Pirmā Ķēniņu 4
1 Tā ķēniņš Salamans bija par ķēniņu pār visu Israēli.
So king Solomon was king over all Israel.
2 Un šie ir tie lielkungi, kas viņam bija: Azarija, Cadoka dēls, bija tas (pirmais) lielskungs;
And these [were] the princes which he had; Azariah the son of Zadok the priest,
3 Elioreps un Ahija, Zizus dēli, bija rakstu vedēji; Jehošafats, Aķiluda dēls, bija kanclers;
Elihoreph and Ahiah, the sons of Shisha, scribes; Jehosaphat the son of Ahilud, the recorder.
4 Un Benaja, Jojadas dēls, bija karaspēka virsnieks; un Cadoks un Abjatars bija priesteri;
And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada [was] over the army: and Zadok and Abiathar [were] the priests:
5 Un Azarija, Nātana dēls, bija celts pār uzraugiem; un Zabuds, Nātana dēls, bija lielskungs, ķēniņa draugs;
And Azariah the son of Nathan [was] over the officers: and Zabud the son of Nathan [was] principal officer, [and] the king's friend:
6 Un Aīzars bija nama uzraugs, un Adonirams, Abdus dēls, bija pār darbiniekiem celts.
And Ahishar [was] over the household: and Adoniram the son of Abda [was] over the tribute.
7 Un Salamanam bija divpadsmit uzraugi pār visu Israēli, kas ķēniņu un viņa namu apkopa. Ikvienam bija mēnesi par gadu tā apkopšana,
And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.
8 Un šie ir viņu vārdi: Ura dēls bija uz Efraīma kalniem;
And these [are] their names: The son of Hur, in mount Ephraim:
9 Deķera dēls bija Makacā un Zaālbimā un BetŠemē un Elonā un BetAnanā;
The son of Dekar, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Beth-shemesh, and Elon-beth-hanan:
10 Ezeda dēls Arubotā, un tam bija vēl Zokus un visa Hefera zeme;
The son of Hesed, in Aruboth; to him [pertained] Sochoh, and all the land of Hepher:
11 Abinadaba dēls bija pār NavatDoru, un Tavata, Salamana meita, tam bija par sievu.
The son of Abinadab, in all the region of Dor; who had Taphath the daughter of Solomon for a wife:
12 Baēnam, Aķiluda dēlam, bija Taēnaka un Meģidus un visa BetZeana, kas ir sānis Cartanai apakš Jezreēla, no BetZeanas līdz Meola klajumam, līdz viņpus Jokmeamai.
Baana the son of Ahilud; [to him pertained] Taanach and Megiddo, and all Beth-shean, which [is] by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Beth-shean to Abel-meholah, [even] to [the place that is] beyond Jokneam:
13 Ģebera dēls bija Rāmotā Gileādā, un tam bija, Jaīra, Manasus dēla, ciemi Gileādā, viņam bija arī Argoba viducis Bazanā, sešdesmit lielas pilsētas ar mūriem un vara aizšaujamiem.
The son of Geber, in Ramoth-gilead; to him [pertained] the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which [are] in Gilead; to him [also pertained] the region of Argob, which [is] in Bashan, sixty great cities with walls and brazen bars:
14 Aķinadabs, Idus dēls, bija Mahānaīmā.
Ahinadab the son of Iddo [had] Mahanaim:
15 Aķimaācs bija iekš Naftalus. Šim arīdzan bija Salamana meita, Basmata, par sievu.
Ahimaaz [was] in Naphtali; he also took Basmath the daughter of Solomon for a wife:
16 Baēna, Uzajus dēls, bija Ašerā un Alotā.
Baanah the son of Hushai [was] in Asher and in Aloth:
17 Jehošafats, Paruūs dēls, bija iekš Īsašara.
Jehoshaphat the son of Paruah, in Issachar:
18 Šimejus, Elas dēls, bija iekš Benjamina.
