1 Yawe alobaki na ngai:
A message from the Lord came to me, saying,
2 « Mwana na moto, loba na mokambi ya Tiri: ‹ Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Na lolendo ya motema na yo, olobaki: ‘Nazali nzambe, navandaka na kiti ya bokonzi ya nzambe na kati-kati ya bibale minene.’ Nzokande, ozali na yo kaka moto, ozali na yo nzambe te atako okanisi ete ozali na bwanya lokola nzambe.
“Son of man, tell the ruler of Tyre this is what the Lord God says: You are so proud of yourself, saying, ‘I'm a god! I sit on my throne like a god in the middle of the sea.’ But you're only a man. You're not a god, even though you think you are one.
3 Boni, okanisi ete ozali na bwanya koleka Daniele? Okanisi ete oyebi mabombami nyonso?
You even think you're wiser than Daniel and there's no secret that's hidden from you!
4 Na bwanya mpe na mayele na yo, okomi na bozwi mpe otondisi wolo mpe palata kati na bibombelo na yo.
Yes, you have used your wisdom and cleverness to make yourself rich, collecting plenty of gold and silver for your treasury.
5 Lokola ozalaki mayele makasi na mosala ya mombongo, oyeisi bomengo na yo ebele makasi; mpe mpo na bomengo na yo, motema na yo etondi na lolendo.
You became wealthy through your superb trading skills, but your wealth only made you proud.
6 Yango wana, tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Lokola ozali kokanisa ete ozali na bwanya lokola Nzambe,
So this is what the Lord God says: Because you think that you're a god,
7 nakotindela yo bato ya bikolo ya bapaya, bikolo oyo baleki kanza kati na bikolo, mpo ete babundisa yo: bakobimisela yo mipanga na bango mpo na kosambwisa mayele mpe bwanya na yo, bongo bakosambwisa lokumu na yo.
watch as I bring foreigners to attack you. They are more cruel than any other nation. They will use their swords to destroy you and your wonderful wisdom; they will humble your proud glory.
8 Bakokitisa yo kino na libulu, mpe okokufa kufa ya somo kati na bibale minene.
They will drag you down into the grave. You will die horribly out there in the sea.
9 Okokoka lisusu koloba liboso ya bato oyo bazali koboma yo: ‘Ngai nazali nzambe?’ Ozali na yo kaka moto; ozali nzambe te, kati na maboko ya bato oyo bazali koboma yo.
Are you still going to claim, ‘I'm a god,’ to those who are killing you? You'll just be another human victim, not a god, in the eyes of your attackers.
10 Okokufa kufa ya bato oyo bakatama ngenga te, na maboko ya bato ya bikolo ya bapaya. Ngai nde nalobi, elobi Nkolo Yawe. › »
You will be killed like some vile person by these foreigners. I myself have spoken, declares the Lord God.”
11 Yawe alobaki na ngai:
Another message from the Lord came to me, saying,
12 « Mwana na moto, tinda nzembo ya mawa na tina na mokonzi ya Tiri! Loba na ye: ‹ Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Ozalaki ndakisa mpo na komona nyonso oyo ezali ya kokoka, otondaki na bwanya, mpe ozalaki kitoko koleka.
“Son of man, sing a funeral song for the king of Tyre and tell him this is what the Lord God says: Once you were complete and perfect, full of wisdom and flawless in beauty.
13 Ozalaki kati na Edeni, elanga ya Nzambe; mabanga ya talo ya lolenge nyonso ezalaki kokomisa yo kitoko: ribi, topaze, diama, emerode, krizolite, onikisi, jasipe, safiri; bambunda na yo ya mike mpe baflite na yo ezalaki ya wolo, babongisaki yango mpo na mokolo oyo bakela yo.
You were there in Eden, God's garden. You wore all kinds of precious stones: carnelian, topaz, and amethyst; beryl, onyx, and jasper; lapis lazuli, turquoise, and emerald. They were placed in gold mountings and settings using skilled craftsmanship, and were made on the day when you were created.
14 Napakolaki yo mafuta mpo ete ozala Sheribe oyo abatelaka, oyo mapapu na ye efungwama; pamba te Ngai nde natiaki yo na ngomba ya bule ya Nzambe; ozalaki wana, ozalaki kotambola na kati-kati ya mabanga oyo ezalaki kongenga lokola moto.
I gave you the position of guardian cherub, and I anointed you. You lived on God's holy mountain and you walked among the stones of fire.
