Et interrogavit eum quidam princeps, dicens: Magister bone, quid faciens vitam æternam possidebo? (aiōnios )
And a certain ruler questioned him, saying, Good teacher, having done what, will I inherit eternal life?
who will, no, not receive back manifold more in this time, and in the coming age eternal life.
And having answered, Jesus said to them, The sons of this age marry, and are given in marriage, (aiōn )
but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage.
so that every man who believes in him would not perish, but may have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, so that every man who believes in him would not perish, but have eternal life.
He who believes in the Son has eternal life, but he who disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will, no, not thirst into the age. But the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.
And he who reaps receives a wage and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. (aiōnios )
Amen, amen dico vobis, quia qui verbum meum audit, et credit ei qui misit me, habet vitam æternam, et in judicium non venit, sed transiit a morte in vitam. (aiōnios )
Truly, truly, I say to you, that he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life. And he does not come into condemnation, but has passed from death into life.
Ye search the scriptures, because ye think to have eternal life in them, and those are testifying about me.
Work not for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of man will give to you, for God the Father put a seal on this man.
And this is the will of him who sent me, that every man who sees the Son, and believes in him, may have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (aiōnios )
Amen, amen dico vobis: qui credit in me, habet vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me has eternal life.
I am the living bread, having come down out of heaven. If any man eats of this bread, he will live into the age. And also, the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.
This is the bread that came down out of heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna and died. He who eats this bread will live into the age. (aiōn )
Respondit ergo ei Simon Petrus: Domine, ad quem ibimus? verba vitæ æternæ habes: (aiōnios )
Simon Peter therefore answered him, Lord, to whom will we go? Thou have sayings of eternal life.
And the bondman does not remain in the house into the age. The Son remains into the age. (aiōn )
Amen, amen dico vobis: si quis sermonem meum servaverit, mortem non videbit in æternum. (aiōn )
Truly, truly, I say to you, if any man keeps my word, he will, no, not see death, into the age.
The Jews therefore said to him, Now we know that thou have a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets, and thou say, If any man keeps my word, he will, no, not taste of death, into the age. (aiōn )
A sæculo non est auditum quia quis aperuit oculos cæci nati. (aiōn )
From the age, it was not heard that any man opened the eyes of a man who was born blind.
And I give them eternal life, and they will, no, not perish into the age, and not any will snatch them out of my hand.
And every man who lives and believes in me will, no, not die, into the age. Do thou believe this?
He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (aiōnios )
Respondit ei turba: Nos audivimus ex lege, quia Christus manet in æternum: et quomodo tu dicis: Oportet exaltari Filium hominis? quis est iste Filius hominis? (aiōn )
The multitude answered him, We have heard from the law that the Christ remains into the age. And how can thou say, The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? (aiōn )
Et scio quia mandatum ejus vita æterna est: quæ ergo ego loquor, sicut dixit mihi Pater, sic loquor. (aiōnios )
And I know that his commandment is eternal life. Therefore what things I speak, just as the Father has said to me, so I speak. (aiōnios )
Dicit ei Petrus: Non lavabis mihi pedes in æternum. Respondit ei Jesus: Si non lavero te, non habebis partem mecum. (aiōn )
Peter says to him, Thou may, no, not wash my feet into the age. Jesus answered him, If I may not wash thee, thou have no part with me.
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another helper, so that he may dwell with you into the age, (aiōn )
sicut dedisti ei potestatem omnis carnis, ut omne, quod dedisti ei, det eis vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
just as thou gave him authority over all flesh, so that all things that thou have given him, he will give them eternal life.
And this is eternal life, that they should know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou sent.
Because thou will not leave my soul in Hades, nor will thou give thy Holy man to see decay.
Having foreseen this, he spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that his soul was not left behind in Hades, nor did his flesh see decay. (Hadēs )
quem oportet quidem cælum suscipere usque in tempora restitutionis omnium quæ locutus est Deus per os sanctorum suorum a sæculo prophetarum. (aiōn )
whom heaven must indeed receive until the times of restoration of all things, of which God spoke through the mouth of all his holy prophets from the age.
But having spoken boldly, Paul and Barnabas said, It was necessary for the word of God to be spoken first to you, but since ye thrust it away, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
And hearing this, the Gentiles were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as were appointed for eternal life believed. (aiōnios )
Notum a sæculo est Domino opus suum. (aiōn )
Known to God from the age are all his works.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things made, both his eternal power and divinity, for them to be without excuse.
