1 Isakari abotaki bana mibali minei: Tola, Puwa, Yashubi mpe Shimironi. Bango nyonso bazalaki minei.

And, to the sons of Issachar, belonged, Tola and Push, Jashib and Shimron, four.

2 Bana mibali ya Tola: Uzi, Refaya, Yeriyeli, Yamayi, Yibisami mpe Samuele. Bango nde babotamaki na nzela ya Tola mpe bazalaki bakambi ya mabota ya botata na bango. Kati na mabota na bango, bazalaki basoda ya mpiko nkoto tuku mibale na mibale na nkama motoba, na tango Davidi azalaki mokonzi.

And, the sons of Tola, were Uzzi and Rephaiah and Jeriel and Jahmai and Ibsam and Shemuel, chiefs of their ancestral house, pertaining to Tola, heroes of valour, in their generations, —their number, in the days of David, twenty-two thousand and six hundred.

3 Bana mibali ya Uzi: Yiziraya. Bana mibali ya Yiziraya: Mikaeli, Abidiasi, Joeli mpe Yishiya. Bango nyonso mitano bazalaki bakambi.

And, the sons of Uzzi, Izrahiah, —and, the sons of Izrahiah, Michael and Obadiah and Joel, Isshiah—five, chiefs, all of them;

4 Kati na molongo na bango kolanda bituka na bango mpe mabota na bango ya botata; ezalaki na basoda ya mpiko nkoto tuku misato na motoba, pamba te bazalaki na basi mpe bana ebele.

and, with them by their generations, pertaining to their ancestral house, were bands of a host for war, thirty-six thousand, —for they had many wives and sons;

5 Bandeko mibali nyonso kati na bituka ya libota ya Isakari, oyo bakomamaki na buku ya mabota, bazalaki nkoto tuku mwambe na sambo. Bazalaki basoda ya mpiko.

and, their brethren, of all the families of Issachar, heroes of great valour, were eighty-seven thousand, when they had, all, registered themselves.

6 Benjame abotaki bana mibali misato: Bela, Bekeri mpe Yediayeli.

Benjamin, Bela and Becher and Jediael, three.

7 Bela abotaki bana mibali mitano: Etsiboni, Uzi, Uzieli, Yerimoti mpe Iri. Bazalaki bakambi ya bituka na bango mpe basoda ya mpiko. Motango ya bato oyo batangamaki ezalaki nkoto tuku mibale na mibale na tuku misato na minei.

And, the sons of Bela, Ezbon and Uzzi and Uzziel and Jerimoth and Iri, five, chiefs of the ancestral house, heroes of great valour, —who, when they had registered themselves, were twenty-two thousand and thirty-four,

8 Bana mibali ya Bekeri: Zemira, Yoashi, Eliezeri, Eliowenayi, Omiri, Yeremoti, Abiya, Anatoti mpe Alemeti. Bango nyonso nde bazalaki bana mibali ya Bekeri.

And, the sons of Becher, Zemirah and Joash and Eliezer and Elioenai and Omri, and Jeremoth and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these, were sons of Becher.

9 Motango ya basoda ya mpiko, kolanda bituka na bango, ezalaki nkoto tuku mibale na nkama mibale.

And, when they had registered themselves by their generations, the chiefs of their ancestral house, the heroes of valour, were twenty thousand and two hundred.

10 Bakitani ya Yediayeli: Bilani. Bana mibali ya Bilani: Yewushi, Benjame, Ewudi, Kenaana, Zetani, Tarsisi, Ayishaari.

And, the sons of Jediael, Bilhan, —and, the sons of Bilhan, Jeish and Benjamin and Ehud and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahah.

11 Kati na molongo ya Yediayeli, bakitani nyonso bazalaki bakambi ya bituka na bango mpe basoda ya mpiko. Motango na bango ezalaki nkoto zomi na sambo na nkama mibale.

All these—sons of Jediael, by ancestral chiefs, heroes of great valour, were seventeen thousand and two hundred, ready to go forth as a host to war: —

12 Bana mibali ya Iri: Shupimi mpe Upime. Ushimi azalaki mwana mobali ya Aeri.

Shuppim also and Huppim, sons of Ir, Hushim sons of Aher.

13 Bana mibali ya Nefitali: Yatseyeli, Guni, Yetseri mpe Shalumi. Bazalaki bakitani ya Bila.

the sons of Naphtali, Jahziel and Guni, and Jezer and Shallum, sons of Bilhah.

14 Bakitani ya Manase: Asirieli na nzela ya makangu na ye, moto ya Arami. Abotelaki ye lisusu Makiri, tata ya bato ya Galadi.

The sons of Manasseh, Asriel, whom, [his wife] bare, —his concubine, the Syrian, bare Machir the father of Gilead;

15 Makiri abalaki Maaka oyo azalaki ndeko mwasi ya Upime mpe Shupimi. Kombo ya mwana mobali mosusu ya Manase ezalaki « Tselofikadi. » Tselofikadi abotaki kaka bana basi.

and, Machir, took a wife pertaining to Huppim and Shuppim, and, the name of his sister, was Maacah, and, the name of the second, Zelophehad, —and, Zelophehad, had, daughters.

16 Maaka, mwasi ya Makiri, abotelaki ye lisusu mwana mobali oyo apesaki kombo « Peretsi. » Peretsi azalaki na ndeko mobali, Shereshi, oyo abotaki bana mibali oyo: Ulami mpe Rekemi.

So then Maacah, wife of Machir, bare a son, and called his name Peresh, and, the name of his brother, was Sheresh, —and, his sons, were Ulam and Rakem;

17 Ulami abotaki: Bedani oyo azalaki mwana mobali. Bango nde bazalaki bakitani ya Galadi, mwana mobali ya Makiri, mwana mobali ya Manase.

and, the sons of Ulam, Bedan. These, were the sons of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh.

18 Amoleketi, ndeko mwasi ya Manase, abotaki Ishodi, Abiezeri mpe Mala.

And, his sister, Hammolecheth, bare Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.

19 Bana mibali ya Shemida: Ayani, Sishemi, Liki mpe Aniami.

And, the sons of Shemida, were Ahian and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.

20 Bakitani ya Efrayimi: Efrayimi abotaki Shutela, Shutela abotaki Beredi, Beredi abotaki Taati, Taati abotaki Eleada, Eleada abotaki Taati,

And, the sons of Ephraim, Shuthelah, —and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son;

21 Taati abotaki Zabadi, mpe Zabadi abotaki Shutela. Bankolo mboka oyo babotamaki na mokili ya Gati, babomaki Ezeri mpe Eleadi, pamba te balukaki kobotola bibwele ya bato ya Gati.

and Zabad his son and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer and Elead, —but the men of Gath who had been born in the land slew them, because they had come down to take away their cattle.

22 Tata na bango Efrayimi alelaki bango mikolo ebele, mpe bandeko na ye bayaki kobondisa ye.

And Ephraim their father mourned many days, —and his brethren came to comfort him.

23 Sima na yango, Efrayimi asangisaki lisusu nzoto na mwasi na ye oyo azwaki zemi mpe abotaki mwana mobali. Boye Efrayimi apesaki ye kombo « Beria, » pamba te abotamaki tango pasi ezalaki kati na libota na ye.

And he went in unto his wife, and she conceived, and bare a son, —and he called his name, Beriah, because, in misfortune, was she in his house.

And, his daughter, was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, —and Uzzen-sheerah.

And Rephah his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son, —

26 Taani abotaki Laedani, Laedani abotaki Amiwudi, Amiwudi abotaki Elishama, Elishama abotaki Nuni,

Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son, —

27 Nuni abotaki Jozue.

Non his son, Joshua his son.

28 Bakitani ya Efrayimi bazwaki lokola libula mpe bisika ya kovanda: Beteli mpe bamboka na yango ya mike, na ngambo ya este; Narani, na ngambo ya weste; Gezeri mpe bamboka na yango ya mike; Sishemi mpe bamboka na yango ya mike kino na Aya mpe bamboka na yango ya mike.

And, their possessions, and their dwellings, were Bethel, and the villages thereof; and, eastward, Naaran, and, westward, Gezer, and the villages thereof, and Shechem, and the villages thereof, —as far as Aiyah, and the villages thereof; —

29 Bakitani ya Manase bazwaki lokola libula: Beti-Sheani, Taanaki, Megido, Dori mpe bamboka na yango ya mike. Bakitani ya Jozefi, mwana mobali ya Isalaele, bazalaki kovanda na bingumba wana nyonso.

and, on the sides of the sons of Manasseh, Beth-shean and the villages thereof, Taanach and the villages thereof, Megiddo and the villages thereof, Dor and the villages thereof. In these, dwelt the sons of Joseph, son of Israel.

30 Bana mibali ya Aseri: Yimina, Yishiva, Yishivi mpe Beria. Sera azalaki ndeko na bango ya mwasi.

The sons of Asher, Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi and Beriah, —and Serah their sister.

31 Bana mibali ya Beria: Eberi mpe Malikieli oyo azalaki tata ya bato ya Biriza.

And, the sons of Beriah, Heber, and Malchiel, —the same, was the father of Birzaith.

32 Bana mibali ya Eberi: Yafeleti, Shomeri, Otami mpe ndeko na bango ya mwasi Shuwa.

And, Heber, begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, —and, Shua, their sister.

33 Bana mibali ya Yafeleti: Pasaki, Bimali mpe Ashivati. Bango nde bazalaki bana mibali ya Yafeleti.

And, the sons of Japhlet, Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These, were the sons of Japhlet.

34 Bana mibali ya Shemeri: Ayi, Roega, Yewuba mpe Arami.

And, the sons of Shemer, Ahi, and Rohgah, Jahbah, and Aram.

35 Bana mibali ya Elemi, ndeko mobali ya Shemeri: Tsofa, Yimina, Sheleshi mpe Amali.

And, the sons of Helem, his brother, Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh and Amal.

36 Bana mibali Tsofa: Suwa, Arineferi, Shuwali, Beri, Yimira,

The sons of Zophah, Suah and Harnepher, and Shual and Beri, and Imrah, —

37 Betseri, Odi, Shama, Shilisha, Yitirani mpe Beera.

Bezer and Hod, and Shamma and Shilshah, and Ithran and Beera.

38 Bana mibali ya Yeteri: Yefune, Pisipa mpe Ara.

And, the sons of Jether, Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.

39 Bana mibali ya Ula: Ara, Anieli mpe Ritsiya.

And, the sons of Ulla, Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.

40 Bango nyonso bazalaki bakitani ya Aseri: bazalaki bakambi ya mabota na bango, bato ya lokumu, basoda ya mpiko mpe bakambi ya bakambi ya bituka. Motango ya bato nyonso oyo bakomamaki na buku ya mabota mpe bakoki mpo na bitumba, ezalaki nkoto tuku mibale na motoba.

All these, were sons of Asher, chiefs of the ancestral house, choice men, heroes of great valour, chiefs of the leaders, —and, when they registered themselves, in host, for war, the number of the men, was twenty-six thousand.
