Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,
and will make an offering by fire to Adonai, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a free will offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Adonai, of the herd, or of the flock;
4 Tad tam, kas savu upuri Tam Kungam pienes, būs upurēt ēdamu upuri no desmitās tiesas kviešu miltu, kas ir sajaukti ar ceturksni inna eļļas;
then he who offers his offering shall offer to Adonai a meal offering of one tenth of an ephah [an omer; 2.3 q; 2.2 L] of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L] of oil.
5 Un vīnu par dzeramu upuri vienu ceturksni inna tev būs sataisīt pie tā dedzināmā upura, vai pie tā kaujamā upura, pie ikviena upurējama jēra.
You shall prepare wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L], with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
6 Vai kad auns top upurēts, tev ēdamu upuri būs sataisīt no divām desmitām kviešu miltu, kas sajaukti ar trešo tiesu inna eļļas;
“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering one tenth of an ephah [two omers; 4.6 q; 4.4 L] of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of oil;
and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Adonai;
9 Tad pie tā jauna vērša būs pielikt ēdamu upuri, proti trīs desmitās kviešu miltu, kas sajaukti ar pusinnu eļļas;
then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah [three omers; 6.9 q; 6.6 L] of fine flour mixed with half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of oil:
10 Un vīnu tev būs upurēt par dzeramu upuri, pusinnu, par uguns upuri, par saldu smaržu Tam Kungam.
and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.
According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.
13 Ikvienam iedzīvotājam šās lietas tā būs darīt, kad upurē uguns upuri par saldu smaržu Tam Kungam.
“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout all your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai; as you do, so he shall do.
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout all your generations. As you are, so shall the foreigner be before Adonai.
One Torah ·Teaching· and one judgement shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,
19 Kad jūs ēdīsiet tās zemes maizi, tad jums Tam Kungam būs upurēt cilājamu upuri.
then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Adonai.
20 Savas mīklas pirmajus, vienu karašu jums būs upurēt par cilājamu upuri, itin kā to cilājamo upuri no klona, tā jums to būs upurēt.
Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering. As the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.
21 No savas mīklas pirmajiem jums Tam Kungam būs dot cilājamu upuri līdz jūsu pēcnākamiem.
Of the first of your dough, you shall give to Adonai a wave offering throughout all your generations.
“‘If you go astray, intoxicated, unintentional sin ·error· and you fail to observe all these mitzvot ·instructions·, which Adonai has spoken to Moses [Drawn out],
23 Visu, ko Tas Kungs jums caur Mozu pavēlējis, no tās dienas, kad Tas Kungs to pavēlējis, un tā projām līdz jūsu pēcnākamiem, -
even all that Adonai has enjoined you by Moses [Drawn out], from the day that Adonai gave commandment, and onward throughout all your generations;
then it shall be, if it was done as an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Adonai, with its meal offering, and its drink offering, according to the judgement, and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
25 Un priesterim būs salīdzināt visu Israēla bērnu draudzi, tad viņiem taps piedots, jo tas bija netīši grēkots; tā lai tie savu upuri nes, uguns upuri Tam Kungam, un savu grēku upuri Tā Kunga priekšā savas apgrēkošanās dēļ.
The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], and they shall be forgiven; for it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Adonai, and their habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering before Adonai, for their unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
26 Tad visai Israēla bērnu draudzei taps piedots, un arī tam svešiniekam, kas jūsu starpā piemīt, tāpēc ka visiem ļaudīm tas grēks noticis netīši.
All the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails] shall be forgiven, as well as the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for with regard to all the people, it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
27 Un ja kaut kāds netīši apgrēkotos, tam gada vecu kazu būs upurēt par grēku upuri.
“‘If one person sins ·errs (the standard goal)· that is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
28 Un priesterim būs salīdzināt to, kas ar netīšu grēku apgrēkojies Tā Kunga priekšā; to lai salīdzina, tad viņam taps piedots.
The priest shall make atonement for the soul who deviates in mental error, unintentional sin ·error·, for his sin ·err (the standard goal)· is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, before Adonai, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
You shall have one Torah ·Teaching· for him who does any unintentional mistake sin ·error·, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel [God prevails], and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.
“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Adonai. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Because he has despised Adonai’s word, and has broken his order, that soul shall utterly be cut off. His depravity (moral evil) shall be on him.’”
32 Kad nu Israēla bērni bija tuksnesī, tad tie atrada vienu vīru malku lasām dusēšanas dienā.
While the children of Israel [God prevails] were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Shabath ·Intermission· day.
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer], and to all the congregation.
34 Un tie to lika cietumā, jo nebija skaidri izteikts, kas ar to jādara.
They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35 Tad Tas Kungs sacīja uz Mozu: to vīru būs nokaut, visa draudze lai viņu akmeņiem nomētā ārā aiz lēģera.
Adonai said to Moses [Drawn out], “The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”
36 Tad visa draudze viņu izveda ārā aiz lēģera, un viņu akmeņiem nomētāja, ka tas nomira, kā Tas Kungs Mozum bija pavēlējis.
All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
38 Runā uz Israēla bērniem un saki tiem, ka tiem sev būs taisīt pušķus drēbju stūros, līdz saviem pēcnākamiem, un pazilu auklu likt pie tiem stūru pušķiem.
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them that they should make themselves fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue:
39 Un tos pušķus jums tāpēc būs nest, ka jūs tos uzskatot pieminat visus Tā Kunga baušļus un pēc tiem dariet, un nestaigājiet pēc sava sirds prāta un sava acu kāruma, tam pakaļ maukodami.
and it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it, and remember all Adonai’s mitzvot ·instructions·, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;
that you may remember and do all my mitzvot ·instructions·, and be holy to your God.
41 Es esmu Tas Kungs, jūsu Dievs, kas jūs izvedis no Ēģiptes zemes, lai Es jums esmu par Dievu, Es Tas Kungs, jūsu Dievs.
I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], to be your God: I am Adonai your God.”
