1 Moto yango amemaki ngai kino na lopango ya libanda, na nzela oyo ekenda kino na ngambo ya nor; bongo amemaki ngai na ndako oyo ezalaki na bashambre ya Banganga-Nzambe, oyo na ngambo ya sude, etalana na Tempelo; mpe na ngambo ya nor, etalana na mir.
Then he brought me forth into the outer court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the room that was over against the separate place, and which was over against the building toward the north.
2 Ndako yango ezalaki na bametele pene tuku mitano na molayi mpe tuku mibale na mitano na mokuse, mpe ekuke na yango ezalaki na ngambo ya nor.
The length of the front at the north entrance was one hundred seventy-two feet three inches, and the breadth was eighty-six feet two inches.
3 Ezalaki na ndako moko ya etaje etalana na ndako ya ba-etaje misato oyo ezalaki na kati-kati ya lopango ya kati mpe lopango ya libanda; molayi oyo ekabolaki ndako ya ba-etaje misato na mir ya Tempelo ezalaki na bametele pene zomi.
Facing the inner court of thirty-four feet five inches, and facing the pavement which belonged to the outer court, was gallery facing gallery in three stories.
4 Nzela moko ya bametele pene mitano na mokuse mpe bametele pene tuku mitano na molayi ezalaki liboso ya bashambre yango. Bongo, bikuke na yango ezalaki na ngambo ya nor.
Before the rooms was a walk of seventeen feet three inches breadth inward, a way of one hundred seventy-two feet three inches; and their doors were toward the north.
5 Bashambre ya etaje ya likolo ezalaki mike koleka bashambre ya etaje ya kati-kati mpe ya se, pamba te baveranda na yango ezalaki kozwa esika mingi koleka etaje ya kati-kati mpe ya se.
Now the upper rooms were shorter; for the galleries took away from these, more than from the lower and the middle, in the building.
6 Bashambre ya etaje ya misato ezalaki na makonzi te ndenge ezalaki na lopango ya libanda. Boye, ezalaki mike koleka bashambre ya etaje ya kati-kati mpe oyo ya se.
For they were in three stories, and they didn't have pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the uppermost was straitened more than the lowest and the middle from the ground.
7 Mir ya libanda ezalaki etalana na bashambre, mpe lopango ya libanda ezalaki liboso ya ndako ya bashambre: ezalaki na bametele pene tuku mibale na mitano.
The wall that was outside by the side of the rooms, toward the outer court before the rooms, its length was eighty-six feet two inches.
8 Bashambre oyo ezalaki pene ya lopango ya libanda ezalaki na bametele pene tuku mibale na mitano na molayi, mpe bashambre oyo ezalaki pene ya Tempelo ezalaki bametele pene tuku mitano na molayi.
For the length of the rooms that were in the outer court was eighty-six feet two inches: and look, before the temple were one hundred seventy-two feet three inches.
9 Na se ya bashambre, ezalaki na ekotelo moko na ngambo ya este soki okoteli wuta na lopango ya libanda.
From under these rooms was the entry on the east side, as one goes into them from the outer court.
10 Bashambre yango ezalaki na ngambo ya sude, na molayi ya mir ya lopango ya libanda oyo ekenda kino na lopango ya Tempelo oyo etalana na mir ya libanda.
In the thickness of the wall of the court toward the south, before the separate place, and before the building, there were rooms.
11 Mwa nzela moko ezalaki liboso na yango. Bashambre yango ezalaki ndenge moko na bashambre ya nor, na mokuse mpe na molayi; mpe bikuke na yango ezalaki ndenge moko na monene. Bikuke ya bashambre oyo ezalaki na ngambo ya nor
The way before them was like the appearance of the way of the rooms which were toward the north; according to their length so was their breadth: and all their exits were both according to their fashions, and according to their doors.
12 ezalaki ndenge moko na bikuke ya bashambre ya ngambo ya sude. Ezalaki na ekuke moko na ebandeli ya mwa nzela oyo etalana na mir oyo ebatelaka, oyo ezali na ngambo ya este epai wapi bazalaki kokotela na bashambre.
According to the doors of the rooms that were toward the south was a door at the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one enters into them.
13 Bongo moto yango alobaki na ngai: « Bashambre oyo ezali na ngambo ya nor mpe ya sude, oyo etalana na lopango ya Tempelo ezali bashambre ya Banganga-Nzambe; ezali kuna nde Banganga-Nzambe oyo bapusanaka liboso ya Yawe bakobanda kolia biloko oyo eleki bule. Ezali kuna nde bakobanda komema biloko oyo eleki bule: makabo ya bambuma, bambeka ya masumu mpe bambeka ya kozongisa boyokani, pamba te esika yango ezali bule.
Then he said to me, "The north rooms and the south rooms, which are before the separate place, they are the holy rooms, where the cohanim who are near to Jehovah shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meal offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.
14 Soki bakoti kuna, Banganga-Nzambe bakoki kobima te na biteni ya bule ya Tempelo mpo na kokende na lopango ya libanda, kasi basengeli kotika bilamba oyo bazalaki kosalela mosala ya bonganga-Nzambe kuna, pamba te bilamba yango ezali bule; bakolata bilamba mosusu liboso ya kopusana na bisika oyo ebongisami mpo na bato. »
When the cohanim enter in, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the outer court, but there they shall lay their garments in which they minister; for they are holy: and they shall put on other garments, and shall approach to that which pertains to the people."
15 Tango asilisaki komeka molayi ya kati ya Tempelo, amemaki ngai na libanda, na nzela ya ekuke ya este, mpe amekaki molayi ya lopango zingazinga ya Tempelo.
Now when he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought me forth by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east, and measured it all around.
16 Amekaki molayi ya ngambo ya este na libaya oyo bamekelaka molayi: ezalaki na bametele pene nkama mibale na tuku mitano.
He measured on the east side with the measuring reed eight hundred sixty-one feet three inches, with the measuring reed all around.
17 Amekaki molayi ya ngambo ya nor na libaya oyo bamekelaka molayi: ezalaki bametele pene nkama mibale na tuku mitano.
The ledge shall be twenty-four feet one inch long by twenty-four feet one inch broad in the four sides of it; and the border about it shall be ten and a half inches; and its bottom shall be twenty-one inches around; and its steps shall look toward the east."
18 Amekaki molayi ya ngambo ya sude na libaya oyo bamekelaka molayi: ezalaki bametele pene nkama mibale na tuku mitano.
He measured on the south side eight hundred sixty-one feet three inches with the measuring reed.
19 Amekaki molayi ya ngambo ya weste na libaya oyo bamekelaka molayi: ezalaki na bametele pene nkama mibale na tuku mitano.
He turned about to the west side, and measured eight hundred sixty-one feet three inches with the measuring reed.
20 Amekaki bangambo nyonso minei. Ezalaki na mir moko zingazinga na yango, oyo ezalaki na bametele pene nkama mibale na tuku mitano na molayi mpe nkama mibale na tuku mitano na mokuse; mir yango ezalaki kokabola eteni ya bule ya Tempelo mpe eteni ya Tempelo oyo ezali bule te.
He measured it on the four sides: it had a wall around it, the length eight hundred sixty-one feet three inches, and the breadth eight hundred sixty-one feet three inches, to make a separation between that which was holy and that which was common.
