< Ba-Ebre 3 >
1 Yango wana, bandeko basantu, bino oyo Nzambe abenga mpo na kozwa bomengo ya Likolo, botalela kaka Yesu oyo biso tozali kondima lokola Ntoma mpe Mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe.
Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession: Jesus,
2 Solo, azali sembo na miso ya Nzambe oyo aponaki Ye, ndenge Moyize azalaki sembo kati na Ndako mobimba ya Nzambe.
who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also Moses was in all his house.
3 Yesu amonanaki ete akoki mpo na kozwa lokumu monene koleka Moyize; ndenge moko mpe motongi ndako azali na lokumu monene koleka ndako yango moko.
For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, because he who built the house has more honor than the house.
4 Pamba te, ezali na ndako moko te oyo ezangi motongi; nzokande Nzambe azali motongi ya biloko nyonso.
For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.
5 Moyize azalaki sembo lokola mosali kati na Ndako mobimba ya Nzambe, mpo na kotatola na tina na makambo oyo Nzambe akoloba na mikolo oyo ezalaki kolanda.
Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken,
6 Kasi Klisto azali sembo lokola Mwana, Mokonzi ya Ndako ya Nzambe. Mpe biso, tozali Ndako na Ye, soki kaka tozali kobatela makasi kino na suka, kondima mpe lokumu oyo elikya epesaka biso.
but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house. We are his house, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.
7 Yango wana, kolanda ndenge Molimo Mosantu alobi: « Lelo, soki boyoki mongongo na Ye,
Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if you will hear his voice,
8 boyeisa mitema na bino mabanga te, ndenge bosalaki tango botombokelaki Nzambe, na mokolo ya komekama kati na esobe
don’t harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of the trial in the wilderness,
9 epai wapi batata na bino bamekaki ngai mpe balukaki kotala mozindo ya motema na ngai atako bamonaki misala na ngai
where your fathers tested me and tried me, and saw my deeds for forty years.
10 mibu tuku minei. Yango wana, natombokelaki bato ya ekeke wana mpe nalobaki: ‹ Mitema na bango ezali kobeba tango nyonso, mpe bayebaki banzela na ngai te. ›
Therefore I was displeased with that generation, and said, ‘They always err in their heart, but they didn’t know my ways.’
11 Boye, kati na kanda na ngai, nakataki seleka: ‹ Bakotikala kokota te kati na bopemi na ngai! › »
As I swore in my wrath, ‘They will not enter into my rest.’”
12 Bandeko na ngai, bosala keba ete moto moko te kati na bino azala na motema mabe mpe azanga kondima kino kokabwana na Nzambe na bomoi;
Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there might be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God;
13 kasi bolendisanaka bino na bino mokolo na mokolo, na tango nyonso oyo bakoki nanu koloba « lelo, » mpo ete moko te kati na bino akosama na masumu mpe akoma motema libanga.
but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called “today”, lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
14 Pamba te tozali solo lisanga na Klisto soki tosimbi makasi, kino na suka, elikya oyo tozwaki wuta na ebandeli,
For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end,
15 kolanda ndenge elobama: « Lelo, soki boyoki mongongo na Ye, boyeisa mitema na bino mabanga te, ndenge bosalaki tango botombokelaki Nzambe. »
while it is said, “Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion.”
16 Banani bayokaki mongongo ya Nzambe mpe batombokelaki Ye? Ezali te bato nyonso oyo Moyize abimisaki na Ejipito?
For who, when they heard, rebelled? Wasn’t it all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses?
17 Asilikelaki banani mibu tuku minei? Ezali te bato oyo basalaki masumu, oyo bibembe na bango ekweyaki kati na esobe?
With whom was he displeased forty years? Wasn’t it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
18 Epai ya banani Nzambe akataki seleka ete bakokota te kati na bopemi na Ye? Ezali te epai ya bato oyo baboyaki kotosa Ye?
To whom did he swear that they wouldn’t enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient?
19 Boye, tomoni ete balongaki te kokota mpo ete bazangaki kondima.
We see that they weren’t able to enter in because of unbelief.