Shimei the son of Elah, in Benjamin:
19 Ģebers, Urus dēls, bija Gileādā, Sihona, Amoriešu ķēniņa zemē, un Oga, Basanas ķēniņa, zemē, un bija tas vienīgais uzraugs tai zemē.
Geber the son of Uri [was] in the country of Gilead, [in] the country of Sihon king of the Amorites, and of Og king of Bashan; and [he was] the only officer who [was] in the land.
20 Jūda un Israēla ļaužu bija daudz, tik daudz, kā smiltis jūrmalā, tie ēda un dzēra un bija priecīgi.
Judah and Israel [were] many, as the sand which [is] by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking, and making merry.
21 Un Salamans valdīja pār visām valstīm no lielās upes un pār Fīlistu zemi un līdz Ēģiptes robežai; tie nesa dāvanas un kalpoja Salamanam visu viņa mūžu.
And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river to the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life.
22 Un Salamana barība uz vienu dienu bija trīsdesmit kori kviešu miltu, sešdesmit kori citu miltu,
And Solomon's provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour, and sixty measures of meal.
23 Desmit baroti vērši un divdesmit vērši no ganībām un simts avis, bez briežiem un stirnām un meža kazām un barotiem putniem.
Ten fat oxen, and twenty oxen out of the pastures, and a hundred sheep, besides harts, and roebucks, and fallow-deer, and fatted fowls.
24 Jo viņš valdīja pār visu to zemi šaipus lielās upes, no Tivzas līdz Gazai, pār visiem ķēniņiem šaipus lielās upes. Un viņam bija miers no visām pusēm visapkārt.
For he had dominion over all [the region] on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side of the river: and he had peace on all sides around him.
25 Un Jūda un Israēls dzīvoja mierā, ikviens apakš sava vīna koka un apakš sava vīģes koka, no Dana līdz Bēršebai visu Salamana mūžu.
And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, every man under his vine and under his fig-tree, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, all the days of Solomon.
26 Un Salamanam bija četrdesmit tūkstoš steliņģu priekš braucamiem zirgiem un divpadsmit tūkstoš jātnieki.
And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
27 Un tie uzraugi apkopa ikviens savā mēnesī ķēniņu Salamanu un visus, kas pie ķēniņa Salamana galda ēda, - tiem netrūka nenieka.
And those officers provided victuals for king Solomon, and for all that came to king Solomon's table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing.
28 Un miežus un salmus priekš zirgiem un čakliem kamieļiem tie nesa tai vietā, kur viņš bija, ikviens pēc savas kārtas.
Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries they brought to the place where [the officers] were, every man according to his charge.
29 Un Dievs deva Salamanam gudrību un ļoti dziļu saprašanu un bagātu zināšanu kā smiltis jūrmalā.
And God gave Solomon great wisdom and understanding, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that [is] on the sea-shore.
30 Un Salamana gudrība bija lielāka nekā visu austruma zemes bērnu gudrība un nekā visu ēģiptiešu gudrība.
And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.
31 Un viņš bija gudrāks pār visiem cilvēkiem, pār Etanu, Ezraka dēlu, un Hemanu un Kalkalu un Dardu, Maālus dēliem, un viņa slava izpaudās pie visām tautām visapkārt.
For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all the surrounding nations.
32 Un viņš runāja trīs tūkstoš sakāmus vārdus un viņa dziesmu bija tūkstoš un piecas.
And he spoke three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.
33 Un viņš runāja par kokiem, no ciedru koka uz Lībanus sākot līdz īzapam, kas pie sienas izaug, un viņš runāja arī par lopiem un par putniem un par tārpiem un par zivīm.
And he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree that [is] in Lebanon even to the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spoke also of beasts, and of fowls, and of creeping animals, and of fishes.
34 Un no visām tautām nāca klausīties Salamana gudrību, no visiem zemes ķēniņiem, kas bija dzirdējuši par viņa gudrību.
And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.
