1 Un viens vīrs no Levja nama nogāja un apņēma Levja meitu.
And he went a man from [the] house of Levi and he took [the] daughter of Levi.
2 Un tā sieva tapa grūta un dzemdēja dēlu. Kad nu tā redzēja viņu esam skaistu, tad tā viņu paslēpa trīs mēnešus.
And she conceived the woman and she bore a son and she saw him that [was] good he and she hid him three months.
3 Bet kad viņu vairs nevarēja paslēpt, tad tā ņēma priekš viņa niedru šķirstiņu un to aptraipīja ar piķi un sveķiem, ielika to bērnu tur iekšā, un to nolika niedrēs upmalā.
And not she was able still to hide him and she took for him a basket of papyrus and sealed it she with bitumen and with pitch and she put in it the child and she put [it] among the rush[es] at [the] bank of the River.
And she stood sister his from a distance to know what? will it be done to him.
5 Tad Faraona meita nonāca upē mazgāties, un viņas jumpravas staigāja upes malā. Un viņa redzēja to šķirstu niedru vidū un sūtīja savu kalponi un lika to atnest.
And she went down [the] daughter of Pharaoh to bathe at the River and female attendants her [were] walking on [the] side of the River and she saw the basket in among the rush[es] and she sent maid her (and fetched it she *L(abh)*)
6 Kad nu viņa to atvēra, tad tā redzēja to bērniņu, un raugi, tas puisēns raudāja, un viņa par to apžēlojās un sacīja: šis ir viens no tiem Ebreju bērniņiem.
and she opened [it] and she saw him the child and there! a lad [was] crying and she had compassion on him and she said [is] one of [the] children of the Hebrews this.
7 Tad viņa māsa sacīja uz Faraona meitu: vai man būs iet un tev aicināt zīdītāju no Ebreju sievām, kas tev to bērnu var zīdināt?
And she said sister his to [the] daughter of Pharaoh ¿ will I go and will I call? for you a woman a suckling-nurse from the Hebrew [women] so she may suckle for you the child.
8 Un Faraona meita uz to sacīja: ej! Un tā meitene nogāja un aicināja tā bērniņa māti.
And she said to her [the] daughter of Pharaoh go and she went the young woman and she called [the] mother of the child.
9 Un Faraona meita uz viņu sacīja: ņem šo bērniņu un zīdi man to, es tev došu tavu algu. Un tā sieva ņēma to bērniņu un to zīdīja.
And she said to her [the] daughter of Pharaoh take the child this and suckle him for me and I I will pay wage[s] your and she took the woman the child and she suckled him.
10 Un kad tas bērniņš bija paaudzis, tad viņa to noveda pie Faraona meitas, un tas viņai tapa par dēlu, un tā viņa vārdu nosauca Mozu (izvilktais), sacīdama: tāpēc, ka es to no ūdens esmu izvilkusi.
And he grew up the child and she took him to [the] daughter of Pharaoh and he became to her a son and she called name his Moses and she said that from the water I drew him.
11 Un notika tanīs dienās, kad Mozus bija uzaudzis, tad viņš izgāja pie saviem brāļiem un apraudzīja viņu grūtumu un redzēja ēģiptiešu vīru sitam vienu Ebreju vīru, vienu no viņa brāļiem.
And it was - in the days those and he grew up Moses and he went out to brothers his and he looked on forced labor their and he saw a man Egyptian striking a man Hebrew one of brothers his.
12 Un viņš skatījās šurp un turp un redzēdams, ka tur neviena nebija, viņš to Ēģiptieti nosita un to apslēpa smiltīs.
And he turned thus and thus and he saw that there not [was] a person and he struck down the Egyptian and he hid him in the sand.
And he went out on the day second and there! two men Hebrew [were] struggling together and he said to the guilty [one] why? are you striking companion your.
And he said who? did he appoint you to a man a chief and a judge over us ¿ to kill me [are] you saying just as you killed the Egyptian and he was afraid Moses and he thought truly it is known the matter.
And he heard Pharaoh the matter this and he sought to kill Moses and he fled Moses from before Pharaoh and he dwelt in [the] land of Midian and he sat at the well.
16 Un Midijanas priesterim bija septiņas meitas; tās nāca smelt un pildīja ūdens siles, dzirdināt sava tēva avis.
And [belonged] to [the] priest of Midian seven daughters and they came and they drew and they filled the drinking troughs to water [the] flock of father their.
And they came the shepherds and they drove away them and he arose Moses and he delivered them and he watered flock their.
And they went to Reuel father their and he said why? did you hurry to come this day.
19 Tad tās sacīja: viens ēģiptiešu vīrs mūs izglābis no to ganu rokas, un viņš mums arī smēlis un dzirdinājis mūsu avis.
And they said a man Egyptian he rescued us from [the] hand of the shepherds and also carefully he drew for us and he watered the flock.
Aicinājiet to, maizi ēst.
And he said to daughters his and where [is]? he why? this have you left the man invite him so he may eat food.
And he was willing Moses to dwell with the man and he gave Zipporah daughter his to Moses.
22 Tā viņam dzemdēja dēlu, un tas viņa vārdu nosauca Geršomu (piemitējs), sacīdams: es esmu piemitējs svešā zemē.
And she bore a son and he called name his Gershom for he said a sojourner I have become in a land foreign.
23 Un ilgu laiku pēc tam Ēģiptes ķēniņš nomira un Israēla bērni nopūtās un brēca par to kalpošanu, un viņu brēkšana par to kalpošanu uzkāpa pie Dieva.
And it was in the days many those and he died [the] king of Egypt and they groaned [the] people of Israel from the labor and they cried out and it went up cry for help their to God from the labor.
And he heard God groaning their and he remembered God covenant his with Abraham with Isaac and with Jacob.
25 Un Dievs uzlūkoja Israēla bērnus un Dievs ņēma to vērā.
And he saw God [the] people of Israel and he knew God.
