< 2 Samuele 16 >
1 Tango Davidi alekaki mwa moke songe ya ngomba, Tsiba, mobombi bozwi ya Mefibosheti, azalaki kozela mpo na kokutana na ye; azalaki na ba-ane mibale oyo babongisi mpo na mobembo mpe ememaki mapa nkama mibale, maboke nkama moko ya bambuma ya vino ekawuka, maboke nkama moko ya bambuma ya figi mpe mbeki moko ya masanga ya vino.
When David was a little past the top, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him with a couple of donkeys saddled, and on them two hundred loaves of bread, and one hundred clusters of raisins, and one hundred summer fruits, and a container of wine.
2 Mokonzi atunaki Tsiba: — Mpo na nini omemi biloko oyo? Tsiba azongisaki: — Ba-ane ezali mpo na libota ya mokonzi mpo ete batambola na yango, mapa mpe bambuma ezali mpo na bato mpo ete balia, mpe masanga ya vino ezali mpo na kopesa makasi epai ya bato oyo bakolemba na esobe.
The king said to Ziba, “What do you mean by these?” Ziba said, “The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that those who are faint in the wilderness may drink.”
3 Bongo mokonzi atunaki lisusu: — Wapi Mefibosheti, koko ya nkolo na yo? Tsiba azongisaki: — Atikalaki na Yelusalemi, pamba te amilobelaki: « Lelo, libota ya Isalaele ekozongisa bokonzi ya koko na ngai na maboko na ngai. »
The king said, “Where is your master’s son?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is staying in Jerusalem; for he said, ‘Today the house of Israel will restore me the kingdom of my father.’”
4 Mokonzi alobaki na Tsiba: — Nyonso oyo ezali ya Mefibosheti ekomi sik’oyo ya yo. Tsiba alobaki: — Nagumbami liboso na yo mokonzi, nkolo na ngai! Tika ete nazwa ngolu na miso na yo!
Then the king said to Ziba, “Behold, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” Ziba said, “I bow down. Let me find favor in your sight, my lord, O king.”
5 Wana mokonzi akomaki pembeni ya Bawurimi, ezalaki na moto moko oyo azalaki kobima wuta na mboka; kombo na ye ezalaki « Shimei, » mpe azalaki mwana mobali ya Gera. Azalaki moto ya etuka mpe libota moko na Saulo. Bongo wana azalaki kobima, azalaki mpe kolakela Davidi mabe.
When King David came to Bahurim, behold, a man of the family of Saul’s house came out, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera. He came out and cursed as he came.
6 Azalaki kobamba Davidi mpe basali na ye mabanga atako bato nyonso mpe basoda oyo bakengelaka mokonzi bazalaki na ngambo ya loboko ya mwasi mpe na ngambo ya loboko ya mobali ya Davidi.
He cast stones at David and at all the servants of King David, and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.
7 Shimei azalaki koloba boye wana azalaki kolakela Davidi mabe: « Bima, bima, mobomi bato, moto pamba.
Shimei said when he cursed, “Be gone, be gone, you man of blood, and wicked fellow!
8 Yawe atangi na moto na yo, makila nyonso ya ndako ya Saulo, oyo osopaki mpo ete okoma mokonzi na esika na ye. Yawe akabi bokonzi na maboko ya Abisalomi, mwana na yo ya mobali. Osili kokweya na pasi mpo ete ozali mosopi makila. »
The LORD has returned on you all the blood of Saul’s house, in whose place you have reigned! The LORD has delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom your son! Behold, you are caught by your own mischief, because you are a man of blood!”
9 Abishayi, mwana mobali ya Tseruya, alobaki na mokonzi: — Mpo na nini mbwa oyo ekufa ezali kolakela nkolo na ngai mabe. Pesa ngai nzela mpo ete nakende kokata ye moto.
Then Abishai the son of Zeruiah said to the king, “Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Please let me go over and take off his head.”
10 Kasi mokonzi alobaki: — Bino bana mibali ya Tseruya, yo Abishayi mpe ndeko na yo, Joabi, likambo nini kati na ngai mpe bino? Soki azali kolakela ngai mabe, ezali nde na ndingisa ya Yawe mpo ete alobi na ye: « Lakela Davidi mabe. » Nani sik’oyo akoki kotuna: « Mpo na nini ozali kosala bongo? »
The king said, “What have I to do with you, you sons of Zeruiah? Because he curses, and because the LORD has said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who then shall say, ‘Why have you done so?’”
