< Misala ya Bantoma 21 >
1 Sima na biso kokabwana na bango, tokotaki na masuwa mpe tokendeki kino na esanga ya Kosi; bongo mokolo oyo elandaki, tokendeki na Roda mpe, longwa wana, tokomaki na Patara.
And after these things had happened, having reluctantly parted from them, we sailed a direct course, arriving at Cos, and on following the day at Rhodes, and from there to Patara.
2 Kuna, tomonaki masuwa moko oyo ezalaki kokende na Fenisi; tomataki kati na yango mpe tokendeki.
And when we had found a ship sailing across to Phoenicia, climbing aboard, we set sail.
3 Tango tomonaki esanga ya Shipre, totikaki yango na ngambo ya loboko ya mwasi mpe tokobaki mobembo na biso na mopanzi ya Siri. Totelemaki na Tiri epai wapi masuwa esengelaki kokitisa biloko oyo ememaki.
Then, after we had caught sight of Cyprus, keeping it to the left, we sailed on to Syria, and we arrived at Tyre. For the ship was going to unload its cargo there.
4 Lokola tokutaki bayekoli kuna, tovandaki elongo na bango mikolo sambo. Nzokande Molimo asololaki na Bayekoli, mpe balobaki na Polo ete akende na Yelusalemi te.
Then, having found the disciples, we lodged there for seven days. And they were saying to Paul, through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.
5 Atako bongo, tango mikolo na biso ekokaki, tolongwaki wana mpe tokobaki mobembo na biso. Bayekoli nyonso elongo na basi na bango mpe bana na bango bakendeki kotika biso kino na libanda ya engumba. Tango tokomaki na libongo, tofukamaki mpo na kosambela.
And when the days were completed, setting out, we went on; and they all accompanied us with their wives and children, until we were outside of the city. And we kneeled down at the shore and prayed.
6 Sima na kopesana mbote ya suka, tomataki na masuwa, mpe bango bazongaki na bandako na bango.
And when we had said farewell to one another, we climbed aboard the ship. And they returned to their own.
7 Tosukisaki mobembo na biso ya mayi, kolongwa na Tiri kino na Pitolemayisi epai wapi topesaki bandeko mbote mpe tovandaki elongo na bango mokolo moko.
Yet truly, having completed our journey by boat from Tyre, we descended to Ptolemais. And greeting the brothers, we lodged with them for one day.
8 Mokolo oyo elandaki, tokendeki na Sezarea mpe tovandaki na ndako ya Filipo, mopanzi Sango Malamu. Azalaki moko kati na bato sambo oyo Lingomba eponaki.
Then, after setting out the next day, we arrived at Caesarea. And upon entering into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, we stayed with him.
9 Azalaki na bana basi minei oyo bayebaki nanu nzoto ya mibali te, mpe bazalaki na likabo ya kosakola.
Now this man had four daughters, virgins, who were prophesying.
10 Lokola tovandaki wana mikolo ebele, mosakoli moko, kombo na ye ezalaki Agabisi, awutaki na Yuda
And while we were delayed for some days, a certain prophet from Judea, named Agabus, arrived.
11 mpe ayaki kokutana na biso; azwaki mokaba ya Polo mpe amikangaki na yango makolo mpe maboko. Alobaki: — Tala makambo oyo Molimo Mosantu alobi: « Ezali na lolenge oyo nde Bayuda ya Yelusalemi bakokanga nkolo mokaba oyo, mpe bakokaba ye na maboko ya bato ya bikolo ya bapaya. »
And he, when he had come to us, took Paul’s belt, and binding his own feet and hands, he said: “Thus says the Holy Spirit: The man whose belt this is, the Jews will bind in this way at Jerusalem. And they will deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.”
12 Tango toyokaki maloba wana, biso mpe bandimi ya Sezarea tobondelaki Polo ete akende na Yelusalemi te.
And when we had heard this, both we and those who were from that place begged him not to go up to Jerusalem.
13 Kasi Polo azongiselaki biso: — Mpo na nini bozali kolela mpe kolembisa ngai? Nasili komibongisa kaka te mpo na kokangama, kasi mpe mpo na kokufa kati na Yelusalemi mpo na Kombo ya Nkolo Yesu.
Then Paul responded by saying: “What do you accomplish by weeping and afflicting my heart? For I am prepared, not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus.”
14 Lokola tolongaki te kobongola makanisi na ye, totikaki kobondela ye mpe tolobaki: — Tika ete mokano ya Nkolo esalema!
And since we were not able to persuade him, we quieted, saying: “May the will of the Lord be done.”
