Ceturtā Mozus 5
1 Un Tas Kungs runāja uz Mozu un sacīja:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
2 Pavēli Israēla bērniem, ka tiem no lēģera būs izraidīt visus spitālīgos, un visus, kam miesa pil, un visus, kas palikuši nešķīsti pie miroņa.
'Command the sons of Israel, and they send out of the camp every leper, and every one with an issue, and every one defiled by a body;
3 Tāpat vīrus kā sievas tev būs izraidīt; ārā no lēģera tev tos būs izraidīt, ka tie neapgāna savus lēģerus, kur Es dzīvoju viņu starpā.
from male unto female ye do send out; unto the outside of the camp ye do send them; and they defile not their camps in the midst of which I do tabernacle.'
4 Un Israēla bērni tā darīja un tos izraidīja no lēģera ārā; kā Tas Kungs uz Mozu bija runājis, tā Israēla bērni darīja.
And the sons of Israel do so, and they send them out unto the outside of the camp; as Jehovah hath spoken unto Moses so have the sons of Israel done.
5 Un Tas Kungs runāja uz Mozu un sacīja:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
6 Runā uz Israēla bērniem: ja vīrs vai sieva padara kaut kādu cilvēku grēku, noziegdamies pret To Kungu, un šī dvēsele paliek vainīga,
'Speak unto the sons of Israel, Man or woman, when they do any of the sins of man, by committing a trespass against Jehovah, and that person [is] guilty,
7 Tad tiem būs izsūdzēt savu grēku, ko tie darījuši, un savu noziegumu atlīdzināt ar pilnu maksu, un piekto daļu pielikt klāt un tam dot, pret ko tie noziegušies.
and they have confessed their sin which they have done, then he hath restored his guilt in its principal, and its fifth is adding to it, and hath given [it] to him in reference to whom he hath been guilty.
8 Bet ja tam vīram nav izpircēja, kam to noziegumu varētu maksāt, tad lai tas maksājamais parāds pieder Tam Kungam priekš priestera, bez tā salīdzināšanas auna, kas tam par salīdzināšanu.
'And if the man have no redeemer to restore the guilt to, the guilt which is restored [is] Jehovah's, the priest's, apart from the ram of the atonements, whereby he maketh atonement for him.
9 Tāpat visi cilājamie upuri no visādām lietām, ko Israēla bērni svētī un pie priestera nes, lai viņam pieder.
'And every heave-offering of all the holy things of the sons of Israel, which they bring near to the priest, becometh his;
10 Un ikkatra svētīta lieta lai viņam krīt; ja kas priesterim ko laba dod, tas lai viņam pieder.
and any man's hallowed things become his; that which any man giveth to the priest becometh his.'
11 Un Tas Kungs runāja uz Mozu un sacīja:
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
12 Runā uz Israēla bērniem un saki tiem: ja sieva no sava vīra novēršas un noziegdamies pret to noziedzās.
'Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When any man's wife turneth aside, and hath committed against him a trespass,
13 Un ja viens vīrs pie viņas guļ un to pieguļ, un viņas vīram tas būtu nezināms, un tā to būtu slēpusi, ka apgānījusies, un liecinieka pret viņu nebūtu, un viņa nebūtu pieķerta,
and a man hath lain with her [with] the seed of copulation, and it hath been hid from the eyes of her husband, and concealed, and she hath been defiled, and there is no witness against her, and she hath not been caught,
14 Un neuzticības kaislība viņu pārņemtu un viņš neuzticētu savai sievai, un tā ir apgānījusies, vai ja tā neuzticības kaislība viņu pārņemtu un viņš neuzticētu savai sievai, un tā nav apgānījusies, -
and a spirit of jealousy hath passed over him, and he hath been jealous of his wife, and she hath been defiled; — or, a spirit of jealousy hath passed over him, and he hath been jealous of his wife, and she hath not been defiled —
15 Tad tam vīram savu sievu būs vest pie priestera un atnest upuri priekš viņas, desmito tiesu no ēfas miežu miltu; tam nebūs eļļu uzliet, nedz vīraka uzlikt, jo tas ir viens kaislības upuris, piemiņas ēdamais upuris, atgādināt noziegumu.
'Then hath the man brought in his wife unto the priest, and he hath brought in her offering for her, a tenth of the ephah of barley meal, he doth not pour on it oil, nor doth he put on it frankincense, for it [is] a present of jealousy, a present of memorial, causing remembrance of iniquity.
