1 Un viss Israēls tapa uzrakstīts, un redzi, tie ir rakstīti Israēla ķēniņu grāmatā. Un Jūda tapa aizvests uz Bābeli savu grēku dēļ.
So all Israel were recorded by their genealogies, and, behold, they are written in the book of the Kings of Israel; but [the men of] Judah were carried away into exile to Babylon for their unfaithfulness.
2 Proti tie pirmie iedzīvotāji, kas savā īpašumā, savās pilsētās dzīvoja: Israēls, priesteri un Leviti un (dieva nama) apkalpotāji.
And the first inhabitants that [dwelt again] in their possessions in their cities, were the Israelites, the priests, the Levites, and the temple-servants.
3 Un Jeruzālemē dzīvoja no Jūda bērniem un no Benjamina bērniem un no Efraīma un Manasus bērniem:
And in Jerusalem dwelt some of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Menasseh.
4 Utajus, Amjuda dēls, - tas bija Omra dēls, tas Imra, tas Banus dēls, - no Pereca, Jūda dēla, bērniem;
'Uthai the son of 'Ammihud, the son of 'Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah.
5 Un no Šiloniešiem: Azajus, tas pirmdzimušais, un viņa bērni;
And of the Shilonites: 'Assayah the first-born, and his sons.
6 Un no Zerus bērniem: Jeguēls un viņa brāļi, sešsimt un deviņdesmit.
And of the sons of Zerach: Je'uel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.
7 Un no Benjamina bērniem: Šalus, Mešulama dēls, tas bija Odavijas, tas Aznuas dēls,
And of the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodavyah, the son of Hassenuah,
8 Un Jēneja, Jeroama dēls, un Elus, Uzus dēls, Mikrus dēla dēls, un Mešulams, Šefatijas dēls, tas bija Reguēļa, tas Jebneja dēls,
And Yibneyah the son of Jerocham, and Elah the son of 'Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephatyah, the son of Re'uel, the son of Yibniyah;
9 Un viņa brāļi pēc viņu radiem, deviņsimt piecdesmit un seši. Visi tie vīri bija virsnieki pār saviem tēvu namiem.
And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chiefs of the divisions of their family divisions.
10 Un no priesteriem: Jedaja un Jojaribs un Jaķins,
And of the priests: Jeda'yah, and Jehoyarib, and Jachin.
11 Un Azarija, Hilķijas dēls, tas bija Mešulama, tas Cadoka, tas Merajota, tas Aķitoba dēls, Dieva nama priekšnieks.
And 'Azaryah the son of Chilkiyah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Merayoth, the son of Actitub, the ruler of the house of God.
12 Un Adaja, Jeroama dēls, tas bija Pašhura, tas Malhijas dēls, un Maēzajus, Adiēļa dēls, tas bija Jakzera, tas Mešulama, tas Mezilemita, tas Immera dēls,
And 'Adayah the son of Jerocham, the son of Pashchur, the son of Malkiyah, and Ma'sai the son of 'Adiel, the son of Jachzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer:
13 Un viņu brāļi, savu tēvu namu virsnieki, tūkstoš septiņsimt un sešdesmit, stipri varoņi pie Dieva nama kalpošanas.
And their brethren, chiefs of their family divisions, were one thousand and seven hundred and sixty, very able men for the work of the service of the house of God.
14 Un no Levitiem, no Merarus bērniem: Šemaja, Hašuba dēls, tas bija Azrikama, tas Hašabijas dēls,
And of the Levites: Shema'yah the son of Chasshub, the son of 'Azrikam, the son of Chashabyah, of the sons of Merari;
15 Un Bakbakars, Ķeres un Galals un Matanija, Mihas dēls, tas bija Sihrus, tas Asafa dēls,
And Bakbakkar, Cheresh, and Galal, and Matthanyah the son of Micha, the son of Zichri, the son of Assaph;
16 Un Obadija, Šemajas dēls, tas bija Ģelala, tas Jedutuna dēls un Bereķija, Asafa dēls, Elkanas dēla dēls, kas dzīvoja Netofatiešu ciemos.
And 'Obadiah the son of Shema'yah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun; and Berechyah the son of Assa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.
17 Un vārtu sargi bija: Šalums un Akubs un Talmons un Aķimans ar saviem brāļiem, un Šalums bija par virsnieku.
And the gatekeepers were Shallum, and 'Akkub, and Talmon, and Achiman, and their brethren, Shallum being the chief;
18 Un līdz šim šie ir pie ķēniņa vārtiem pret rītiem vārtu sargi Levja bērnu lēģeriem.
And up to this time they are in the king's gate to the eastward: they are the gatekeepers for the camps of the children of Levi.
19 Un Šalums, Kores dēls, tas bija AbiAsafa, tas Koraha dēls, un viņa brāļi no viņa tēva nama, tie Koraha dēli, bija pēc savas klausības sliekšņu sargi dzīvoklī, kā viņu tēvi bija bijuši durvju sargi Tā Kunga lēģerī.
And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebyassaph, the son of Korach, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korchites, being over the work of the service, were the watchmen at the threshold of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the camp of the Lord, were the watchmen at the entrance [thereof].
20 Un Pinehas, Eleazara dēls, bija citkārt tiem par virsnieku; Tas Kungs bija ar to.
And Phinehas the son of El'azar was the ruler over them in times past; [and] the Lord was with him.
21 Zaharija, Me Šelemijas dēls, bija par vārtu sargu pie saiešanas telts durvīm.
[And] Zechariah the son of Meshelemyah was gatekeeper at the entrance of the tabernacle of the congregation.
