1 Yawe alobaki na ngai:
And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
2 « Mwana na moto, lakisa Yelusalemi misala na ye ya mbindo!
Son of man Let Jerusalem know her abominations,
3 Yebisa ye boye: ‹ Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi epai ya Yelusalemi: Bokoko mpe mbotama na yo etalisaka ete ozali moto ya Kanana; tata na yo azalaki moto ya Amori, mpe mama na yo azalaki moto ya Iti.
Therefore shalt thou say— Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh To Jerusalem, Thine origin and thy birth, were of the land of the Canaanite, — Thy father was the Amorite And thy mother a Hittite
4 Na mokolo ya mbotama na yo, bakataki yo motolu te, basukolaki yo na mayi te mpo ete okoma peto, batikalaki kopakola yo mungwa te mpe bazipaki yo bilamba te.
And, as for thy birth, in the day thou wast born, Thy navel-cord was not cut, And, in water, wast thou not bathed to cleanse thee, — And, as for being salted, thou was not salted, And, as for being bandaged, thou wast not bandaged.
5 Moto moko te ayokelaki yo mawa mpo na kosalela yo ata moko kati na makambo wana. Nzokande, na mokolo ya mbotama na yo, bayinaki yo mpe babwakaki yo na zamba mpo ete bazalaki na somo makasi ya komona yo.
No eye, threw a shield over thee, by doing for thee one of these things taking pity on thee, - But thou wast cast out on the face of the field Because thy person, was abhorred, in the day thou wast born.
6 Boye, Ngai nalekelaki wana mpe namonaki ndenge nini ozalaki kobunda-bunda na kufa kati na makila. Bongo nalobaki na yo: ‘Okozala na bomoi atako ozali kobaluka na makila!’
And I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, thrusting about thee in thy blood, And said to thee— Despite thy blood, live! Yea I said to thee— Despite thy blood, live!
7 Nakolisaki yo lokola nzete ya elanga. Bongo tango okolaki penza mpe oyaki monene, okomaki kitoko makasi koleka; tolo na yo ebimisaki mabele, mpe bapwale na yo ekolaki. Kasi ozalaki na yo kaka bolumbu tango nyonso, ozalaki na bilamba te.
Into myriads—like the bud of the field, made I thee, And thou didst increase and become well grown, and didst attain to most excellent adornments, — Thy breasts were well-formed And thy hair was grown, But thou thyself wast utterly naked.
8 Sima na mikolo, tango nalekelaki lisusu wana mpe namonaki yo, nasosolaki ete okokisi mibu ya libala. Nakamataki elamba na Ngai mpe nazipaki bolumbu na yo; nalapaki ndayi ete nakosala boyokani ya libela elongo na yo, elobi Nkolo Yawe. Mpe na bongo, okomaki ya Ngai.
And I passed by thee and looked upon thee and lo! thy time was the time for endearments, So I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy shame, And took an oath to thee And entered into covenant with thee. Declareth My Lord. Yahweh. And thou didst become mine.
9 Nasukolaki yo na mayi mpo na kolongola makila oyo ekangamaki yo na nzoto, mpe napakolaki yo mafuta ya solo kitoko.
And I bathed thee in water, and rinsed thy blood from off thee, And anointed thee with oil;
10 Nalatisaki yo elamba ya talo batonga bililingi na basinga mpe basapato ya kitoko oyo basala na baposo ya banyama; nalatisaki yo bilamba ya lino ya kitoko mpe nazipaki yo bilamba ya talo.
And clothed thee with an embroidered dress, And sandalled thee in red leather, And wrapped thee about with fine linen, And put over thee a mantle of silk.
11 Nalatisaki yo babiju, mayaka na maboko mpe na kingo.
Then decked I thee with ornaments, And put bracelets upon thy hands, And a neckchain upon thy throat;
12 Nalatisaki yo lopete na zolo, biloko ya matoyi mpe motole ya kitoko na moto.
And put a nose-jewel upon thy nose, And earrings in thine ears, And a crown of adorning, upon thy head.