11 Bongo Davidi alobaki na Abishayi mpe na basali na ye nyonso: « Soki kutu mwana na ngai moko ya mobali oyo abimi na nzoto na ngai azali koluka koboma ngai, bongo ndenge nini moto oyo ya Benjame asala bongo te! Tika ye alakela ngai mabe, pamba te ezali Yawe nde alobi na ye bongo.
David said to Abishai and to all his servants, “Behold, my son, who came out of my bowels, seeks my life. How much more this Benjamite, now? Leave him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD has invited him.
12 Tango mosusu Yawe akomona pasi na ngai, bongo akobongola na bolamu bilakeli mabe oyo ezali kokweyela ngai lelo. »
It may be that the LORD will look on the wrong done to me, and that the LORD will repay me good for the cursing of me today.”
13 Boye, wana Davidi mpe bato na ye bakobaki nzela na bango, Shimei azalaki kotambola na mopanzi mosusu ya ngomba pembeni ya Davidi, azalaki kokoba kolakela Davidi mabe tango azalaki kotambola, kobamba ye mabanga mpe kobwakela ye putulu.
So David and his men went by the way; and Shimei went along on the hillside opposite him and cursed as he went, threw stones at him, and threw dust.
14 Mokonzi elongo na bato na ye nyonso balembaki tango bakomaki na esika oyo bazalaki kokende mpe bapemaki kuna.
The king and all the people who were with him arrived weary; and he refreshed himself there.
15 Kaka na tango yango, Abisalomi mpe bato nyonso ya Isalaele bakomaki na Yelusalemi, mpe Ayitofeli azalaki elongo na ye.
Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.
16 Ushayi, moto ya Ariki, moninga ya Davidi, akendeki epai ya Abisalomi mpe alobaki na ye: — Tika ete mokonzi owumela na bomoi! Tika ete mokonzi owumela na bomoi!
When Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, had come to Absalom, Hushai said to Absalom, “Long live the king! Long live the king!”
17 Abisalomi atunaki Ushayi: — Oyo nde bolingo nyonso oyo ozali kolakisa epai ya moninga na yo? Mpo na nini okendeki te elongo na moninga na yo?
Absalom said to Hushai, “Is this your kindness to your friend? Why did not you go with your friend?”
18 Ushayi alobaki na Abisalomi: — Te, ngai nakozala elongo na moto oyo Yawe, bato oyo mpe Isalaele nyonso baponi.
Hushai said to Absalom, “No; but whomever the LORD and this people and all the men of Israel have chosen, I will be his, and I will stay with him.
19 Mpe ngai nakosalela nani? Ezali te mwana na ye ya mobali? Ndenge nasalelaki tata na yo, ndenge wana mpe nakosalela yo.
Again, whom should I serve? Should not I serve in the presence of his son? As I have served in your father’s presence, so I will be in your presence.”
20 Abisalomi alobaki na Ayitofeli: — Pesa biso toli na yo: tosengeli kosala nini?
Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, “Give your counsel what we shall do.”
21 Ayitofeli azongiselaki Abisalomi: — Kende kosangisa nzoto na bamakangu ya tata na yo, oyo batikalaki mpo na kobatela ndako, bongo Isalaele mobimba ekoyoka ete omikomisi nkele na miso ya tata na yo. Na bongo, maboko ya bato oyo bazali sima na yo ekolendisama.
Ahithophel said to Absalom, “Go in to your father’s concubines that he has left to keep the house. Then all Israel will hear that you are abhorred by your father. Then the hands of all who are with you will be strong.”
22 Boye basalelaki Abisalomi ndako ya kapo na likolo ya ndako, mpe asangisaki nzoto na bamakangu ya tata na ye na miso ya Isalaele mobimba.
So they spread a tent for Absalom on the top of the house, and Absalom went in to his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.
23 Nzokande, na tango wana, toli oyo Ayitofeli abandaki kopesa ezalaki lokola maloba ya moto oyo azali kotuna mayele epai ya Ye moko Nzambe. Ezalaki ndenge wana nde Davidi mpe Abisalomi bazalaki komona batoli ya Ayitofeli.
The counsel of Ahithophel, which he gave in those days, was as if a man inquired at the inner sanctuary of God. All the counsel of Ahithophel was like this both with David and with Absalom.
