< Ezayi 14 >

1 Yawe akoyokela Jakobi mawa, akopona lisusu Isalaele mpe akopemisa bango na mokili na bango; bongo bapaya bakosangana na bango mpe bakobakisama na ndako ya Jakobi.
For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again He will choose Israel and settle them in their own land. The foreigner will join them and unite with the house of Jacob.
2 Bato ya bikolo bakozwa bango mpe bakomema bango kino na esika na bango. Bongo, libota ya Isalaele ekokamata bango na mokili ya Yawe lokola basali ya mibali mpe ya basi. Bakokomisa bakangami bato oyo bakangaki bango mpe bakokonza bato oyo bakonzaki bango.
The nations will escort Israel and bring it to its homeland. Then the house of Israel will possess the nations as menservants and maidservants in the LORD’s land. They will make captives of their captors and rule over their oppressors.
3 Na mokolo oyo Yawe akopesa yo bopemi na mosala na yo, na komitungisa na yo mpe na misala makasi oyo bapesaki yo,
On the day that the LORD gives you rest from your pain and torment, and from the hard labor into which you were forced,
4 okoyemba nzembo oyo mpo na kotiola mokonzi ya Babiloni; okoloba: « Ndenge nini monyokoli akomi na suka? Ndenge nini penza lolendo na ye esili?
you will sing this song of contempt against the king of Babylon: How the oppressor has ceased, and how his fury has ended!
5 Yawe abuki fimbu ya moto mabe, lingenda ya bokonzi ya bakambi,
The LORD has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers.
6 oyo azalaki kokweyisa bato na kanda mpe kobeta bango na kolemba te, oyo azalaki kokonza bikolo na kanda makasi mpe konyokola bango na mawa te.
It struck the peoples in anger with unceasing blows; it subdued the nations in rage with relentless persecution.
7 Mikili nyonso ezwi bopemi mpe kimia, ekomi koganga na esengo.
All the earth is at peace and at rest; they break out in song.
8 Banzete ya sipele ezali kosepela mpo na kokweya na yo, mpe banzete ya sedele ya Libani ezali koloba: ‹ Wuta tango okweyaki na se, moto moko te akweyisaka lisusu biso. ›
Even the cypresses and cedars of Lebanon exult over you: “Since you have been laid low, no woodcutter comes against us.”
9 Mokili ya bakufi, kuna na se, eningani na sango ya koya na yo, elamusi, mpo na koyamba yo, milimo ya bakufi, bato nyonso oyo bazalaki bakambi na mokili, etomboli bango, na bakiti na bango ya bokonzi, ba-oyo nyonso bazalaki bakonzi ya bikolo. (Sheol h7585)
Sheol beneath is eager to meet you upon your arrival. It stirs the spirits of the dead to greet you— all the rulers of the earth. It makes all the kings of the nations rise from their thrones. (Sheol h7585)
10 Bango nyonso bakozwa maloba mpe bakoloba na yo: ‹ Yo mpe okomi moto ya bolembu lokola biso, okokani na biso! ›
They will all respond to you, saying, “You too have become weak, as we are; you have become like us!”
11 Lokumu na yo nyonso ekiti kino na mokili ya bakufi, elongo na makelele ya mandanda na yo. Nkusu etondi na se na yo lokola mbeto, mpe mitsopi ezipi yo lokola elamba. (Sheol h7585)
Your pomp has been brought down to Sheol, along with the music of your harps. Maggots are your bed and worms your blanket. (Sheol h7585)
12 Ndenge nini penza okweyi wuta na likolo, oh monzoto oyo engengaka na tongo, mwana mobali ya tongo makasi? Bakweyisi yo penza kino na mabele, yo moto oyo ozalaki kopanza bikolo!
How you have fallen from heaven, O day star, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O destroyer of nations.
13 Ozalaki komilobela kati na motema: ‹ Nakomata kino na Lola, nakotombola kiti na ngai ya bokonzi kino na likolo ya minzoto ya Nzambe mpe nakovanda na ngomba epai wapi banzambe basanganaka, na suka ya mokili ya ngambo ya nor;
You said in your heart: “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit on the mount of assembly, in the far reaches of the north.
14 nakomata kino na likolo ya mapata, nakomikomisa lokola Ye-Oyo-Aleki-Likolo. ›
I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
15 Kasi okiti nde na mokili ya bakufi, na se penza ya libulu. (Sheol h7585)
But you will be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit. (Sheol h7585)
16 Bato oyo bazali komona yo batie miso na bango epai na yo, bazali komituna: ‹ Boni, ezali penza ye oyo azalaki koningisa mokili mpe kolengisa bikolo?
Those who see you will stare; they will ponder your fate: “Is this the man who shook the earth and made the kingdoms tremble,
17 Moto oyo azalaki kokomisa mokili esobe, kokweyisa bingumba na yango mpe kotika te ete bakangami na ye bazonga epai na bango? ›
who turned the world into a desert and destroyed its cities, who refused to let the captives return to their homes?”