Amen. (aiōn )
who changed the truth of God into the lie, and worshiped and served the creation against him who created it, who is blessed into the ages. Truly.
to those who indeed seek by perseverance of good work, glory and esteem and immortality-eternal life- (aiōnios )
so that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign, through righteousness, for eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )
Nunc vero liberati a peccato, servi autem facti Deo, habetis fructum vestrum in sanctificationem, finem vero vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
But now having been made free from sin, and having become servile to God, ye have your fruit for sanctification, and the end, eternal life. (aiōnios )
Stipendia enim peccati, mors. Gratia autem Dei, vita æterna, in Christo Jesu Domino nostro. (aiōnios )
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Amen. (aiōn )
of whom are the fathers, and from whom (according to flesh) is the Christ, God who is over all is blessed into the ages. Truly.
(Abyssos )
or, Who will descend into the abyss? (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). (Abyssos )
For God has confined all men in disobedience, so that he might be merciful to all.
Amen. (aiōn )
Because from him, and through him, and for him, are all things. To him is the glory into the ages. Truly.
And be not conformed to this age, but be ye transformed by the renewal of your mind, for ye to approve what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Now to him who is able to establish you according to my good news, and the preaching of Jesus Christ according to a revelation of the mystery that has been kept secret for eternal times, (aiōnios )
but that was now revealed, and by prophetic scriptures, according to a commandment of the eternal God that was made known to all the nations for obedience of faith, (aiōnios )
Amen. (aiōn )
to the only wise God through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory into the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
Ubi sapiens? ubi scriba? ubi conquisitor hujus sæculi? Nonne stultam fecit Deus sapientiam hujus mundi? (aiōn )
Where is a wise man? Where is a scholar? Where is a researcher of this age? Did not God make foolish the wisdom of this world?
But we speak wisdom among the fully developed, but not a wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age who come to nothing.
But we speak a wisdom of God in a hidden mystery, which God predestined before the ages for our glory, (aiōn )
which none of the rulers of this age have known. For if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
Let not one man deceive himself. If any man among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become foolish so that he may become wise. (aiōn )
Quapropter si esca scandalizat fratrem meum, non manducabo carnem in æternum, ne fratrem meum scandalizem. (aiōn )
Therefore if food causes my brother to stumble, I will no, not eat meat into the age, so that I may not cause my brother to stumble.
Now all these things happened to those men for examples, and they were written for our admonition, to whom the ends of the ages came. (aiōn )
Ubi est mors victoria tua? ubi est mors stimulus tuus? (Hadēs )
O death, where is thy sting? O Hades, where is thy victory?
in whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, in order for the light of the good news of the glory of the Christ (who is a likeness of God) not to shine forth to them.
For our slight momentary affliction works for us an eternal weight of glory from extraordinariness to extraordinariness, (aiōnios )
while we look not at things seen, but at things not seen. For things seen are temporal, but things not seen are eternal.
For we know that if the earthly house of our tent were destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens. (aiōnios )
sicut scriptum est: Dispersit, dedit pauperibus: justitia ejus manet in sæculum sæculi. (aiōn )
as it is written, He has scattered abroad. He has given to the poor. His righteousness endures into the age.
The God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, he who is blessed into the ages, knows that I do not lie.
who gave himself for our sins, so that he might rescue us, according to the will of our God and Father, out of the evil age that has come, (aiōn )
cui est gloria in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly.
Because he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
far above every principle office, and position of authority, and power, and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is coming. (aiōn )
in quibus aliquando ambulastis secundum sæculum mundi hujus, secundum principem potestatis aëris hujus, spiritus, qui nunc operatur in filios diffidentiæ, (aiōn )
in which ye once walked according to the era of this world, according to the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the sons of disobedience. (aiōn )
ut ostenderet in sæculis supervenientibus abundantes divitias gratiæ suæ, in bonitate super nos in Christo Jesu. (aiōn )
So that in the coming ages he might show the transcending wealth of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
and to make all men see what is the administration of the mystery hidden from the ages in God who created all things through Jesus Christ. (aiōn )
secundum præfinitionem sæculorum, quam fecit in Christo Jesu Domino nostro: (aiōn )
according to the purpose of the ages, which he made in Christ Jesus our Lord, (aiōn )
ipsi gloria in Ecclesia, et in Christo Jesu, in omnes generationes sæculi sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
to him is the glory in the church in Christ Jesus for all generations of the age of the ages. Truly.
Because our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principal offices, against the positions of authority, against the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual things of wickedness in the heavenly things.
Amen. (aiōn )
Now to our God and Father is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly.
the mystery that was hidden from the ages and from the generations, but has now been made known to his sanctified. (aiōn )
qui pœnas dabunt in interitu æternas a facie Domini, et a gloria virtutis ejus: (aiōnios )
Men who will suffer punishment, a penalty of eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might, (aiōnios )
And may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and our God and Father who loved us and gave eternal encouragement and good hope through grace, (aiōnios )
But because of this I obtained mercy, so that in me, the foremost, Jesus Christ might show forth all longsuffering for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life.
