Liber Numeri 7
1 Factum est autem in die qua complevit Moyses tabernaculum, et erexit illud: unxitque et sanctificavit cum omnibus vasis suis, altare similiter et omnia vasa eius.
And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them;
2 Obtulerunt principes Israel et capita familiarum, qui erant per singulas tribus, praefecti eorum, qui numerati fuerant,
That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who [were] the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered:
3 munera coram Domino sex plaustra tecta cum duodecim bobus. Unum plaustrum obtulere duo duces, et unum bovem singuli, obtuleruntque ea in conspectu tabernaculi.
And they brought their offering before the LORD, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle.
4 Ait autem Dominus ad Moysen:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
5 Suscipe ab eis ut serviant in ministerio tabernaculi, et trades ea Levitis iuxta ordinem ministerii sui.
Take [it] of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.
6 Itaque cum suscepisset Moyses plaustra et boves, tradidit eos Levitis.
And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.
7 Duo plaustra et quattuor boves dedit filiis Gerson, iuxta id quod habebant necessarium.
Two wagons and four oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:
8 quattuor alia plaustra, et octo boves dedit filiis Merari secundum officia et cultum suum, sub manu Ithamar filii Aaron sacerdotis.
And four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
9 filiis autem Caath non dedit plaustra et boves: quia in Sanctuario serviunt, et onera propriis portant humeris.
But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them [was that] they should bear upon their shoulders.
10 Igitur obtulerunt duces in dedicationem altaris, die qua unctum est, oblationem suam ante altare.
And the princes offered for dedicating of the altar in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their offering before the altar.
11 Dixitque Dominus ad Moysen: Singuli duces per singulos dies offerant munera in dedicationem altaris.
And the LORD said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedicating of the altar.
12 Primo die obtulit oblationem suam Nahasson filius Aminadab de tribu Iuda:
And he that offered his offering the first day was Nahshon the son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah:
13 fueruntque in ea acetabulum argenteum pondo centum triginta siclorum, phiala argentea habens septuaginta siclos iuxta pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificium:
And his offering [was] one silver charger, the weight thereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them [were] full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
14 mortariolum ex decem siclis aureis plenum incenso:
One spoon of ten [shekels] of gold, full of incense:
15 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
16 hircumque pro peccato:
One kid of the goats for a sin offering:
17 et in sacrificio pacificorum boves duos, arietes quinque, hircos quinque, agnos anniculos quinque. haec est oblatio Nahasson filii Aminadab.
And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
18 Secundo die obtulit Nathanael filius Suar, dux de tribu Issachar,
On the second day Nethaneel the son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, did offer:
19 acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos, iuxta pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificium:
He offered [for] his offering one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
20 mortariolum aureum habens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One spoon of gold of ten [shekels], full of incense:
21 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
22 hircumque pro peccato:
One kid of the goats for a sin offering:
23 et in sacrificio pacificorum boves duos, arietes quinque, hircos quinque, agnos anniculos quinque. haec fuit oblatio Nathanael filii Suar.
And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Nethaneel the son of Zuar.
24 Tertio die princeps filiorum Zabulon Eliab filius Helon,
On the third day Eliab the son of Helon, prince of the children of Zebulun, [did offer: ]
25 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum similia conspersa oleo in sacrificium:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
26 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
27 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
28 hircumque pro peccato:
One kid of the goats for a sin offering:
29 et in sacrificio pacificorum boves duos, arietes quinque, hircos quinque, agnos anniculos quinque. haec est oblatio Eliab filii Helon.
And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Eliab the son of Helon.
30 Die quarto princeps filiorum Ruben, Elisur filius Sedeur,
On the fourth day Elizur the son of Shedeur, prince of the children of Reuben, [did offer: ]
31 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
32 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
33 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:

36 Die quinto princeps filiorum Simeon Salamiel filius Surisaddai
On the fifth day Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai, prince of the children of Simeon, [did offer: ]
37 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
38 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
39 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:

And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
42 Die sexto princeps filiorum Gad, Eliasaph filius Duel
On the sixth day Eliasaph the son of Deuel, prince of the children of Gad, [offered: ]
43 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty [shekels], a silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
44 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
45 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:

48 Die septimo princeps filiorum Ephraim, Elisama filius Ammiud
On the seventh day Elishama the son of Ammihud, prince of the children of Ephraim, [offered: ]
49 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
50 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
51 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
52 hircumque pro peccato:

And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Elishama the son of Ammihud.
54 Die octavo, princeps filiorum Manasse, Gamaliel filius Phadassur,
On the eighth day [offered] Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur, prince of the children of Manasseh:
55 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
56 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos, plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:

60 Die nono princeps filiorum Beniamin, Abidan filius Gedeonis,
On the ninth day Abidan the son of Gideoni, prince of the children of Benjamin, [offered: ]
61 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:

66 Die decimo princeps filiorum Dan, Ahiezer filius Ammisaddai
On the tenth day Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai, prince of the children of Dan, [offered: ]
67 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos, ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:

On the eleventh day Pagiel the son of Ocran, prince of the children of Asher, [offered: ]
73 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila conspersa oleo in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:

78 Die duodecimo princeps filiorum Nephthali, Ahira filius Enan
On the twelfth day Ahira the son of Enan, prince of the children of Naphtali, [offered: ]
79 obtulit acetabulum argenteum appendens centum triginta siclos, phialam argenteam habentem septuaginta siclos ad pondus Sanctuarii, utrumque plenum simila oleo conspersa in sacrificum:
His offering [was] one silver charger, the weight whereof [was] an hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
80 mortariolum aureum appendens decem siclos, plenum incenso:
One golden spoon of ten [shekels], full of incense:
81 bovem de armento, et arietem, et agnum anniculum in holocaustum:
One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:

And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this [was] the offering of Ahira the son of Enan.
84 Haec in dedicationem altaris oblata sunt a principibus Israel, in die qua consecratum est. acetabula argentea duodecim: phialae argenteae duodecim: mortariola aurea duodecim:
This [was] the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of gold:
85 ita ut centum triginta siclos argenti haberet unum acetabulum, et septuaginta siclos haberet una phiala: id est, in commune vasorum omnium ex argento sicli duo millia quadringenti, pondere Sanctuarii.
Each charger of silver [weighing] an hundred and thirty [shekels], each bowl seventy: all the silver vessels [weighed] two thousand and four hundred [shekels], after the shekel of the sanctuary:
86 mortariola aurea duodecim plena incenso denos siclos appendentia pondere Sanctuarii: id est, simul auri sicli centum viginti:
The golden spoons [were] twelve, full of incense, [weighing] ten [shekels] apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the gold of the spoons [was] an hundred and twenty [shekels].
87 boves de armento in holocaustum duodecim, arietes duodecim, agni anniculi duodecim, et libamenta eorum: hirci duodecim pro peccato.
All the oxen for the burnt offering [were] twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year twelve, with their meat offering: and the kids of the goats for sin offering twelve.
88 In hostias pacificorum, boves viginti quattuor, arietes sexaginta, hirci sexaginta, agni anniculi sexaginta. Haec oblata sunt in dedicationem altaris, quando unctum est.
And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace offerings [were] twenty and four bullocks, the rams sixty, the he goats sixty, the lambs of the first year sixty. This [was] the dedication of the altar, after that it was anointed.
89 Cumque ingrederetur Moyses tabernaculum foederis, ut consuleret oraculum, audiebat vocem loquentis ad se de propitiatorio quod erat super arcam testimonii inter duos Cherubim, unde et loquebatur ei.
And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that [was] upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubims: and he spake unto him.