13 Boye, olataki biloko ya wolo mpe ya palata; bilamba na yo ezalaki ya lino ya kitoko, bilamba ya talo batonga bililingi na basinga. Bilei na yo ezalaki: farine ya ble basangisa na eloko mosusu te, mafuta ya nzoyi mpe mafuta ya olive. Okomaki lisusu kitoko koleka, ozwaki lokumu makasi mpe okomaki lokola mwasi mokonzi.
Thus wast thou adorned with gold and silver, And thy raiment was of fine linen and silk and embroidered work, Fine flour and honey and oil, didst thou eat, — And so thou becamest exceedingly beautiful, And didst attain unto royalty.
14 Mpo ete kitoko na yo ekomaki ya kokoka, sango na yo epanzanaki kati na bikolo, likolo ya lokumu oyo napesaki yo, elobi Nkolo Yawe.
Then went forth thy fame among the nations. for thy beauty, - For perfect, it was—in my splendour which I had put upon thee, Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.
15 Kasi okomaki kotia motema na kitoko na yo mpe kosalela lokumu na yo mpo na kosala kindumba. Olakisaki bolumbu na yo na moleki nzela nyonso mpe omipesaki na ye.
Then didst thou trust in thy beauty, And become unchaste, because of thy fame, - And didst pour out thine unchastity upon every passer-by, his it was!
16 Okamataki bilamba na yo mosusu, otongaki yango mpo na kobongisa bisambelo na yo ya likolo ya bangomba, epai wapi osalaki kindumba na yo. Likambo ya bongo etikala nanu kosalema te mpe ekotikala kosalema lisusu te!
Yea thou didst take of thy raiment and madest thee high places of hangings, And didst commit unchastity thereon, - Which ought not to have befallen And not to have come to pass.
17 Okamataki lisusu babiju ya kitoko oyo basala na wolo mpe na palata oyo napesaki yo, osalelaki yango bikeko ya mibali; mpe elongo na yango, omipesaki na kindumba.
But thou didst take thine adorning jewels Of my gold and of my silver which I had given thee, And didst make thee images of the male, — And didst act unchastely with them;
18 Okamataki bilamba na yo ya talo batonga bililingi na basinga, olatisaki yango bikeko wana mpe obonzelaki yango mafuta mpe ansa na Ngai.
And thou didst take thine embroidered raiment, and cover them, - And mine oil and mine incense, didst thou set before them;
19 Bilei oyo Ngai nabongiselaki yo: farine ya ble, mafuta ya nzoyi mpe mafuta ya olive, oyo napesaki yo mpo ete oliaka, obonzaki yango epai ya bikeko wana lokola mbeka ya solo kitoko. Yango nde makambo oyo osalaki, elobi Nkolo Yawe.
And my food which I had given thee, Fine flour and oil and honey wherewith I fed thee, And didst set it before them for a satisfying odour Yea so it was, — Saith My Lord Yahweh.
20 Okamataki lisusu bana basi mpe bana mibali oyo obotelaki Ngai, obonzaki bango lisusu lokola bilei epai ya banzambe wana ya bikeko mpo ete elia bango. Boni, kindumba na yo ekokaki kaka te?
And thou didst take thy sons and thy daughters, Whom thou hadst borne unto me, And didst sacrifice them unto them to be devoured, - Is this of thine unchastity. a light thing?
21 Esengelaki solo ete oboma bana na Ngai mpo na kobonza bango lokola makabo epai ya banzambe wana ya bikeko, na kolekisa bango na moto!
Yea thou didst slay my children, — And didst deliver them up. that they should be caused to pass through the fire unto them.
22 Mpe wana ozalaki kosala makambo na yo nyonso ya nkele mpe kindumba na yo, okanisaki ata moke te bolenge na yo: tango oyo ozalaki bolumbu mpe ozalaki kobunda-bunda kati na makila na yo.