Amen. (aiōn )
Now to the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, alone wise, to God is honor and glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
Certa bonum certamen fidei, apprehende vitam æternam, in qua vocatus es, et confessus bonam confessionem coram multis testibus. (aiōnios )
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life for which thou are called, and confessed the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.
Amen. (aiōnios )
who alone has immortality, dwelling in irreproachable light, whom no man has seen, nor can see, to whom is honor and eternal dominion. Truly.
Command the rich in the present age not to be arrogant, nor hope in the uncertainty of wealth, but in the living God, who supplies us all things abundantly for enjoyment, (aiōn )
Who saved us and who called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal.
Because of this I endure all things because of the chosen, so that they also may experience salvation in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.
for Demas forsook me having loved the present age, and he went to Thessalonica, Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn )
Liberavit me Dominus ab omni opere malo: et salvum faciet in regnum suum cæleste, cui gloria in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
And the Lord will rescue me from every evil work, and will save me for his heavenly kingdom, to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly.
in hope of eternal life, which the non-lying God promised before times eternal, (aiōnios )
disciplining us, so that, having denied irreverence and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and piously in the present age. (aiōn )
ut justificati gratia ipsius, hæredes simus secundum spem vitæ æternæ. (aiōnios )
So that, having been made righteous by the grace of that man, we may become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
For perhaps because of this he departed for an hour, so that thou might receive him back forever, (aiōnios )
spoke to us in these last days by a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the ages. (aiōn )
Ad Filium autem: Thronus tuus Deus in sæculum sæculi: virga æquitatis, virga regni tui. (aiōn )
But toward the Son, Thy throne, O God, is into the age of the age. The scepter of thy kingdom is a scepter of straightness. (aiōn )
Quemadmodum et in alio loco dicit: Tu es sacerdos in æternum, secundum ordinem Melchisedech. (aiōn )
(And just as he says in another, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek.)
And having been fully perfected, he became the source of eternal salvation to all those who obey him, (aiōnios )
of doctrine of washings, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. (aiōnios )
gustaverunt nihilominus bonum Dei verbum, virtutesque sæculi venturi, (aiōn )
and who tasted the good word of God and the powers of the coming age, (aiōn )
ubi præcursor pro nobis introivit Jesus, secundum ordinem Melchisedech pontifex factus in æternum. (aiōn )
where the forerunner, Jesus, entered for us, having become a high priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
Contestatur enim: Quoniam tu es sacerdos in æternum, secundum ordinem Melchisedech. (aiōn )
For he testifies, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek.
but he with an oath, because of him who says to him, The Lord swore and will not change his mind, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek.
but he, because of his remaining into the age, has the priesthood unchangeable.
For the law appoints men high priests who have weakness, but the word of the oath after the law, a Son who has been fully perfected into the age.
and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, he entered in once into the Holy things, having found eternal redemption.
how much more the blood of Christ, who, through the eternal Spirit, offered himself unblemished to God, will cleanse your conscience from dead works in order to serve a living God?
And because of this he is mediator of a new covenant, so that a death having occurred for the redemption of the transgressions against the first covenant, those who are called might take the promise of the eternal inheritance.
since it would be necessary for him to suffer often, from the foundation of the world. But now once, at the end of the ages, he was made known for an annulment of sin by the sacrifice of himself.
By faith we understand the ages to have been prepared by the word of God. For the things that are seen do not come to be from that which is visible. (aiōn )
Jesus Christus heri, et hodie: ipse et in sæcula. (aiōn )
Jesus Christ, the same yesterday and today, and into the ages.
Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep by the blood of an eternal covenant-our Lord Jesus- (aiōnios )
Amen. (aiōn )
may he make you fully qualified in every good work in order to do his will, doing in you what is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
Et lingua ignis est, universitas iniquitatis. Lingua constituitur in membris nostris, quæ maculat totum corpus, et inflammat rotam nativitatis nostræ inflammata a gehenna. (Geenna )
And the tongue is a fire, the world of unrighteousness. Thus, the tongue is made to lead among our body-parts, defiling the whole body, and setting the cycle of nature on fire, and being set on fire by hell. (Geenna )
begotten again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God that lives and remains into the age.
but the word of the Lord endures into the age. And this is the word, the good news that was preached to you.