18 Bakonzi nyonso ya bikolo balalaka na lokumu, moko na moko kati na kunda na ye;
All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb.
19 kasi yo obwakami mosika ya kunda na yo lokola kaka eloko moko ya nkele, kati na bibembe ya bato oyo baboma, bato oyo batobola bango na mopanga, bongo bakiti kino na libulu ya mabanga lokola bibembe oyo banyata na makolo.
But you are cast out of your grave like a rejected branch, covered by those slain with the sword, and dumped into a rocky pit like a carcass trampled underfoot.
20 Okotikala kosangana na bango te kati na kunda, pamba te obebisaki mokili na yo mpe obomaki bato na yo. Bakotikala lisusu kotanga te bakombo ya bakitani ya bato mabe.
You will not join them in burial, since you have destroyed your land and slaughtered your own people. The offspring of the wicked will never again be mentioned.
21 Bobongisa esika mpo na koboma bana na ye ya mibali likolo ya masumu ya batata na bango! Tika ete balamuka lisusu te mpo na kozwa mabele lokola libula mpe kotondisa mokili elongo na bingumba na bango.
Prepare a place to slaughter his sons for the iniquities of their forefathers. They will never rise up to possess a land or cover the earth with their cities.
22 Nakotelemela bango, » elobi Yawe, Mokonzi ya mampinga, « nakolongola kombo ya Babiloni mpe nyonso oyo ekotikala, bana mpe bakitani na yango, elobi Yawe.
“I will rise up against them,” declares the LORD of Hosts. “I will cut off from Babylon her name and her remnant, her offspring and her posterity,”
23 Nakokomisa yango esika ya potopoto mpe lopango ya bampuku; mpe nakokombola yango na nzela ya ekombelo ya libebi, » elobi Yawe, Mokonzi ya mampinga.
“I will make her a place for owls and for swamplands; I will sweep her away with the broom of destruction,” declares the LORD of Hosts.
24 Yawe, Mokonzi ya mampinga, alapi ndayi: « Solo, ndenge kaka nabongisi, ndenge wana mpe ekosalema; makambo oyo nazali na yango na makanisi, yango nde ekokokisama.
The LORD of Hosts has sworn: “Surely, as I have planned, so will it be; as I have purposed, so will it stand.
25 Nakobebisa mokili ya Asiri kati na mokili na Ngai, nakonyata-nyata yango na likolo ya bangomba na Ngai; ekangiseli na bango ekolongwa epai ya bato na Ngai mpe mokumba na bango ekolongwa na mapeka na bango. »
I will break Assyria in My land; I will trample him on My mountain. His yoke will be taken off My people, and his burden removed from their shoulders.”
26 Yango nde mokano oyo Yawe asili kozwa mpo na mokili mobimba, mpe yango nde loboko oyo asili kosembola mpo na kotelemela bikolo nyonso.
This is the plan devised for the whole earth, and this is the hand stretched out over all the nations.
27 Pamba te Yawe, Mokonzi ya mampinga, asili kozwa mokano; bongo nani akolongola yango? Loboko na Ye esili kosembolama; nani akozongisa yango?
The LORD of Hosts has purposed, and who can thwart Him? His hand is outstretched, so who can turn it back?
28 Maloba oyo eyaki na mobu oyo mokonzi Akazi akufaki:
In the year that King Ahaz died, this burden was received:
29 « Bino bato nyonso ya Filisitia, bosepela te ete fimbu oyo ezalaki kobeta bino esili kobukana, pamba te etupa ebimaka na libumu ya nyoka, mpe dalagona oyo epumbwaka ebimaka na libumu ya nyoka mabe.
Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken. For a viper will spring from the root of the snake, and a flying serpent from its egg.
30 Ye oyo aleki mobola nde akozwa eloko ya kolia, mpe moto oyo akelela nde akolala na kimia; kasi nakoboma bato na yo na nzala; mpe bato oyo bakobika, bakoboma bango.
Then the firstborn of the poor will find pasture, and the needy will lie down in safety, but I will kill your root by famine, and your remnant will be slain.
31 Oh ekuke, lela makasi! Engumba, ganga makasi! Mokili mobimba ya Filisitia esili kozinda! Milinga makasi ezali kobima na ngambo ya nor, mpe moto moko te atikali na libanda ya molongo.
Wail, O gate! Cry out, O city! Melt away, all you Philistines! For a cloud of smoke comes from the north, and there are no stragglers in its ranks.
32 Eyano nini tokopesa penza epai ya bamemi sango ya ekolo oyo? Ezali ete Yawe asili kolendisa Siona mpo ete babola kati na bato na Ye basili kozwa ebombamelo ya malonga. »
What answer will be given to the envoys of that nation? “The LORD has founded Zion, where His afflicted people will find refuge.”