15 Sima na biso kolekisa mikolo wana na Sezarea, tobongisaki biloko na biso mpe tokendeki na Yelusalemi.
Then, after those days, having made preparations, we ascended to Jerusalem.
16 Bayekoli mosusu ya Sezarea bakendeki kotika biso; bamemaki biso na ndako ya Minaso, epai wapi tovandaki. Azalaki moto ya Shipre, mpe akomaki moyekoli wuta kala.
Now some of the disciples from Caesarea also went with us, bringing with them a certain Cypriot named Mnason, a very old disciple, whose guests we would be.
17 Tango tokomaki na Yelusalemi, bandeko bayambaki biso na esengo.
And when we had arrived at Jerusalem, the brothers received us willingly.
18 Mokolo oyo elandaki, Polo amemaki biso epai ya Jake, mpe bakambi nyonso ya Lingomba bayaki kuna.
Then, on the following day, Paul entered with us to James. And all the elders were assembled.
19 Sima na ye kopesa bango mbote, Polo akomaki koyebisa bango likambo moko na moko, oyo Nzambe asalaki kati na bato ya bikolo ya bapaya, na nzela ya lotomo na ye.
And when he had greeted them, he explained each thing that God had accomplished among the Gentiles through his ministry.
20 Sima na bango koyoka ye, bakumisaki Nzambe. Bongo balobaki na Polo: — Ndeko, ozali komona motango ya bankoto ya Bayuda oyo bakomi bandimi, mpe bango nyonso bazali na bolingo makasi mpo na Mobeko ya Moyize.
And they, upon hearing it, magnified God and said to him: “You understand, brother, how many thousands there are among the Jews who have believed, and they are all zealous for the law.
21 Nzokande, bayokaki sango ete oteyaka na Bayuda nyonso oyo bavandaka kati na bato ya bikolo ya bapaya ete batosa te Mobeko ya Moyize, mpe ete olobaka na bango ete bakata lisusu te ngenga ya bana na bango mpe batika kosalela bokoko ya Bayuda.
Now they have heard about you, that you are teaching those Jews who are among the Gentiles to withdraw from Moses, telling them that they should not circumcise their sons, nor act according to custom.
22 Boye tosala nini? Pamba te bakoyoka kaka ete okomi awa.
What is next? The multitude ought to be convened. For they will hear that you have arrived.
23 Sala makambo oyo tokoyebisa yo: Tozali awa na mibali minei oyo balapa ndayi.
Therefore, do this thing that we ask of you: We have four men, who are under a vow.
24 Zwa bango, mipetola elongo na bango mpe futela bango mbongo mpo ete bakatisa suki. Na bongo, bato nyonso bakoyeba ete sango oyo bazali koyoka na tina na yo ezali ya lokuta, mpe bakososola ete yo moko mpe otosaka Mobeko.
Take these and sanctify yourself with them, and require them to shave their heads. And then everyone will know that the things that they have heard about you are false, but that you yourself walk in keeping with the law.
25 Mpo na bato ya bikolo ya bapaya oyo bakomi bandimi, tokomeli bango mikano na biso ete basengeli te kolia misuni ya banyama oyo ebonzami lokola mbeka epai ya banzambe mosusu, basengeli te komela makila, basengeli te kolia nyama oyo babomi na kozanga kobimisa makila, basengeli te kosala kindumba ya lolenge nyonso.
But, about those Gentiles who have believed, we have written a judgment that they should keep themselves from what has been immolated to idols, and from blood, and from what has been suffocated, and from fornication.”
26 Mokolo oyo elandaki, Polo amemaki bato yango mpe amipetolaki elongo na bango. Bongo akotaki na Tempelo mpo na koyebisa mokolo oyo tango ya komipetola ekosila, mokolo oyo bakobonza mbeka mpo na moko na moko kati na bango.
Then Paul, taking the men on the next day, was purified with them, and he entered the temple, announcing the process of the days of purification, until an oblation would be offered on behalf of each one of them.
27 Tango mikolo sambo ekomaki pene ya kokoka, Bayuda ya mokili ya Azia bamonaki Polo kati na lopango ya Tempelo. Batombokisaki ebele nyonso ya bato mpe bakangaki ye
But when the seven days were reaching completion, those Jews who were from Asia, when they had seen him in the temple, incited all the people, and they laid hands on him, crying out:
28 na koganga: — Bato ya Isalaele, bosunga biso! Botala moto oyo azali koteya bato nyonso mpe na bisika nyonso, ete batelemela bato na biso, Mobeko na biso mpe Tempelo oyo. Lisusu, akotisi bato ya Grese kati na Tempelo mpe akomisi esika oyo ya bule mbindo.
