Deteronomi 33
1 Tala lipamboli oyo Moyize, moto na Nzambe, asakolaki mpo na bana ya Isalaele liboso ete akufa.
The following is the blessing that Moses the man of God gave to the Israelites before he died.

Lord, please bless what they have, and accept their service for you. Destroy those who attack them; make sure their enemies never rise again.”

17 Na lokumu, azali lokola mwana liboso ya ngombe; maseke na ye ezali lokola ya mpakasa. Na nzela na yango nde ebetaka bikolo, ata bikolo oyo ezali na suka ya mokili. Tala ndenge nini bato ya Efrayimi bazali ebele penza, tala ndenge nini bato ya Manase bazali penza ebele! »
He is as majestic as a firstborn bull; his horns are like those of a wild ox. He will use them to gore the nations, driving them to the ends of the earth. The horns represent the ten thousands of Ephraim, and the thousands of Manasseh.”

23 Mpo na Nefitali alobaki: « Nefitali atondi na bolamu mpe na mapamboli na Yawe, akozwa libula ya weste mpe ya sude. »
To Naphtali he said: “Naphtali is really favored, full of the Lord's blessing. He shall take over the land to the west and south.”
24 Mpo na Aseri, alobaki: « Aseri azali mwana mobali oyo aleki na mapamboli. Tika ete bandeko na ye basalela ye mpe tika ete makolo na ye ezinda na mafuta.
To Asher he said: “May Asher be blessed more than all the other sons; may he be favored above his brothers and bathe his feet in olive oil.
25 Bikangelo ya bikuke na yo ekozala ya bibende mpe ya bronze. Mpe tika ete makasi na yo ewumela ndenge mikolo na yo ezali.
May the bolts of your gate be strong as iron and bronze, and may you be strong all your life.”
26 Moko te akokani na Nzambe ya Yeshuruni, Nzambe oyo atambolaka na likolo lokola mpunda mpo na kosunga yo, mpe na mapata, kati na nkembo na Ye.
There is no one like the God of Israel, who rides across the heavens to come to help you; who rides the clouds in majesty.
27 Nzambe ya tango nyonso azali ekimelo na yo, azali tango nyonso Mosungi awa na se. Ezali Ye nde abenganaka banguna na yo liboso na yo mpe apesaka yo mitindo ya koboma bango.
The eternal God is your home, and he holds you up with his everlasting arms. He drives out the enemy ahead of you, and gives the order, “Destroy him!”
28 Boye Isalaele akowumela na kimia, mpe etima ya Jakobi ezali kotiola kati na mokili ya ble mpe ya vino ya sika, epai wapi likolo ezali kokitisa mamwe.
As a result Israel lives in peace; Jacob has no trouble in a country of grain and new wine, where the heavens drip with dew.
29 Oh Isalaele, ozali solo libota ya esengo! Libota nini ekokani na yo, yo libota oyo Yawe abikisi? Ye azali nde nguba na yo mpe mosungi na yo ya nkembo. Banguna na yo bakokima liboso na yo, mpe okonyata bisika na bango, oyo eleki likolo. »
How blessed you are, Israel! Is there anyone like you, a people saved by the Lord? He is the shield that protects you, the sword that gives you confidence. Your enemies will tremble before you, and you shall tread them underfoot.
