to do evil things; by telling lies [in court] they cause poor people to (have trouble/be convicted), even when what the poor [people] are requesting is fair/just.
8 Kasi moto ya lokumu asalaka mabongisi ya lokumu mpe alendaka mpo na misala na ye ya lokumu.
But honorable people plan to do honorable/good things, and they do the honorable/good things that they plan to do.
9 Bino basi oyo bovandaka na kimia, botelema mpe boyoka ngai; bino bilenge basi oyo bomitungisaka na eloko moko te, boyoka makambo oyo nalingi koloba:
You women [of Jerusalem] who think that you are very secure/safe and think that everything is going well, listen to [IDM] what I say!
10 Etikali kaka mikolo moke kati na mobu, bino basi oyo bozali na kimia, bokoningana; pamba te tango ya kosangisa milona ya vino esili koleka, mpe tango ya kobuka bambuma ekozala lisusu te.
One year from now, you who now (are not worried about anything/think that everything is going well) will tremble, because there will be no grapes for you to harvest and no [other] crops to harvest.
11 Bolenga, bino basi oyo bovandaka na kimia; boningana, bino bilenge basi oyo bomitungisaka na eloko moko te! Bolongola bilamba na bino mpe botikala bolumbu, bolata basaki na loketo na bino!
[So] tremble [now], you women who are not worried about anything! Take off your [fancy] clothes and put rough sackcloth around your waists.
12 Bolela na kobeta tolo mpo na bilanga ya kitoko, mpo na bilanga ya vino oyo ebotaka malamu,
Beat/Hit your breasts to show that you are grieving about [what will happen in] your fertile fields and to your fruitful grapevines,
13 mpe mpo na mokili ya bato na ngai; pamba te mokili oyo eboti basende mpe banzube. Solo, bolela mpo na bandako nyonso ya kitoko mpe mpo na engumba oyo etonda na bisengo,
because [only] thorns and thistles will grow in your soil. Your houses where you had joyful parties and your city where you have been happy will be gone.
14 pamba te basundoli ndako ya mokonzi; engumba oyo etonda makelele etikali lisusu na bato te, Ofeli mpe ndako molayi ya bakengeli ekomi mpo na libela mabulu ya mabanga mpo na bisengo ya ba-ane ya zamba, mpe ekokoma etando epai wapi bibwele ekobanda kolia matiti,
The [king’s] palace will be empty; there will be no people in the city that [now] is very noisy. Wild donkeys will walk around and flocks of sheep will eat grass in the empty forts and watchtowers.
15 kino tango Molimo akosopanela biso wuta na likolo, bongo esobe ekokoma bilanga oyo ebotaka kitoko; mpe bilanga oyo ebotaka kitoko ekomonana lokola zamba monene.
[It will be like that] until God pours his Spirit out on us from heaven. [When that happens], the deserts will become fertile fields, and abundant crops will grow in those fertile fields.
16 Bosembo ekowumela kati na esobe, mpe solo ekozala kati na bilanga oyo ebotaka kitoko.
People [PRS] will act/rule justly/fairly in those desert areas, and people will act/rule righteously in those fertile fields.
17 Mbuma ya bosembo ekozala kimia: bosembo ekobota bopemi mpe bobatelami mpo na libela.
And the result of their acting righteously will be that there will be peace, the land will be tranquil/quiet, and people will be secure/safe forever.
18 Bato na ngai bakovanda na bandako ya kimia, na bandako ya malonga mpe na bisika ya bopemi ya kimia.
My people will live in their homes peacefully, and safely, and calmly, in places of rest.
19 Na nzela ya mvula ya mabanga oyo ekonoka, zamba mpe engumba ekokitisama na se penza.
[Even if a severe] hailstorm knocks down [the trees in] the forest, and [all the buildings in] the city are blown down,
20 Esengo na bino oyo bozali kolona milona pene na mayi mpe kotinda ngombe mpe ane na bino konyata bisika nyonso.
Yahweh [will greatly] bless you; you will plant [seeds in fields] alongside the streams [and there will be abundant crops]. Your donkeys and cattle will easily find grass to eat.
