1 Sima na mibu tuku mibale oyo Salomo asalaki mpo na kotonga Tempelo ya Yawe mpe ndako na ye moko,
At the end of twenty years, in which Solomon had built the LORD’s house and his own house,
2 Salomo atongaki lisusu bingumba mike oyo Irami apesaki ye mpe avandisaki kuna bana ya Isalaele.
Solomon built the cities which Huram had given to Solomon, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.
3 Salomo akendeki kobundisa engumba Amati ya Tsoba mpe abotolaki yango.
Solomon went to Hamath Zobah, and prevailed against it.
4 Kati na esobe, atongaki engumba Tadimori; mpe kati na Amati, atongaki bingumba nyonso ya kobombela biloko.
He built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the storage cities, which he built in Hamath.
5 Atongaki lisusu Beti-Oroni ya likolo mpe Beti-Oroni ya se lokola bingumba batonga makasi, elongo na bamir, bikuke mpe bibende oyo bakangelaka bikuke,
Also he built Beth Horon the upper and Beth Horon the lower, fortified cities with walls, gates, and bars;
6 Baalati mpe bingumba nyonso epai wapi azalaki kobomba biloko na ye, bingumba nyonso epai wapi azalaki kobomba bashar mpe bampunda na ye. Salomo atongaki lisusu nyonso oyo azalaki na yango posa kati na Yelusalemi, na Libani mpe na mokili nyonso oyo azalaki kokamba.
and Baalath, and all the storage cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
7 Batikali nyonso kati na bato ya Iti, ya Amori, ya Perizi, ya Evi mpe ya Yebusi, ba-oyo bazalaki bana ya Isalaele te,
As for all the people who were left of the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel—
8 ba-oyo bana na bango batikalaki kati na mokili oyo bana ya Isalaele babebisaki, Salomo azwaki bango mpo na misala makasi, kino na mokolo ya lelo.
of their children who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel didn’t consume—of them Solomon conscripted forced labour to this day.
9 Kasi Salomo akomisaki te bana ya Isalaele bawumbu mpo na kosala misala makasi na ye, pamba te bazalaki bato ya bitumba, bakonzi ya basoda na ye, bakonzi ya bashar na ye mpe ya basoda na ye, oyo batambolisaka bashar.
But of the children of Israel, Solomon made no servants for his work, but they were men of war, chief of his captains, and rulers of his chariots and of his horsemen.
10 Ezalaki mpe na bakalaka ya lokumu oyo mokonzi Salomo atiaki mpo na kokamba basali na ye. Motango na bango ezalaki nkama mibale na tuku mitano.
These were the chief officers of King Solomon, even two-hundred and fifty, who ruled over the people.
11 Salomo alongolaki mwana mwasi ya Faraon kati na engumba ya Davidi mpe amemaki ye na ndako oyo atongelaki ye, pamba te alobaki: « Mwasi na ngai asengeli te kovanda kati na ndako ya Davidi, mokonzi ya Isalaele, mpo ete bisika oyo Sanduku ya Yawe ekoti ezali bule. »
Solomon brought up Pharaoh’s daughter out of David’s city to the house that he had built for her; for he said, “My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places where the LORD’s ark has come are holy.”
12 Salomo abonzaki epai na Yawe bambeka ya kotumba, na etumbelo ya Yawe, oyo atongaki liboso ya ndako moke ya kokotela na Tempelo ya Yawe.
Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to the LORD on the LORD’s altar which he had built before the porch,
13 Azalaki kobonza yango mokolo na mokolo, kolanda mitindo ya Moyize na tina na mikolo ya Saba, ya ebandeli ya sanza mpe ya bafeti misato oyo esalemaka mibu nyonso: feti ya Mapa ezanga levire, feti ya Baposo mpe feti ya Bandako ya kapo.
even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times per year, during the feast of unleavened bread, during the feast of weeks, and during the feast of booths.
14 Kolanda mokano ya Davidi, tata na ye, Salomo atiaki masanga ya Banganga-Nzambe kati na misala na bango mpe Balevi mpo na kokumisa Yawe mpe kosunga Banganga-Nzambe ndenge ebongisamaki mpo na mokolo na mokolo. Aponaki lisusu masanga ya bakengeli bikuke mpo na ekuke moko na moko kolanda etinda oyo Davidi, moto na Nzambe, apesaki.
He appointed, according to the ordinance of David his father, the divisions of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their offices, to praise and to minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required, the doorkeepers also by their divisions at every gate, for David the man of God had so commanded.
15 Batosaki na makambo nyonso mitindo ya mokonzi mpo na oyo etali Banganga-Nzambe mpe Balevi, ezala mpo na oyo etali bibombelo bomengo.
They didn’t depart from the commandment of the king to the priests and Levites concerning any matter or concerning the treasures.
16 Ezali boye nde misala nyonso ya Salomo esalemaki, kobanda na mokolo oyo batongaki moboko ya Tempelo ya Yawe kino na mokolo oyo esilaki. Boye, Tempelo ya Yawe esilaki kotongama.
Now all the work of Solomon was accomplished from the day of the foundation of the LORD’s house until it was finished. So the LORD’s house was completed.
17 Salomo akendeki na Etsioni-Geberi mpe na Eyiloti, pembeni ya ebale monene ya Barozo, kati na mokili ya Edomi.
Then Solomon went to Ezion Geber and to Eloth, on the seashore in the land of Edom.
18 Irami atindelaki ye, na nzela ya basali na ye, bamasuwa mpe bato oyo bayebaki kotambolisa malamu masuwa kati na ebale. Bato ya Irami batambolaki elongo na basali ya Salomo kino na Ofiri, mpe bazwaki kuna bakilo nkoto zomi na mitano ya wolo oyo bamemaki epai ya mokonzi Salomo.
Huram sent him ships and servants who had knowledge of the sea by the hands of his servants; and they came with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and brought from there four hundred and fifty talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.