“Men of Israel, help! This is the man who is teaching, everyone, everywhere, against the people and the law and this place. Furthermore, he has even brought Gentiles into the temple, and he has violated this holy place.”
29 Balobaki bongo mpo ete, liboso, bamonaki Polo elongo na Trofime, moto ya Efeso, kati na engumba mpe bakanisaki ete Polo akotisaki ye kati na Tempelo.
(For they had seen Trophimus, an Ephesian, in the city with him, and they supposed that Paul had brought him into the temple.)
30 Mobulu makasi ekotaki kati na engumba mobimba, mpe ebele ya bato oyo bawutaki bipai na bipai bayaki na lombangu. Bakangaki Polo, babimisaki ye libanda ya Tempelo mpe, mbala moko, bakangaki bikuke na yango.
And the entire city was stirred up. And it happened that the people ran together. And apprehending Paul, they dragged him outside of the temple. And immediately the doors were closed.
31 Wana bazalaki koluka koboma Polo, sango ekomaki kino na matoyi ya mokonzi ya basoda ya Rome ete mobulu ekoti kati na Yelusalemi mobimba.
Then, as they were seeking to kill him, it was reported to the tribune of the cohort: “All Jerusalem is in confusion.”
32 Mbala moko, azwaki basoda elongo na bakonzi na bango, mpe bakendeki na lombangu epai ebele ya bato bazalaki. Tango kaka bamonaki mokonzi ya basoda elongo na basoda na ye, batikaki kobeta Polo.
And so, immediately taking soldiers and centurions, he rushed down to them. And when they had seen the tribune and the soldiers, they ceased to strike Paul.
33 Mokonzi ya basoda apusanaki, akangaki Polo mpe apesaki mitindo ete bakanga ye minyololo mibale. Bongo atunaki soki Polo azali nani mpe asali nini.
Then the tribune, drawing near, apprehended him and ordered that he be bound with two chains. And he was asking who he was and what he had done.
34 Kati na ebele ya bato oyo batondaki wana, bamoko bazalaki koganga mpo na likambo moko, mpe bamosusu, mpo na likambo mosusu. Lokola mokonzi ya basoda azalaki kososola te bosolo ya likambo, mpo na mobulu oyo ebimaki, apesaki mitindo ete bamema Polo kati na lopango ya basoda.
Then they were crying out various things within the crowd. And since he could not understand anything clearly because of the noise, he ordered him to be brought into the fortress.
35 Tango Polo atiaki matambe na ye na binyatelo ya ematelo, basoda bakumbaki ye, mpo ete bato bazalaki kotia mobulu makasi.
And when he had arrived at the stairs, it happened that he was carried up by the soldiers, because of the threat of violence from the people.
36 Bato nyonso bazalaki kolanda ye na koganga: — Akufa!
For the multitude of the people were following and crying out, “Take him away!”
37 Wana balingaki kokotisa ye kati na lopango ya basoda, Polo atunaki mokonzi ya basoda: — Nakoki koyebisa yo likambo moko? Mokonzi ya basoda atunaki Polo: — Oyebi koloba lokota ya Greki?
And as Paul was beginning to be brought into the fortress, he said to the tribune, “Is it permissible for me to say something to you?” And he said, “You know Greek?
38 Boni, ezali yo te moto ya Ejipito oyo akotisaki mobulu na mikolo oyo eleki mpe amemaki batomboki nkoto minei kati na esobe?
So then, are you not that Egyptian who before these days incited a rebellion and led out into the desert four thousand murderous men?”
39 Polo azongisaki: — Te, ezali ngai te! Ngai nazali Moyuda ya Tarse, kati na mokili ya Silisi, mpe moto ya engumba moko ya tina mingi. Nabondeli yo, pesa ngai nzela ya koloba na bato.
But Paul said to him: “I am a man, indeed a Jew, from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of a well-known city. So I petition you, permit me to speak to the people.”
40 Sima na mokonzi ya basoda kopesa ye nzela, Polo atelemaki na binyatelo mpe atombolaki loboko. Bato batikaki makelele, mpe Polo akomaki koloba na bango na lokota ya Arami:
And when he had given him permission, Paul, standing on the stairs, motioned with his hand to the people. And when a great silence occurred, he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, saying:
