The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.

And Boaz brings forth Obed, and Obed brings forth Jesse,
13 Izayi azalaki tata ya Eliabi, mwana na ye ya liboso ya mobali; ya mibale, Abinadabi; ya misato, Shimea;
And Jesse brings forth his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,
14 ya minei, Netaneeli; ya mitano, Radayi;
Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,

And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.

And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub.
22 Segubi azalaki tata ya Yairi oyo azalaki kokonza bingumba tuku mibale na misato kati na mokili ya Galadi.
And Segub brings forth Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.
23 Kasi bato ya Geshuri mpe ya Siri babotolaki na makasi bamboka oyo Yairi azalaki kokonza; babotolaki mpe Kenati elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike: bingumba nyonso oyo babotolaki ezalaki tuku motoba. Bango nyonso wana bazalaki bakitani ya Makiri, tata ya bato ya Galadi.
And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath, and the towns thereof, even threescore cities. All these belonged to the sons of Machir the father of Gilead.

Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
27 Bana mibali ya Rami, mwana mobali ya liboso ya Yerameeli: Matsi, Yamini mpe Ekere.
And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.
28 Bana mibali ya Onami: Shamayi mpe Yada. Bana mibali ya Shamayi: Nadabi mpe Abishuri.
And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab and Abishur.
29 Kombo ya mwasi ya Abishuri ezalaki « Abiyaili. » Abiyaili abotelaki ye Abani mpe Molidi.
And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bare him Ahban, and Molid.
30 Bana mibali ya Nadabi: Seledi mpe Apayimi. Seledi atikalaki kobota te mpe akufaki.
And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.
31 Mwana mobali ya Apayimi: Yisheyi oyo azalaki tata ya Sheshani. Sheshani azalaki tata ya Akilayi.
And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.
32 Bana mibali ya Yada, ndeko mobali ya Shamayi: Yeteri mpe Jonatan. Yeteri atikalaki kobota te mpe akufaki.
And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.
33 Bana mibali ya Jonatan: Peleti mpe Zaza. Bango wana nde bazalaki bakitani ya Yerameeli.
And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
34 Sheshani atikalaki kobota bana mibali te, kaka bana basi. Kasi azalaki na mowumbu moko ya mobali na kombo Yara, moto ya Ejipito.
Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.
35 Sheshani abalisaki mwana na ye ya mwasi epai ya Yara, mowumbu na ye ya mobali, mpe mwana yango ya mwasi abotelaki Yara mwana mobali, Atayi.
And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bare him Attai.
36 Atayi azalaki tata ya Natan, Natan azalaki tata ya Zabadi.
And Attai brings forth Nathan, and Nathan brings forth Zabad,
37 Zabadi azalaki tata ya Efilali, Efilali azalaki tata ya Obedi.
And Zabad brings forth Ephlal, and Ephlal brings forth Obed,
38 Obedi azalaki tata ya Jewu, Jewu azalaki tata ya Azaria.
And Obed brings forth Jehu, and Jehu brings forth Azariah,
39 Azaria azalaki tata ya Eletsi, Eletsi azalaki tata ya Eleasa.
And Azariah brings forth Helez, and Helez brings forth Eleasah,
40 Eleasa azalaki tata ya Sisimayi, Sisimayi azalaki tata ya Shalumi.
And Eleasah brings forth Sisamai, and Sisamai brings forth Shallum,
41 Shalumi azalaki tata ya Yekamia, mpe Yekamia azalaki tata ya Elishama.
And Shallum brings forth Jekamiah, and Jekamiah brings forth Elishama.
42 Bana mibali ya Kalebi, ndeko ya Yerameeli: Mesha, mwana na ye ya liboso oyo azalaki tata ya Zifi, mpe Maresha, tata ya Ebron.
Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
43 Bana mibali ya Ebron: Kora, Tapua, Rekemi mpe Shema.
And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.
44 Shema azalaki tata ya Raami, mpe Raami azalaki tata ya Yorikeami. Rekemi azalaki tata ya Shamayi.
And Shema brings forth Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem brings forth Shammai.
45 Mwana mobali ya Shamayi ezalaki Maoni, Maoni azalaki tata ya Beti-Tsuri.
And the son of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Bethzur.
46 Efa, makangu ya Kalebi, abotelaki ye Arani, Motsa mpe Gazezi. Arani azalaki tata ya Gazezi.
And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran brings forth Gazez.
47 Bana mibali ya Yadayi: Regwemi, Yotami, Geshani, Peleti, Efa mpe Shaafi.
And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Gesham, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
48 Maaka, makangu mosusu ya Kalebi, abotelaki ye Sheberi mpe Tirana.
Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bare Sheber, and Tirhanah.
49 Abotelaki ye lisusu Shaafi, tata ya Madimana, mpe Sheva, tata ya Makibena mpe Gibea. Kalebi azalaki na mwana moko ya mwasi, Akisa.
She bare also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb was Achsa.
50 Bango wana nde bazalaki bakitani ya Kalebi. Bana mibali ya Wuri, mwana ya liboso oyo abotaki na Efrata, mwasi na ye: Shobali, tata ya Kiriati-Yearimi;
These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjathjearim.
51 Salima, tata ya Beteleemi; mpe Arefi, tata ya Beti-Gaderi.
Salma the father of Bethlehem, Hareph the father of Bethgader.

And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