16 Un priesterim viņu būs pievest un nostādīt Tā Kunga priekšā.
'And the priest hath brought her near, and hath caused her to stand before Jehovah,
17 Un priesterim būs ņemt svētu ūdeni mālu traukā, un pīšļus no tā dzīvokļa grīdas priesterim būs ņemt un ielikt tai ūdenī.
and the priest hath taken holy water in an earthen vessel, and of the dust which is on the floor of the tabernacle doth the priest take, and hath put [it] into the water,
18 Tad priesterim to sievu būs nostādīt Tā Kunga priekšā un atsegt tās sievas galvu un to piemiņas upuri likt viņas rokās, tas ir viens kaislības upuris; un tas rūgtais lāsta ūdens lai ir priestera rokā.
and the priest hath caused the woman to stand before Jehovah, and hath uncovered the woman's head, and hath given into her hands the present of the memorial, it [is] a present of jealousy, and in the hand of the priest are the bitter waters which cause the curse.
19 Un priesterim būs to sievu zvērināt un uz to sacīt: ja neviens vīrs pie tevis nav gulējis, un ja tu neesi novērsusies no sava vīra uz nešķīstību, tad tu paliksi vesela no šī rūgtā lāsta ūdens.
'And the priest hath caused her to swear, and hath said unto the woman, If no man hath lain with thee, and if thou hast not turned aside [to] uncleanness under thy husband, be free from these bitter waters which cause the curse;
20 Bet ja tu no sava vīra esi novērsusies un apgānījusies, un cits vīrs pie tevis gulējis, un ne tavs vīrs vien,
and thou, if thou hast turned aside under thy husband, and if thou hast been defiled, and any man doth give his copulation to thee besides thy husband —
21 Un priesterim būs to sievu zvērināt ar to lāsta zvērestu un sacīt uz to sievu: lai Tas Kungs tevi dara par lāstu un zvērestu starp taviem ļaudīm, ka Tas Kungs tavai ciskai liek izdilt un tavam vēderam uztūkt;
(then the priest hath caused the woman to swear with an oath of execration, and the priest hath said to the woman) — Jehovah doth give thee for an execration, and for a curse, in the midst of thy people, in Jehovah's giving thy thigh to fall, and thy belly to swell,
22 Un šis lāsta ūdens tavās iekšās lai ieiet un dara, ka vēders uztūkst un ciska izdilst. Tad tai sievai būs sacīt: Āmen, Āmen.
and these waters which cause the curse have gone into thy bowels, to cause the belly to swell, and the thigh to fall; and the woman hath said, Amen, Amen.
23 Un priesterim šos lāstus būs rakstīt grāmatā un noskalot ar to rūgto ūdeni.
'And the priest hath written these execrations in a book, and hath blotted [them] out with the bitter waters,
24 Un to rūgto lāsta ūdeni viņam tai sievai būs dot dzert, ka tas lāsta ūdens viņai ieiet ar rūgtumu.
and hath caused the woman to drink the bitter waters which cause the curse, and the waters which cause the curse have entered into her for bitter things.
25 Un priesterim no tās sievas rokas būs ņemt to kaislības upuri un to līgot priekš Tā Kunga un likt uz altāri.
'And the priest hath taken out of the hand of the woman the present of jealousy, and hath waved the present before Jehovah, and hath brought it near unto the altar;
26 Un priesterim no tā ēdamā upura būs ņemt pilnu sauju par piemiņas upuri, un to iededzināt uz altāra, un tad viņam to ūdeni tai sievai būs dot dzert.
and the priest hath taken a handful of the present, its memorial, and hath made perfume on the altar, and afterwards doth cause the woman to drink the water:
27 Kad nu viņš tai to ūdeni būs devis dzert, tad notiks: ja tā ir sagānījusies un pret savu vīru noziegdamies ir noziegusies, ka tas lāsta ūdens viņai paliks par rūgtumu un viņas vēders uztūks un viņas ciska izdils, un tā sieva būs par lāstu starp saviem ļaudīm.
yea, he hath caused her to drink the water, and it hath come to pass, if she hath been defiled, and doth commit a trespass against her husband, that the waters which cause the curse have gone into her for bitter things, and her belly hath swelled, and her thigh hath fallen, and the woman hath become an execration in the midst of her people.
28 Bet ja tā sieva nav sagānījusies, bet šķīsta, tad viņa paliks vesela un auglīga.
'And if the woman hath not been defiled, and is clean, then she hath been acquitted, and hath been sown [with] seed.
29 Šis ir tas bauslis par neuzticības kaislību, kad laulāta sieva ir novērsusies no sava vīra un sagānījusies,
'This [is] the law of jealousies, when a wife turneth aside under her husband, and hath been defiled,
30 Vai kad vīru pārņem neuzticības kaislība un viņš neuztic savai sievai, tad tam tā sieva jāved Tā Kunga priekšā, un priesterim jādara pēc visa šī baušļa.
or when a spirit of jealousy passeth over a man, and he hath been jealous of his wife, then he hath caused the woman to stand before Jehovah, and the priest hath done to her all this law,
31 Un tas vīrs būs nenoziedzīgs pie tā nozieguma, bet tā sieva nesīs savu noziegumu.
and the man hath been acquitted from iniquity, and that woman doth bear her iniquity.'