22 Par sliekšņu sargiem iecelti bija pavisam divsimt divpadsmit; tie bija pierakstīti savos ciemos. Dāvids un Samuēls, tas redzētājs, tos tai amatā bija iecēluši uz ticību,
All of these selected to be gatekeepers at the thresholds were two hundred and twelve. These were recorded according to their genealogy in their villages; [and they were] those [whom] David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their trust.
23 Ka tie ar saviem bērniem sargātu Tā Kunga namu, telts nama vārtus.
Both they and their children had the oversight over the gates of the house of the Lord, [namely, ] the house of the tabernacle, as watches.
24 Un tie sargi stāvēja pret tiem četriem vējiem, pret rītiem, pret vakariem pret ziemeli un pret dienasvidu.
On four quarters were the gatekeepers, toward the east, the west, the north, and the south.
25 Un viņu brāļiem ciemos katru septīto dienu bija jānāk kalpot ar tiem.
And their brethren, who were in their villages, had to come after every seven days from time to time in common with these.
26 Jo šie četri sargu virsnieki, tie Leviti, bija iecelti uz ticību pār Dieva nama kambariem un mantām.
For in [their] trust were these four chief gatekeepers— these Levites, and they were [appointed] over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.
27 Un tie palika caurām naktīm ap Dieva namu, jo tiem tas bija jāapsargā un ik rītu vārti jāatdara.
And they lodged round about the house of God; because upon them rested the duty of watching, and they had the supervision of the opening thereof each and every morning.
28 Un citi no tiem bija iecelti pār dievkalpošanas rīkiem, ko tie pēc skaita ienesa un pēc skaita iznesa.
And some of them had the charge of the vessels for the service; for by number did they bring them in, and by number did they carry them out.
29 Un citi no tiem bija iecelti pār traukiem un pār visiem svētiem traukiem, un pār tiem kviešu miltiem un vīnu un eļļu un vīraku un dārgām zālēm.
Some of them also were appointed over the vessels, and over all the vessels of the sanctuary, and over the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.
30 Un no priesteru bērniem citi sataisīja smaržīgu svaidāmu eļļu.
And some of the sons of the priests prepared the mixture of the spices.
31 Un Matatijam no Levitiem, kas bija Šaluma, Koraha dēla, pirmdzimušais, pannu darbs bija uzticēts.
And Matthithyah, one of the Levites, who was the first-born of Shallum the Korchite, had the trust over the meat-offerings that were baked in the pans.
32 Un no Kehāta bērniem, viņu brāļiem, citiem bija uzticēta maizes uzlikšana, ka tā ik svētdienas taptu uzlikta.
And others of their brethren, of the sons of the Kehathites, were over the orders of the shew-bread, to prepare it every sabbath.
33 Un šie, kas bija dziedātāji, Levitu tēvu namu virsnieki, bija atsvabināti no mantu kambariem, jo tie bija kalpošanā dienām naktīm.
But these the singers, the chiefs of the divisions of the Levites, remained in the chambers free of service; for day and night were they obliged to engage in that work.
34 Šie ir Levitu tēvu namu virsnieki pēc saviem radiem, virsnieki. Šie dzīvoja Jeruzālemē.
These are the chiefs of the divisions of the Levites, being the chiefs for their generations: these dwelt at Jerusalem.
35 Bet Gibeonā dzīvoja Jejels, Gibeona tēvs, un viņa sievai bija vārds Maēka.
And in Gib'on dwelt the father of Gib'on, Je'iel; and the name of his wife was Ma'achah;
36 Un viņa pirmdzimušais dēls bija Abdons, tad Curs un Ķis un Baāls un Ners un Nadabs.
And his first-born son was 'Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Ba'al, and Ner, and Nadab,
37 Un Ģedors un Aājus un Zaharija un Miklots.
And Gedor, and Achyo, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.
38 Un Miklots dzemdināja Zimeamu; šie arīdzan dzīvoja blakām saviem brāļiem Jeruzālemē pie saviem brāļiem.
And Mikloth begat Shimam. And they also dwelt alongside of their brethren at Jerusalem, with their brethren.
39 Ners dzemdināja Ķisu, un Ķis dzemdināja Saulu, un Sauls dzemdināja Jonatānu un Malķizuū un Abinadabu un Ezbaālu.
And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jehonathan, and Malki-shua', and Abinadab, and Eshba'al.
40 Un Jonatāna dēls bija Meribaāls, un Meribaāls dzemdināja Mihu.
And the son of Jehonathan was Merib-ba'al: and Merib-ba'al begat Michah.
41 Un Mihas bērni bija Pitons un Meleks un Taērijus.
And the sons of Michah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Thachrea'.
42 Un Ahazs dzemdināja Jaēru, un Jaērus dzemdināja Alemetu un Asmavetu un Zimru, un Zimrus dzemdināja Mocu.
And Achaz begat Ja'rah; and Ja'rah begat 'Alemeth, 'Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;
43 Un Mocus dzemdināja Bineū, tam dēls bija Revaja, tam Eleazus, tam Acels.
And Moza begat Bin'a; ! and Rephayah his son, El'assah his son, Azel his son.
44 Un Acelim bija seši dēli un šie ir viņu vārdi: Asrikams, Bokrus un Jezmaēls un Zearija un Obadija un Hanans, - šie ir Aceļa bērni.
And Azel had six sons, and these are their names, 'Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and She'aryah, and 'Obadiah, and Chanan: these were the sons of Azel.