And in all thine abominations, and thine unchaste ways, thou rememberedst not the days of thy youth, When thou wast utterly naked. When thou wast thrusting about thee in thy blood!
23 Mawa! Mawa penza mpo na yo, elobi Nkolo Yawe; sima na yo kosala mabe wana nyonso,
And it came to pass after all thy wickedness, Woe! Woe! to thee, Exclaimeth My Lord Yahweh;
24 omitongelaki mwa ndako mpo na kosala kindumba mpe obongisaki mpo na yo moko, bisika ya bule na bisika nyonso oyo bato bakutanaka;
That thou didst build thee a brothel, — and didst make thee a height in every broadway:
25 otongaki yango na bisika nyonso oyo babalabala ekutana, okomisaki kitoko na yo likambo ya nkele mpe omipesaki epai ya moleki nzela nyonso: osalaki penza kindumba makasi.
At the head of every road, didst thou build thy height, And bring thy beauty into disgust, And open thy feet to every passer-by, So didst thou make thine unchaste ways to abound.
26 Osalaki kindumba na bato ya Ejipito, baninga na yo, oyo bazali na banzoto ya bingambe; mpe osalaki kindumba makasi mpo na kopesa Ngai kanda.
Then didst thou extend thine unchaste acts unto the sons of Egypt—thy neighbour great of flesh, - And caused thine unchaste ways to abound provoking me to anger.
27 Natombokelaki yo, nabotolaki yo bilei oyo napesaki yo mpe nakabaki yo na maboko ya banguna na yo, bingumba ya bato ya Filisitia, oyo bazalaki mpe kosepela ata moke te na bizaleli na yo ya soni mpe ya mabe.
Lo! therefore, I have stretched out my hand against thee, And diminished thine allotted portion, — And have delivered thee up unto the desire of them who hate thee The daughters of the Philistines, who are ashamed of thy lewd way.
28 Lokola otondaka te, osalaki lisusu kindumba na bato ya Asiri; mpe, ata sima na yango, otondaki mpe kaka te.
Thou didst also extend thine unchastity unto the sons of Assyria, because thou wast insatiable. Yet though thou didst behave unchastely with them, yet even so couldst thou not be satisfied,
29 Ezala kati na Kanana, pembeni ya Babiloni, okobaki kaka kosala kindumba; kasi atako bongo, otondaki kaka te.
Thou didst therefore cause thine unchaste ways to abound unto the land of Canaan as towards Chaldea. Yet even herewith, wast thou not satisfied.
30 Yango motema ya pete ya ndenge nini penza yo ozali na yango, elobi Nkolo Yawe, mpo ete osala makambo oyo nyonso, lokola mwasi ya ndumba oyo akenda sango na mosala na ye ya kindumba!
How weak was thy heart! Exclaimeth My Lord Yahweh, — That thou couldst have done all these things, The doing of a lewd woman without shame:
31 Tango ozalaki kotonga mwa bandako ya kindumba na bisika nyonso oyo babalabala ekutana mpe kobongisa bisika ya bule na bisika nyonso oyo bato bakutanaka, ozalaki kosala lokola mwasi ya ndumba nyonso te, pamba te ozalaki kosenga lifuti te.
That thou couldst have built thy brothel at the head of every road, And thy height, couldst have made in every broadway, - Yet becamest not as a harlot to lay claim to a harlot’s hire.
32 Yo ozali penza mwasi ya ekobo; osepelaka kosangisa nzoto na bapaya, kasi na mobali na yo te.
A wife who committeth adultery, instead of her husband accepteth strangers.
33 Basi nyonso oyo basalaka kindumba basengaka lifuti; kasi epai na yo, ezali yo nde opesaka bakado epai ya bamakangu na yo nyonso: na bongo, osombaka mitema na bango mpo ete bawuta bipai na bipai mpe baya kosala ekobo na yo.
