< Lūkas Evaņg̒elijs 4 >
1 Bet Jēzus, Svēta Gara pilns, nāca atpakaļ no Jardānes un no Tā Gara tapa vests tuksnesī.
And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungry.
And the devil said to him, If you be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, showed to him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 Un velns uz Viņu sacīja: “Es Tev došu visu šo varu un šo godību, jo tā man ir nodota, un kam es gribu, tam es to dodu.
And the devil said to him, All this power will I give you, and the glory of them: for that is delivered to me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 Kad Tu nu mani pielūgsi, tad viss tas būs Tavs.”
If you therefore will worship me, all shall be yours.
8 Un Jēzus tam atbildēja sacīdams: “Atkāpies no Manis; jo stāv rakstīts: tev būs pielūgt To Kungu, savu Dievu, un Viņam vien kalpot.”
And Jesus answered and said to him, Get you behind me, Satan: for it is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.
And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, If you be the Son of God, cast yourself down from hence:
For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you:
And in their hands they shall bear you up, lest at any time you dash your foot against a stone.
12 Un Jēzus atbildēja un uz to sacīja: “Ir sacīts: tev To Kungu, savu Dievu, nebūs kārdināt.”
And Jesus answering said to him, It is said, You shall not tempt the Lord your God.
13 Un velns visu savu kārdināšanu beidzis, no Viņa atstājās līdz savam laikam.
And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.
And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
15 Un Viņš mācīja viņu baznīcās un tapa slavēts no visiem.
And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17 Un Viņam deva pravieša Jesajas grāmatu, un to grāmatu atvēris, Viņš atrada to vietu, kur bija rakstīts:
And there was delivered to him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 “Tā Kunga gars ir uz Manis, tāpēc Viņš Mani svaidījis, nabagiem sludināt prieka vēsti, tos, kam sagrauztas sirdis, dziedināt, cietuma ļaudīm sludināt atsvabināšanu, un akliem gaismu, salauztos palaist vaļā,
The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 Pasludināt Tā Kunga žēlastības gadu.”
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 Un to grāmatu aiztaisījis, Viņš to deva tam sulainim un apsēdās.
And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
And he began to say to them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
And all bore him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?
And he said to them, You will surely say to me this proverb, Physician, heal yourself: whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your country.
24 Un Viņš sacīja: “Patiesi, Es jums saku: neviens pravietis nav pieņēmīgs savā tēva pilsētā.
And he said, Truly I say to you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
25 Bet tiešām, Es jums saku: Daudz atraitņu bija Elijas laikā iekš Israēla, kad debess bija aizslēgta trīs gadus un sešus mēnešus, ka liels bads uzgāja visai tai zemei.
But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
But to none of them was Elias sent, save to Sarepta, a city of Sidon, to a woman that was a widow.
And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.
28 Un to dzirdēdami, visi baznīcā tapa dusmu pilni.
And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29 Un cēlušies To izstūma no pilsētas ārā un veda uz kalna malu, kur viņu pilsēta stāvēja, ka To nogāztu zemē.
And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill where on their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30 Un caur viņu vidu iedams Viņš aizgāja.
But he passing through the middle of them went his way,
And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
33 Un tur baznīcā bija viens cilvēks, tam bija nešķīsta velna gars, un tas brēca stiprā balsī
And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
34 Sacīdams: “Vai! kas mums ar Tevi, Jēzu no Nacaretes? Vai Tu esi nācis, mūs nomaitāt? Es Tevi pazīstu, kas Tu esi, Tas Dieva Svētais.”
Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with you, you Jesus of Nazareth? are you come to destroy us? I know you who you are; the Holy One of God.
35 Un Jēzus to apdraudēja sacīdams: “Paliec klusu un izej no tā.” Un velns to raustīja viņu vidū un izgāja no tā, tam neko ļauna nepadarījis.
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold your peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the middle, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
And they were all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.
37 Un Viņa slava izgāja pa visu apkārtēju zemi.
And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.
And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon’s house. And Simon’s wife’s mother was taken with a great fever; and they sought him for her.
39 Un Viņš galvgalā pie tās piestājies apdraudēja to drudzi un tas no tās atstājās; un tā tūdaļ cēlās un viņiem kalpoja.
And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered to them.
Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them to him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, You are Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came to him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.
43 Un Viņš uz tiem sacīja: “Arī tām citām pilsētām Man pienākas sludināt Dieva valstības priecas mācību, jo tāpēc Es esmu sūtīts.”
And he said to them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
44 Un Viņš sludināja Galilejas baznīcās.
And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.
