Bakolose 2
1 Nalingi boyeba ete nazali kobunda etumba makasi mpo na bino, mpo na bandeko ya Laodise mpe mpo na bandeko nyonso oyo bamoni ngai nanu te.
For I would have you know what a great struggle I have for you, and for those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
2 Nazali kosala bongo mpo ete balendisama, bazala moko kati na bolingo, batonda na elikya oyo ewutaka na bososoli ya mabombami ya Nzambe, mpe batonda na boyebi ya mabombami yango; mabombami yango ezali Klisto.
that their hearts may be encouraged, they being knit together in love, and that they may attain to all the riches of a full assurance of the understanding, to the full knowledge of the mystery of God;
3 Ezali kati Klisto nde bomengo nyonso ya bwanya mpe ya boyebi ya Nzambe ebombami.
in which are stored up all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4 Nalobi na bino bongo mpo ete moko te akosa bino na nzela ya maloba ya lokuta.
And this I say, that no one may impose on you by specious discourses.
5 Pamba te, atako na nzoto, nazali mosika na bino, kasi na molimo, nazali elongo na bino; mpe nazali kosepela komona ete bozali kotambola na botosi mpe bozali kobatela kondima na bino kati na Klisto.
For though I am absent in the flesh, yet in the spirit I am with you, rejoicing and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
6 Yango wana, lokola bosilaki koyamba Yesu-Klisto lokola Nkolo, botambolaka lokola bato oyo bazali moko na Ye:
As therefore ye have received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him,
7 bomilendisaka mpe botongaka bomoi na bino kati na Ye, bokangamaka na kondima ndenge bateyaki bino, mpe bozongisaka matondi epai ya Nzambe.
rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8 Bosalaka keba ete moko te akanga bino na motambo ya mayele ya lokuta mpe ezanga tina, kolanda bokoko ya bato mpe etamboli ya mokili oyo, pamba te ewutaka na Klisto te.
Beware lest there be some one who shall make a prey of you through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the rudiments of the world, and not according to Christ.
9 Ezali kati na Klisto, kati na nzoto na Ye, nde mobimba ya nyonso oyo ezali kati na Nzambe evandi.
For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily,
10 Ezali mpe kati na Ye nde bino botondisamaki, pamba te azali Mokonzi ya milimo nyonso mpe ya nguya nyonso.
and ye are made full in him, who is the head of all principality and power;
11 Ezali lisusu kati na Ye nde bakataki bino ngenga, na nzela ya maboko ya bato te kasi na lolenge ya Klisto: balongolaki kati na bino nzoto ya bomoto mpe ya masumu,
in whom also ye have been circumcised with a circumcision not performed by hand, in putting off the body of the flesh in the circumcision of Christ,
12 bakundaki bino elongo na Klisto na nzela ya libatisi; mpe, kati na Ye, bosekwaki elongo na Ye na nzela ya kondima kati na nguya ya Nzambe oyo asekwisaki Ye kati na bakufi.
having been buried with him in your baptism; in which also ye were raised to life with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead;
13 Bino oyo bozalaki bakufi kati na masumu na bino mpe kati na bozangi kokatisa ngenga ya nzoto na bino, Nzambe akomisaki bino bato ya bomoi elongo na Klisto. Alimbisaki masumu na biso nyonso,
and to you also who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he given life together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses;
14 apasolaki mokanda oyo mibeko na yango ekatelaki biso etumbu, asilisaki bokonzi ya mibeko yango, wana abakaki yango na ekulusu.
blotting out the handwriting in ordinances that was against us, which was opposed to us, he hath taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross;
15 Asilisaki makasi ya milimo mabe mpe ya nguya ya bakonzi ya molili, asambwisaki yango na miso ya bato nyonso mpe atambolisaki yango lokola bakangami ya etumba tango alongaki yango na ekulusu.
and having disarmed principalities and powers, he made a public show of them, and led them captive in triumph in him.
16 Yango wana, bopesaka na moto moko te nzela ya kosambisa bino na tina na biloko ya kolia to ya komela to mpe na tina na mokolo ya feti lokola feti ya ebandeli ya sanza to ya Saba.
Let no one then call you to account about food or drink, or a feast-day, or a new moon, or sabbaths;
17 Nyonso wana ezalaki kaka elilingi ya makambo oyo esengelaki koya, kasi bosolo na yango ezali penza kati na Klisto.
which are a shadow of the things to come, but the body is Christ's.
18 Botelemelaka bato oyo bamisepelisaka na komikitisa ya lokuta to na kosambela ba-anjelu, bopesaka bango nzela te ya kozangisa bino elonga. Bamipesaka na bimoniseli ya makanisi na bango, batondi na lolendo ezanga tina,
Let no one defraud you of the prize, desiring to do it in humiliation and worshipping of the angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, puffed up without reason by the mind of his own flesh,
19 baboyaka kokangama na Klisto oyo azali Mokonzi, Moto. Ezali Klisto nde asalaka ete nzoto mobimba ekola malamu kolanda mokano ya Nzambe mpe ekangana na nzela ya misisa mpe misuni.
and not holding fast the Head, from which the whole body, supported and compacted by means of the joints and ligaments, groweth with an increase wrought by God.
20 Bokufaki elongo na Klisto mpe bokangolamaki longwa na bowumbu ya milimo mabe ya mokili oyo. Boye mpo na nini, lokola nde bozali nanu bato ya mokili oyo, bozali lisusu kondima mibeko na yango lokola:
If ye died with Christ to the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, do ye subject yourselves to ordinances, such as,
21 « kozwa te, komeka elengi te, kosimba te? »
Handle not, Taste not, Touch not,
22 Boni, biloko oyo nyonso ebongisami te mpo na kobebisama sima na kosalela yango? Tala, ezali na yango kaka mibeko mpe malakisi ya bomoto!
(which all are to perish with the using, ) after the commandments and teachings of men;
23 Solo, mibeko ya bongo emonanaka lokola nde etondi na bwanya, pamba te esengaka na bato ete basambelaka ndenge balingi, bamilakisaka lokola bato ya komikitisa mpe bamipesaka pasi na nzoto; nzokande ezali na tina moko te, soki kaka te kokokisa baposa ya nzoto.
which things have indeed a show of wisdom in will-worship and humiliation and severity to the body, not in any honor for the satisfying of the flesh.
