< Bagalatia 5 >

1 Ezali mpo ete tozala bansomi nde Klisto akangolaki biso.
Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Messiah has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
Listen, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Messiah will profit you nothing.
3 Nazali koyebisa lisusu na moto nyonso oyo akatisi ye moko ngenga ete asengeli kotosa makambo nyonso oyo Mobeko etindaka.
Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
You are alienated from Messiah, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
For we, through the Spirit, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.
For in Messiah Jesus neither circumcision amounts to anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.
7 Bozalaki kopota mbangu malamu! Bongo nani apengwisi bino mpo ete botika kotosa bosolo?
You were running well. Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth?
8 Likanisi ya boye ewuti te epai ya Ye oyo abengaki bino.
This persuasion is not from him who calls you.
9 Mwa levire moke evimbisaka potopoto nyonso ya mapa.
A little yeast grows through the whole lump.
I have confidence toward you in the Lord that you will think no other way. But he who troubles you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.
But I, brothers, if I still preach circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling block of the cross has been removed.
12 Boye tika ete bato oyo bazali kotia mobulu kati na bino bamilongola ata banzoto ya mibali!
I wish that those who disturb you would cut themselves off.
For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.
For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You are to love your neighbor as yourself."
But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you do not consume one another.
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.
17 Pamba te baposa ya bomoto ebundisaka baposa ya Molimo, mpe baposa ya Molimo ebundisaka baposa ya bomoto. Nyonso mibale ebundisanaka mpo ete bolonga te kosala makambo oyo bolingi kosala.
For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 Tala misala ya bomoto: kindumba, misala ya bosoto, pite,
Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,
20 kosambela bikeko, kindoki, koyinana, koswana, zuwa, kanda, bombanda, bokabwani, koboyana,
idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies,
envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
22 Kasi mbuma ya Molimo ezali: bolingo, esengo, kimia, kokanga motema, bondeko, kosala bolamu, kondima,
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 boboto mpe komikanga. Mibeko epekisaka te makambo ya lolenge oyo.
gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
24 Bato oyo bazali kati na Yesu-Klisto babaka na ekulusu bomoto na bango elongo na baposa mpe bilulela na yango.
Those who belong to Messiah have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.
26 Tozala bato ya lolendo te, totumbolana te mpe toyokelana zuwa te.
Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
