2 Bakolinto 1
1 Polo, ntoma ya Yesu-Klisto, kolanda mokano ya Nzambe, mpe ndeko Timote; Epai ya Lingomba ya Nzambe, oyo ezali kati na Kolinto; mpe epai ya basantu nyonso oyo bazali kati na Akayi mobimba:
Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy the brother, to the church of God which is in Corinth, with all the holy who are in all Achaia:
2 Tika ete ngolu mpe kimia epesamela bino kowuta na Nzambe, Tata na biso, mpe na Nkolo Yesu-Klisto!
Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Fathers and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Tika ete Nzambe mpe Tata ya Yesu-Klisto, Nkolo na biso, apambolama! Azali Tata oyo ayokelaka bato mawa, mpe Nzambe oyo abondisaka bato kati na makambo nyonso:
Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
4 abondisaka biso kati na pasi ya lolenge nyonso mpo ete biso mpe tokoka kobondisa bato oyo bazali kati na pasi ya lolenge nyonso, na nzela ya kobondisama oyo biso mpe tozwaka kowuta na Ye Nzambe.
who comforteth us in all our distress, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any distress by the comfort wherewith we are ourselves comforted by God;
5 Pamba te, ndenge kaka tomonaka pasi mingi kati na Klisto, ndenge wana mpe Klisto abondisaka biso makasi.
for as the sufferings of Christ overflow to us, so through Christ doth our comfort also overflow.
6 Boye soki tozali komona pasi, ezali mpo na kobondisama mpe lobiko na bino. Soki mpe biso tobondisami, ezali mpo ete bino mpe bobondisama mpo na koyikela pasi oyo tozali komona elongo na bino mpiko.
And whether we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation, which showeth its power in enabling you to bear patiently the same sufferings which we also endure; and our hope is steadfast in your behalf; or whether we are comforted, it is for your comfort and salvation,
7 Boye, tozali solo na elikya makasi na tina na bino, pamba te toyebi malamu ete ndenge kaka bozali komona pasi elongo na biso, ndenge wana mpe bozali kozwa kobondisama elongo na biso.
knowing that as ye are sharers in the sufferings, so also ye will be sharers in the comfort.
8 Solo, bandeko, na tina na pasi oyo ekweyelaki biso kati na etuka ya Azia, tolingi boyeba malamu ete tonyokwamaki mingi kino ata kolemba nzoto mpe kobungisa elikya ya kokoba kozala na bomoi.
For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our distress which came upon us in Asia, that it was exceedingly heavy upon us beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life;
9 Solo, tomonaki kaka ete basili kokatela biso etumbu ya kufa. Nzokande, ezalaki mpo ete tolongola elikya na bomoto na biso, kasi tozala na elikya nde na Nzambe oyo asekwisaka bakufi.
yea, we ourselves had within ourselves the sentence of death, that we might not trust in ourselves, but in God who raiseth the dead;
10 Ye nde akangolaki biso na makama ya kufa ya lolenge wana, mpe akokangola biso lisusu. Solo, tozali na elikya kati na Ye ete akokangola biso lisusu,
who delivered us from such peril of death, and is delivering; in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us,
11 awa bozali kosala elongo na biso na nzela ya mabondeli na bino. Boye, bato ebele bakozongisa matondi epai ya Nzambe na tina na biso mpo na likabo ya ngolu oyo azali kopesa biso lokola eyano na mabondeli ya bato ebele.
you also unitedly helping us by prayer, so that for this blessing bestowed on us by means of many, thanks may be given by many on your behalf.
12 Tala likambo oyo tokoki komikumisa na yango: mitema na biso ezali kotatola ete, kati na mokili mpe mingi penza na miso na bino, totambolaki na bosantu mpe na bosolo oyo ewutaka na Nzambe. Totambolaki bongo na bwanya ya bomoto te, kasi na ngolu ya Nzambe.
For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and the sincerity which is of God, not in fleshly wisdom, but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you.
13 Solo, tokomelaka bino makambo mosusu te, kaka makambo oyo bozali kotanga to oyo boyebi malamu. Mpe nazali na elikya ete bokososola penza malamu kino na suka,
For we write no other things to you, than what ye read or even acknowledge. And I trust ye will acknowledge even to the end,
14 ndenge kaka bosili kososola yango mwa moke, ete bokoki penza komikumisa na tina na biso, ndenge mpe biso tokomikumisa na tina na bino na mokolo ya Nkolo Yesu.
as also ye have acknowledged us in part, that we are your glorying, as ye also are ours in the day of the Lord Jesus.
15 Na elikya yango, nazalaki na mabongisi ya koya liboso epai na bino mpo ete bokoka kozwa ngolu ya mibale;
And in this confidence it was my purpose to come to you before, that ye might receive a second benefit;
16 mpe mpo ete, longwa epai na bino, nakende na Masedwane, mpe, sima na ngai kowuta na Masedwane, nazonga lisusu epai na bino mpo ete nazwa lisungi ya kokoba mobembo na ngai kino na Yuda.
and to go by way of you into Macedonia, and from Macedonia to come again to you, and by you to be forwarded on my way to Judaea.
17 Boni, elingi koloba ete namikakolaki tango nasalaki mabongisi yango to mpe elingi koloba ete nasalaka mabongisi na ngai kolanda baposa ya bomoto, mpo ete, na mbala moko, nandima likambo mpe naboya yango lisusu?
Having, then, this purpose, did I act with levity? Or in my purposes do I resolve according to the flesh, that with me there should be now yea, yea, and now nay, nay?
18 Kasi lokola ezali solo ete Nzambe azali Moyengebene, maloba oyo toyebisaki bino ezali te « iyo » mpe « te. »
But as God is faithful, our word to you is not yea and nay.
19 Pamba te Yesu-Klisto, Mwana na Nzambe, oyo ngai Silasi mpe Timote toteyaki bino, azalaki te « iyo » mpe « te; » kasi kati na Ye, ezalaki tango nyonso « iyo. »
For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us, by me and Silvanus and Timothy, was not found yea and nay, but in him hath been found yea.
20 Pamba te bilaka nyonso ya Nzambe ezalaka « iyo » kati na Klisto; mpe ezali na nzela na Ye Klisto nde tolobaka « amen » mpo na nkembo ya Nzambe.
For as to all the promises of God, in him is yea, and in him amen, to the glory of God through us.
21 Nzokande, ezali Nzambe nde alendisaka biso mpe bino kati na Klisto; mpe lokola abulisaki biso na nzela ya epakolami na Ye,
Now he who maketh us with you steadfast in Christ, and anointed us, is God;
22 abetaki biso kashe na Ye lokola libula na Ye, mpe atiaki Molimo na Ye kati na mitema na biso lokola ndanga ya biloko oyo akopesa biso.
he who also sealed us, and gave the Spirit as a pledge in our hearts.
23 Nazali kolapa ndayi na Kombo ya Nzambe mpe likolo ya bomoi na ngai ete ezalaki te mpo na kolukela bino mindondo nde nazongaki lisusu te na Kolinto;
But I call upon God as a witness against my soul, that it was to spare you that I came no more to Corinth;
24 ezali mpe te mpo na kokonza kondima na bino, kasi tozali kosala elongo na bino mpo na esengo na bino, pamba te botelemi ngwi kati na kondima.
not that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy. For in respect to faith ye stand firm.