15 Etamboli na yo ezalaki ata na pamela moko te wuta mokolo oyo okelama kino tango mabe emonanaki kati na yo.
You were innocent in everything you did from the day you were created until you were found to be doing evil.
16 Lokola omonaki ete mombongo na yo emati makasi, okomaki konyokola bato mpe kosala masumu; mpo na yango, nalongolaki yo na ngomba ya Nzambe mpe nabenganaki yo, sheribe oyo abatelaka, na molongo ya mabanga oyo ezalaki kongenga lokola moto.
You were so busy with all your trading schemes that they destroyed you inside, leading you to sin and filling you with violence. So I sent you away in disgrace from God's mountain, and I removed you from your position as guardian cherub from your place among the stones of fire.
17 Motema na yo etondaki na lolendo mpo na kitoko na yo; obebisaki bwanya na yo mpo na lokumu na yo. Yango wana, nabwaki yo na mabele mpe nakomisi yo eloko ya liseki na miso ya bakonzi.
You became proud because of your beauty, you ruined your wisdom because you thought you were so wonderful. So I threw you down to the ground and I made sure kings saw what happened to you.
18 Mpo na ebele ya masumu na yo mpe mombongo na yo, oyo osalaka na bosembo te, obebisi bosantu ya bisika na yo ya bule; mpe Ngai, nabimisi kati na yo moto mpo ete etumba yo; nakomisi yo putulu ya mabele na miso ya bato nyonso oyo bazali kotala yo.
By all your sins and your dishonest trading you have made your sanctuaries unclean. So I had fire come from inside you, and it burned you up. I turned you into ashes on the ground as everybody there watched.
19 Bato ya bikolo nyonso oyo bayebaki yo bakomi na mawa na tina na yo mpo ete okomi eloko ya koyoka somo: suka na yo ezali mabe, ozali lisusu te, okotikala lisusu kozala te! › »
All who know you among the nations are horrified at what happened to you. Disaster has brought you down and you're finished forever.”
20 Yawe alobaki na ngai:
A message from the Lord came to me, saying,
21 « Mwana na moto, talisa elongi na yo na ngambo ya Sidoni mpe sakola na tina na yango!
“Son of man, face towards Sidon and prophesy against her.
22 Loba: ‹ Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Oh Sidoni, natombokeli yo! Nakomonisa nkembo na Ngai kati na yo; boye, bakoyeba solo ete Ngai, nazali Yawe, tango nakopesa yango etumbu mpe nakomonisa bosantu na Ngai kati na yango.
Tell them this is what the Lord God says: Watch out, Sidon, for I'm condemning you, and I will be vindicated by what happens to you. People will know that I am the Lord when I punish her and show my holy character through her experience.
23 Nakotindela yango bokono oyo ebomaka, nakotangisa makila na babalabala na yango; mopanga ekolongwa na bangambo nyonso mpo na koboma bato na yango, mpe bato ebele bakokufa. Boye, bakoyeba solo ete Ngai, nazali Yawe.
I'm going to send a disease to plague her, and have people killed in her streets. Those who are killed will fall inside the city as the enemy attacks with swords from every side. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
24 Bato ya bikolo ya mayele mabe, oyo bazali lokola basende mpe banzube, bakozingela lisusu bana ya Isalaele te; boye, bakoyeba solo ete Ngai, nazali Nkolo Yawe.
The people of Israel will no longer have to put up with these people who are thorns in their side, painful brambles and sharp thorns who treat Israel with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord God.
25 Nkolo Yawe alobi: Tango nakosangisa bana ya Isalaele wuta na bikolo epai wapi napanzaki bango, nakomonisa bosantu na Ngai kati na bango na miso ya bikolo wana; boye, bakovanda na mokili na bango moko, mokili oyo napesaki epai ya Jakobi, mosali na Ngai.
This is what the Lord God says: When I bring back the people of Israel from the nations where they've been scattered. I will show my holy character through them as everyone watches. Then they will live in their own country, which I gave to my servant Jacob.
26 Bakovanda kuna na kimia, bakotonga bandako mpe bakosala bilanga ya vino; bakovanda kuna na kimia tango nakopesa etumbu na bikolo nyonso ya bapaya oyo bazingelaki bango mpe bazalaki kotiola bango. Bongo bakoyeba solo ete Ngai, nazali Yawe, Nzambe na bango. › »
They will live there in safety, building houses and planting vineyards. They will live there in safety when I punish all those around them who treat them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord their God.”