Amen. (aiōn )
If any man speaks, as oracles of God. If any man serves, as of ability as God supplies. So that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the dominion into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
Deus autem omnis gratiæ, qui vocavit nos in æternam suam gloriam in Christo Jesu, modicum passos ipse perficiet, confirmabit, solidabitque. (aiōnios )
And may the God of all grace who called you to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus (after suffering a little while) himself thoroughly prepare you. He will establish, strengthen, and provide a foundation. (aiōnios )
Ipsi gloria, et imperium in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
To him is the glory and the dominion into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
Sic enim abundanter ministrabitur vobis introitus in æternum regnum Domini nostri et Salvatoris Jesu Christi. (aiōnios )
For so the entrance will be furnished to you abundantly into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
For if God did not spare agents who sinned, but delivered them up to chains of darkness, having been cast into hell being reserved for judgment, (Tartaroō )
crescite vero in gratia, et in cognitione Domini nostri, et Salvatoris Jesu Christi. Ipsi gloria et nunc, et in diem æternitatis. Amen. (aiōn )
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him is the glory both now and into the day of the age. Truly.
(and the life was made known, and we have seen, and testify, and declare to you the eternal life that was with the Father, and was made known to us), (aiōnios )
And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides into the age.
And this is the promise that he promised us: the eternal life.
Every man hating his brother is a man-killer. And ye know that no man-killer has eternal life abiding in him.
And this is the testimony, that God gave eternal life to us, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios )
Hæc scribo vobis ut sciatis quoniam vitam habetis æternam, qui creditis in nomine Filii Dei. (aiōnios )
I wrote these things to you, those who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe in the name of the Son of God.
And we know that the Son of God comes, and has given us understanding, so that we may know the true. And we are in the true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and the eternal life. (aiōnios )
propter veritatem, quæ permanet in nobis, et nobiscum erit in æternum. (aiōn )
because of the truth that abides in us, and will be with us into the age.
And the agents who did not keep their own principality, but left their own habitation, he has kept reserved in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.
As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, the same kind of way with these who indulged in fornication, and who went rear of queer flesh, are set forth an example, undergoing the punishment of eternal fire. (aiōnios )
fluctus feri maris, despumantes suas confusiones, sidera errantia: quibus procella tenebrarum servata est in æternum. (aiōn )
wild waves of the sea foaming out their own shame, wandering stars for whom the gloom of darkness has been reserved into an age. (aiōn )
vosmetipsos in dilectione Dei servate, exspectantes misericordiam Domini nostri Jesu Christi in vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
keep yourselves in the love of God, awaiting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life.
Amen. (aiōn )
to the only wise God our Savior, is glory, majesty, dominion and power, both now and into all the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
et fecit nos regnum, et sacerdotes Deo et Patri suo: ipsi gloria et imperium in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him is the glory and the dominion into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
et vivus, et fui mortuus, et ecce sum vivens in sæcula sæculorum: et habeo claves mortis, et inferni. (aiōn , Hadēs )
and he who lives. And I became dead, and behold, I am living into the ages of the ages. Truly. And I have the keys of death and of Hades.
And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne, he who lives into the ages of the ages, (aiōn )
procidebant viginti quatuor seniores ante sedentem in throno, et adorabant viventem in sæcula sæculorum, et mittebant coronas suas ante thronum, dicentes: (aiōn )
the twenty-four elders would fall down before him who sits on the throne, and would worship him who lives into the ages of the ages, and would cast their crowns before the throne, saying, (aiōn )
And every creature that is in the heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and is in the sea, and things in them all, I heard saying, The blessing, and the honor, and the glory, and the dominion is to him who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb, into the ages of the ages. Truly!
And behold, a green horse, and he who sits on top of it. His name was Death, and Hades followed with him. And authority was given to him over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with starvation, and with what is deadly, and by the beasts of the earth. (Hadēs )
dicentes: Amen. Benedictio, et claritas, et sapientia, et gratiarum actio, honor, et virtus, et fortitudo Deo nostro in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
saying, Truly! Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and strength, is for our God into the ages of the ages. Truly!
(Abyssos )
And the fifth agent sounded, and I saw a star fallen from the sky to the earth. And the key of the pit of the abyss was given to him. (Abyssos )
And he opened the pit of the abyss, and smoke ascended out of the pit, like smoke of a burning furnace. And the sun and the air were darkened from the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
et habebant super se regem angelum abyssi cui nomen hebraice Abaddon, græce autem Apollyon, latine habens nomen Exterminans. (Abyssos )

and swore by him who lives into the ages of the ages, who created the heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that time would be no more.
(Abyssos )

The beast that thou saw was, and is not, and is going to ascend out of the abyss and go into destruction. And those who dwell on the earth will wonder, whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and will come. But for the cowards, and unbelieving, and sinful, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. (Limnē Pyr )

And there will be no night there, and they have no need of a lamp and the light of sun, because the Lord God will illuminate them. And they will reign into the ages of the ages. (aiōn )
Nisi quia Dominus adjuvit me, paulominus habitasset in inferno anima mea. ()
quem Deus suscitavit, solutis doloribus inferni, juxta quod impossibile erat teneri illum ab eo. ()