To all harlots, they give a present, — But, thou, didst give thy presents to all thy lovers, And didst bribe them to come in unto thee from every side, in thine unchastity!
34 Yo, okeseni penza na basi mosusu na kindumba na yo, pamba te mibali balukaka yo te! Yo penza, okeseni na basi mosusu ya ndumba, pamba te ofutaka mibali na esika ete bango bafuta yo.
And so there came about in thee, the reverse of women, in thine unchastity, In that they did not follow thee for purposes of lewdness, — And in that thou gavest a present while, no present, was given to thee So didst thou become, the reverse.
35 Yango wana, yo mwasi ya ndumba, yoka Liloba na Yawe!
Therefore O harlot, hear thou the word of Yahweh;
36 Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Lokola osakanelaki bomengo na yo mpe otandaki bolumbu na yo kati na kindumba na bamakangu na yo mpe na banzambe na yo nyonso ya bikeko, makambo na yo nyonso ya mbindo; mpe lokola obonzelaki banzambe wana ya bikeko makila ya bana na yo ya mibali,
Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, — Because thy money, was poured out, and thy shame, was uncovered, in thine unchastity, unto thy lovers, —and unto all thine abominable manufactured gods, even as the blood of thy children, whom thou didst deliver up unto them,
37 nazali kosangisa bamakangu na yo nyonso oyo ozalaki kosepela elongo na bango, ba-oyo nyonso ozalaki kolinga mpe ba-oyo nyonso ozalaki koyina; nakosangisa bango wuta na bangambo nyonso mpo ete batombokela yo, mpe nakotanda yo liboso na bango mpo ete bamona bolumbu na yo nyonso.
Therefore behold me! gathering together all thy lovers unto whom thou didst make thyself pleasant, Even all whom thou lovedst, With all whom thou hatedst, — Yea I will gather them together unto thee from every side And will uncover thy shame unto them, And they shall see all thy shame.
38 Nakopesa yo etumbu oyo ebongi na basi ya ndumba mpe na ba-oyo basopaka makila. Okofuta yango na motuya ya makila na yo, mpo na kanda mpe zuwa ya bolingo na Ngai oyo osambwisi.
So will I judge thee. with the judgments meted out to adulteresses and shedders of blood, - And will repay thee with the blood of indignation and jealousy;
39 Nakokaba yo na maboko ya bamakangu na yo, bakobuka mwa bandako na yo ya kindumba mpe bisika na yo ya bule; bakolongola yo na makasi bilamba mpe babiju ya kitoko mpe bakotika yo bolumbu.
And will deliver thee into their hand. And they shall pull down thy brothel And break in pieces thy heights, And strip thee of thy raiment, And take away thine adorning jewels, - And leave thee utterly naked.
40 Nakotindela yo bato ebele mpo ete babamba yo mabanga mpe batobola yo na mipanga na bango.
Then will they bring up against thee a gathered host, And they will stone thee with stones, - And cut thee to pieces with their swords;
41 Bakotumba bandako na yo mpe bakopesa yo etumbu na miso ya basi ebele. Nakosukisa kindumba na yo, mpe okofuta lisusu bamakangu na yo te.
And burn up thy houses with fire, And execute upon thee judgments before the eyes of many women, —So will I cause thee to cease from acting unchastely, Moreover also a present, shalt thou not give any more.
42 Na bongo nde kanda na Ngai epai na yo mpe zuwa ya bolingo na Ngai oyo osambwisaki ekosila; nakovanda kimia mpe nakosilika lisusu te.
So will I let mine indignation find rest in thee, And my jealousy shall depart from thee, —And I will be quiet, and not be provoked any more.
43 Lokola obosanaki mikolo ya bolenge na yo mpe opelisaki kanda na Ngai na nzela ya makambo nyonso ya boye, Ngai mpe nakofuta yo kolanda ndenge etamboli na yo ezali, elobi Nkolo Yawe; boye, okobakisa lisusu makambo mabe te na likolo ya makambo na yo ya mbindo.
Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, But hast enraged me with all these things Therefore also behold! I thy way, upon thine own head, will place Declareth My Lord Yahweh, And thou shalt not commit a crime above all thine abominations
44 Moto nyonso oyo alobaka na masese akoloba lisese oyo na tina na yo: ‘Mwana mwasi azalaka kaka ndenge mama na ye azali.’
Lo! every one who useth proverbs, against thee, shall use a proverb saying, — Like the mother, so her daughter!
45 Ozali solo mwana mwasi ya mama na yo, oyo asambwisaki mobali na ye mpe bana na ye ya mibali; ozali solo ndeko mwasi ya bandeko na yo ya basi oyo batiolaki mibali mpe bana na bango. Mama na bino azalaki moto ya mokili ya Iti, mpe tata na yo azalaki moto ya Amori.
The daughter of thy mother, thou art! One abhorring her own husband and her own children, — Yea the sister of thy sisters, thou art Who abhorred their own husbands and their own children, Your mother was a Hittite, And your father an Amorite.
46 Kulutu na yo ya mwasi, ezali Samari oyo avandi na ngambo ya nor ya mokili na yo elongo na bana na ye ya basi; leki na yo ya mwasi ezali Sodome oyo avandi na ngambo ya sude ya mokili na yo elongo na bana na ye ya basi.
And thine elder sister, was Samaria, she and her daughters, dwelling on thy left hand, — And thy sister younger than thou dwelling on thy right hand was Sodom and her daughters.
47 Otambolaki kaka te na banzela na bango mpe olandaki kaka te bizaleli na bango ya mbindo, kasi okomaki mabe koleka bango, na etamboli na yo nyonso.
Yet not in their ways, didst thou walk, nor according to their abominations, didst thou do, — As though that were quite too little, thou didst corrupt thyself beyond them in all thy ways.
48 Na Kombo na Ngai, elobi Nkolo Yawe, Sodome, ndeko na yo ya mwasi, elongo na bana na ye ya basi batikala nanu kosala te makambo oyo yo elongo na bana na yo ya basi bosali.
As I live, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, Very! Sodom thy sister had not done, neither she nor her daughters, —as thou and thy daughters have done.
49 Tala sik’oyo masumu ya Sodome, ndeko na yo ya mwasi: ye elongo na bana na ye ya basi bazalaki bato ya lolendo, mpo ete batondaki na bomengo mpe eloko moko te ezalaki kotungisa bango; basungaki ata moke te babola mpe bato bakelela.
Lo! this became the iniquity of Sodom thy sister, — Pride, fulness of bread, and careless security came to her and to her daughters, And the hand of the oppressed and the needy, she strengthened not.
50 Bakomaki bato ya lofundu makasi mpe bakomaki kosala makambo ya mbindo na miso na Ngai. Yango wana, nalimwisi bango ndenge ozali komona.
So then they became haughty, and committed abomination before me, - And I took them away. when I saw [it],
51 Samari asalaki te ata kati-kati ya masumu oyo yo osalaki. Osalaki makambo ya mbindo koleka bango; mpe na nzela ya makambo na yo nyonso ya mbindo, osalaki ete bandeko na yo ya basi bamonana lokola bato ya sembo koleka.
Nor did, Samaria, commit, one-half thy sins, — But thou didst multiply thine abominations more than they, And didst cause thy sisters to appear righteous, by all the abominations which thou didst commit.
52 Sik’oyo, yo oyo ozalaki kosambisa bandeko na yo ya basi, lata soni na yo! Lokola masumu na yo ezalaki kutu mabe koleka oyo ya bango, yango wana bazalaki komonana lokola bato ya sembo koleka. Yoka sik’oyo soni mpo ete osili kosambwa, omonisi bandeko na yo ya basi lokola bato ya sembo koleka!
Thou also bear thine own reproach, which thou didst adjudge to thy sisters, by thy sins in which thou wast more abominable than they, thou didst make them appear more righteous than thou, — Thou also, therefore turn thou pale and bear thine own reproach, for making thy sisters appear righteous!
53 Yango wana, nakozongisa lisusu bolamu ya Sodome mpe ya Samari, elongo na bingumba na yango; mpe yo, nakozongisa bolamu na yo kati na yango
When therefore I bring back their captivity, The captivity of Sodom and her daughters, And the captivity of Samaria and her daughters Then will I bring back thy captivities in their midst:
54 mpo ete oyoka lisusu soni te mpe osambwa lisusu te likolo ya misala na yo mpe likolo ya makambo oyo ezalaki kobondisa bango.
That thou mayest bear thine own reproach, And take to thyself reproach because of all that thou didst in comforting them.
55 Sodome mpe Samari elongo na bingumba na yango ekozonga ndenge ezalaki liboso; mpe yo elongo na bingumba na yo, nakozongisa bino ndenge bozalaki liboso.
When thy sisters Sodom and her daughters shall return to their former estate, And Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former estate Then thou and thy daughters, shall return to your former estate.
56 Na mokolo ya lolendo na yo, ozalaki kutu kolobela mabe ya Sodome, ndeko na yo,
And Sodom thy sister was never heard in thy mouth, —In the day of thy pride:
57 liboso ete mabe na yo eyebana. Kasi sik’oyo, bingumba ya Siri elongo na bingumba nyonso oyo ezali zingazinga na yango mpe bingumba ya bato ya Filisitia ekomi koseka yo.
Before thy wickedness was discovered, As now, [thou art] the reproach of the daughters of Syria and all round about her the daughters of the Philistines, —who are despising thee on every side.
58 Okomi sik’oyo komema mikumba ya makambo na yo ya mbindo mpe ya misala na yo ya mabe, elobi Yawe.
As for thy crime and thine abominations, thou thyself, dost bear them, — Declareth Yahweh.
59 Tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: Nakosalela yo kolanda misala na yo, pamba te otiolaki ndayi na Ngai na nzela ya kobuka boyokani na Ngai elongo na yo.
For Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Therefore will I deal with thee just as thou hast dealt, - In that thou didst despise an oath by breaking a covenant.
60 Kasi Ngai, nakokanisa lisusu boyokani na Ngai, oyo nasalaki elongo na yo tango ozalaki nanu elenge, mpe nakosala lisusu mpo na yo, boyokani oyo ekozala na suka te.
Therefore will I remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, — And will establish for thee a covenant age-abiding.
61 Boye, okokanisa etamboli na yo mpe okoyoka soni tango okoyamba bandeko na yo ya basi, ezala ba-oyo bazali mikolo na yo to ba-oyo bazali baleki na yo; nakopesa yo bango lokola bana na yo ya basi, kasi ekozala te kolanda boyokani na Ngai elongo na yo.
Thou shalt therefore remember thy ways and take to thyself reproach, by receiving thy sisters. The older than thou, And the younger than thou, - And I will give them unto thee for daughters Though not by thine own covenant.
62 Ngai nakosala boyokani na Ngai elongo na yo; mpe na bongo, okososola solo ete Ngai, nazali Yawe,
But I myself, will establish my covenant with thee— And thou shalt know that I, am Yahweh:
63 mpo ete okanisa yango lisusu, oyokela yango soni mpe ofungola lisusu monoko na yo te mpo na soni, tango nakolimbisa masumu na yo mpo na mabe nyonso oyo osalaki, elobi Nkolo Yawe. › »
To the end thou mayest remember and turn pale, and there be to thee no more, an opening of mouth, because of thy reproach, - In that I have accepted a propitiatory covering for thee as to all that thou hast done, Declareth My Lord. Yahweh.
